Nate Fassnacht-History Nate Fassnacht played at Ephrata High School and was the #5th ranked SS in PA. Nate then went to George Washington University to play from 2017-2019 before being drafted in the 8th round by the Philadelphia Phillies after his junior season. During his junior college season, Fassnacht was ranked as the #1 analytics player in all of NCAA Baseball. He hit .372 with 23 doubles, 4 triples and 11 Homeruns in 59 games while striking out only 23 times in 226 at bats. Nate played his 1st year in the Phillies organization with the Williamsport Crosscutters and was looking to advance before having his second season cut short after 3 days of spring training due to Covid-19. Joe Hruska-Resume Joe Hruska played DII baseball at Davis and Elkins College (Elkins, WV). He also played middle infield overseas in Belgium, and the Netherlands. He then returned to Davis and Elkins College where he stayed onto coach after he completed his playing days. Since then, Hruska coached high school baseball for 11 years before taking over the Keystone State Bombers, an elite travel program in PA. The Bombers have had over 130 college commits in the past six years. How does the front office of an historical MiLB franchise cope with the rumors that they're going to lose their affiliation, a cancelled season and lost revenue? Fortunately, on 11/30/20 MLB announced the formation of the MLB Draft League. The Williamsport Crosscutters were one of five teams announced as original participants (eventually they will have a sixth). There are so many questions that need to be answered, and Gabe is our man. Gabe and Chris spend time on Bowman Field staples like The Little League Classic and Rhashan.

Tom Palumbo received his undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Georgia in 1995 and 1999 respectively. He also graduated from the police academy in 2015. From June 1999 to February 2001 Palumbo was the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Georgia. In 2001 Palumbo made the jump to professional baseball with the Williamsport Crosscutters, a minor league affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. That year Williamsport won the division and league championship. Palumbo coached high school football and taught P.E. the following year. That year the team won more games than they had in a decade. In 2003 Palumbo joined the Strength and Conditioning staff at The Ohio State University as Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach. In 2012 Palumbo became the first Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Flagler College. Palumbo considers himself blessed to have been associated with phenomenal athletes. Their accomplishments are too numerous to list in their entirety. Some of the highlights include sixteen Olympians brining in five gold, two silver, and five bronze medals. Palumbo is privileged to have worked with forty seven All Americans, one hundred seventeen All Conference, and three Athletes of the Year. Team accomplishments include one National Championship, one League Championship, and nine Conference Championships. Palumbo feels fortunate to have forged relationships with former athletes that continued training under him during their post college careers. Currently Palumbo is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the 7th Group Special Forces.
