It's Season 18, Episode 31 of The Adventures of Pipeman. This week PipemanRadio welcomes an inspirational guest on the Health & Wellness Segment that Pipeman is in awe of, and you will be too. Here name is Kim Rahir. She is a health coach for middle aged women helping them to drop weight, get strong and boost energy by leveraging muscle mass and mindset work. She will offer some inspiration and insight through her personal path of being diagnosed with MS 10 years ago and winning a European Masters Weightlifting Championship at the age of 60 last year. She literally muscled her way out of illness and now she helps midlife women deal with a host of health symptoms by building muscle and strength. Kim Rahir's story made her change her career from journalism to coaching and is now on an empowering muscle mission to help women claim their place and their happiness in midlife. She will show how focusing on muscle (beyond just training and eating) can be a powerful driver of self-care because it puts you in a spirit of building and nurturing and gives you bucket loads of confidence. Kim Rahir's coaching approach is to turn scientific knowledge about human health into actionable tool kits for everyday life and she will reveal some of the secrets of the “Fabulous In 15” holistic coaching program right here on The Adventures of Pipeman.During the Pipeman in the Pit Segment, we will discuss The Adventures of Pipeman this past weekend where Pipeman went surfing for hours with the amazing Andy at Sebastian Surf & Sport. Then Pipeman left the ocean, dropped off the surfboard, then drove straight to the other end of the Florida with no shower and still in surf clothes to cover Megadeth, Mudvayne, and All That Remains at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre. It is an interesting Adventure and Story. And then Pipeman is leaving for Rocklahoma Shenanigans including Miss Rocklahoma on the Pipeman Radio Tour.
