Diese Folge ist für uns persönlich ziemlich spannend. Seit nun fast 5 Jahren treffen wir uns, um bummelig ne Stunde über Whisky und andere Destillate zu sprechen. Im November 2018 haben wir unsere erste Folge aufgenommen. Anlässlich dieses Meilensteins haben wir schon länger überlegt, eine eigene Abfüllung zu realisieren. Nun hat sich eine Tür aufgetan und wir probieren eine Probe, die als mögliche Dram Good Abfüllung in Frage kommt. Aber Achtung - Whisky wird's nicht, sondern ein Agaven Destillat, passend zu unserem Motto "Über den Tellerrand schauen". Wir sind gespannt auf Eure Meinungen, daher Kommentiert, was das Zeug hält. Egal, ob Facebook, Insta oder per Mail, wir freuen uns über Eure Nachrichten und Kommentare. Natürlich geht es neben Mezcal auch um Whisky in der aktuellen Folge. Mit der Iberian Series hat Redbreast eine jährlich neu erscheinende Serie ins Leben gerufen, die verschiedene Fassarten im Fokus hat. In diesem Jahr liegt der Fokus auf einem Finish in Tawny Port Casks. Wir sind begeistert und freuen uns, diesen Dessert-Iren im Glas zu haben.
