    What do you need to know about brain health and Alzheimer's prevention? Y.E.B.O., Yoga Education Breath Outreach, Zee Cruise, and Nya Patrinos are Yoga Therapists certified in Brain Longevity by the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Association. • Alzheimer's disease is more prevalent among African-Americans than among whites — with estimates ranging from 14% to almost 100% higher; • There is a greater familial risk of Alzheimer's in African-Americans • Genetic and environmental factors may work differently to cause Alzheimer's disease in African-Americans. They POC who offer yoga therapy classes specifically for African Americans (Black centered) that focus on the prevention of Alzheimer's and other dementias. And, offer brain health classes for everyone -- both are free. They also offer training specifically for those wanting to grow their toolbox and strategies for Brain Longevity and Alzheimer's and Dementia Prevention & are passionate about racial justice and decoålonizing the health system.
