Seb originally read music at London University - but changed direction to study acting at RADA. After a 15 year career on stage he turned his heart to teaching and directing. He has been Head of Acting and Director of BA Acting at both RADA and Drama Centre London and is the current Artistic Director of Degree Studies at Drama Studio London. He became the first winner of ITV show Dance Dance Dance and starred on Celebrity X Factor. He's also the creator of Know Your Type, a channel that supports people who live with type 1 Diabetes.
