Ken and Karen Investigated by St. Louis Prosecutor - Mark McCloskey speaks out – Dom B Podcast 170   By now most have heard the name Ken and Karen. Their real names are Mark and Patricia McCloskey. The made the news when they stood their ground when a bunch of protesters broke into a private and gated community with private streets and sidewalks on their way to protest the Mayor of St. Louis, Lyda Krewson. Ken and Karen, as named by Twitter land, are now being investigated for crimes on the whole situation. The St. Louis Prosecutor, Kimberly Gardener, is looking into the case. The St. Louis Prosecutor tweeted she was horrified that these “peaceful protesters” were greeted at gun point. The protesters are not peaceful. The protesters broke the gate to enter the private property and painted the street to read “Resign” in front of the Mayor’s house. The protesters want the St Louis Mayor to resign after she doxed several people during a Facebook Live. But in typical fashion the protesters decided to do the same to Ken and Karen. Now Ken has his place of business boarded up so protesters can’t break the windows.   Should Ken and Karen face any penalties? Do you agree that Ken and Karen were correct in their actions? Will the Prosecutor find any charges to go forward with the case of Ken and Karen?   Patreon - https://www.patreon.com/dombpodcast PayPal Donations - https://www.paypal.me/DomBPodcast Dom B Instagram - @domb85 Dom B Facebook (Business) - https://www.facebook.com/dombpodcast Dom B Twitter - @dombpodcast Email – dombpodcast@gmail.com Dom B YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6KVo6FU6GFxSL2leQLT6dA SHIRTS ARE AVAILABLE - https://rdbl.co/2Oj2zKT iTunes - https://apple.co/2og1Nnk Spotify - https://spoti.fi/2wwGxgS Reddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/DomBPodcast/   #KenandKaren #Protesters #Trump2020 Ken and Karen Investigated by St. Louis Prosecutor - Mark McCloskey speaks out – Dom B Podcast 170 Ken and Karen Investigated by St. Louis Prosecutor - Mark McCloskey speaks out – Dom B Podcast 170 Ken and Karen Investigated by St. Louis Prosecutor - Mark McCloskey speaks out – Dom B Podcast 170

Ken and Karen a St. Louis Couple Defend Home Point Guns at Protesters – Dom B Podcast 169   A couple in St Louis pointed guns at protesters. The protesters walked on to a private street which is reserved for residents of that area and started marching towards the house of the St Louis Mayor, Lyda Krewson. The protesters were assembling to ask Lyda Krewston to resign after she doxed a few people during a Facebook Live meeting. The subject was defunding the police. The couple named Ken and Karen by Twitter people, were not happy to see these protesters inside their gated community. Ken and Karen, were both ready to stand their ground and brandished 1 firearm a piece in hopes to deter the protesters from walking onto their property.  Many are calling Ken and Karen extreme for pointing their guns at people before the protesters committed any crime. While I don’t condone Ken and Karen pointing a gun at people with their finger on the trigger. I do applaud them for protecting themselves and their property if the protesters turned violent.   Should Jen and Karen go this length in protecting themselves and their property from the protesters? Would you trust the protesters to do the right thing? Do you applaud the protests? Are you against these protests? Everyone at 88.1 KDHX is wishing DJ Wilson a speedy recovery from his illness. **************** Alderwoman Heather Navarro was elected this July to fill the seat left open following Lyda Krewson's victory in the river city's mayoral election last spring. Navarro, a licensed attorney, is also the Executive Director of the Missouri Coalition for the Environment, an organization that seeks to "educate, organize, and advocate in defense of Missouri's people and their environment." Here's a look at how the conversation went: 0:00-6:30 - Introduction. "I don't know if anything can prepare you" for serving on the Board of Aldermen (BoA). 6:30-12:30 - Joining the BoA during a tumultuous time. "My role as a white person is to say 'Black Lives Matter'" and support the board's Black Caucus. 12:30-24:45 - Prop P. Navarro is glad the decision is ultimately in the hands of the voters. 24:45-25:45 - City-County merger. 25:45-28:45 - Public Education. 28:45-31:30 - Shrinking the BoA. Navarro serves on the legislative committee, the body who will decide how the new lines are drawn. 31:30-37:45 - What encourages Navarro? Passing a resolution calling on the city to get their power from 100% Renewable Energy certainly gives this environmentalist hope. 37:45-45:00 - Tax Abatements and wrapping up. "I have two dream jobs right now!" You can catch guest host Hank Thompson on the air Sunday nights at 6pm on 88.7 WSIE.

Listen to Lyda on the Future Great City podcast here. Reed is currently in his third term as president of the Board of Alderman, a citywide elected office. Prior to that office, Reed was elected to two terms as alderman for the city's 6th Ward. We plan to invite each officially declared candidate for mayor on the Future Great City podcast and feature interviews on a single page to better inform city voters. Our conversation with Lewis Reed ran well over an hour and we veered off into talking cycling and the city near the end.
