Alan Skorski interviewed Thane Rosenbaum whose recent book, Beyond Proportionality: Israel's Just War in Gaza outlines how the IDF not only fought within accordance of international law, but performed at unparalleled levels to minimize non-combatant fatalities that no other army in the world has ever done. Following Rosenbaum's summary of his book during the opening of the interview the focus then shifted to his recently published a column, titled, If the Horseshow Fits…Saddle Up which raised awareness of the rise of antisemitism from the right, which was unheard of just a few years ago. According to Professor Rosenbaum, the antisemitism on the left has been more organized from the start than anything coming from the right. “The left has a stranglehold” on some of the most important institutions which hold all the reigns of power, starting with our universities. In sharp contrast, the antisemitism coming from the right, which Rosenbaum calls “guttural antisemitism,” isn't anything new, just the same old trash we heard in the 1930's, and from antisemites in every previous century. On the left, there is unity in their war against Israel, Zionism, and the Jews. Whereas on the Right, who else do they really have besides Tucker Carlson, who, according to Professor Rosenbaum, isn't very educated, and nothing he says is terribly profound. During the interview, Skorski reminded his audience that while the Left is united with little to no fracture in their ranks, there are many pro-Israel Christians who have pushed back hard against the charlatans masquerading as Christians like Carlson, Candace Owens, and most recently, Carrie Prejean Boller, who was briefly on President Trump's Board to promote religious liberty until her antisemitic outbursts, including support for Candace Owens, got her removed from the Board. In the wake of the October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel, countless individuals around the world searched for ways to respond. For Marlene Kolangi, a New York-based fashion designer and entrepreneur, the answer was clear: dedicate her life to helping the children left behind. Kolangi, founder of the successful bridal and modest fashion brand Kaituz in Queens, is widely known in the modest fashion and wig communities for her custom designs that empower women to feel beautiful and confident. But after October 7, her professional focus took a dramatic turn. Deeply shaken by the terrorist attacks and the devastating toll on Israeli families, Kolangi founded Israel Orphans of 10/7, an organization devoted exclusively to supporting children who lost one or both parents in the massacre and subsequent war. Appearing on Episode 47 of the Alan Skorski Reports podcast, Kolangi shared how the tragedy transformed her life and mission. “I couldn't just sit back,” she explained. “These children lost everything in a single day. They need more than sympathy — they need stability, support, and a future.” Her organization provides both immediate and long-term assistance, including: Emergency financial aid for basic needs Long-term savings accounts for each orphan Funding for life milestones such as bar and bat mitzvahs, education, and weddings Emotional care services, including play therapy and personalized support Kolangi emphasized that her work goes beyond writing checks. She personally travels to Israel, meeting families face-to-face, listening to their stories, and delivering assistance directly — whether through funds, gift cards, clothing, or ongoing personal relationships. “The most important thing is dignity,” she said. “These children should not feel forgotten. They should feel embraced by the entire Jewish people.” A single mother herself, Kolangi has been profiled in several Jewish media outlets, including Arutz Sheva, The Jewish Link, and VINnews, where she has been described as a “superhero” for transforming her business platform into a vehicle for communal healing. She also speaks at Jewish inspirational gatherings and communal events, including Project Inspire, where she encourages others to turn pain into purpose. According to Kolangi, the mission is long-term. While global attention may shift, the needs of October 7's youngest victims remain. “This is not a six-month project,” she noted. “These children will grow up with this loss. We are committed to walking with them for years — through school, through milestones, through life.” Supporters can learn more or contribute to Israel Orphans of 10/7 through its fundraising platform, often linked via CauseMatch under the Healing Heroes campaign. As the Jewish world continues to grapple with the aftermath of October 7, Kolangi's work stands as a powerful example of grassroots leadership — channeling heartbreak into hope, and tragedy into tangible action for Israel's most vulnerable. -VIN News Donations can be made through: https://causematch.com/healingheroes Contact the Organization: info@israelorphansof10seven.org Subscribe to Alan Skorski Reports: www.youtube.com/@AlanSkorskiReports Alan Skorski Reports 12FEB2026 - PODCAST

Four classical Jewish sources, spanning nearly two thousand years, foretell a cataclysmic war involving Persia (Iran) at the End of Days. These are not vague allusions. They are specific, detailed, and converging on the very geopolitical reality unfolding before our eyes. 1. Pesikta Rabbati, Piska 36 “Rabbi Yitzchak said: The year in which the King Mashiach is revealed, all the kings of the nations will provoke one another. The King of Persia will provoke the King of Arabia…and the entire world will be thrown into panic and confusion.” 2. Talmud Bavli, Yoma 10a The Gemara records a dispute regarding a prophesied war between Persia and Rome at the End of Days. One opinion holds that Persia will fall to Rome; the other holds that Rome will fall to Persia. The passage establishes that a decisive confrontation between these two civilizations must precede the arrival of Mashiach. 3. Tosafot, Avodah Zarah 2b The succinct 7 line Tosafot o details how Edom will squash Persia. Their downfall clears the stage for Redemption as this final event precedes Mashiach's imminent arrival 4. Kli Paz — Rav Shmuel Laniado (1603–1657), Commentary on Isaiah 34:6 Writing over four hundred years ago, this great Mekubal of Aleppo identified “Bozrah” in Isaiah's prophecy as the Hormuz. He declared that a “great slaughter” (Iran) would take place there at the End of Days, and sealed his words with a blessing: “Happy is the one who understands this sign before the Redemption.” On this show, Tamar speaks with Reb Doniel Stochel, author of the upcoming book: 'THE FINAL REDEMPTION' as he takes us through prophetic sources of what we might expect, especially concerning Iran, and the Final Redemption. Podcast host, Alan Skorski, interviewed Dr. Tim Orr, an Evangelical leader, who earned six Masters Degrees, including a Masters in Islam, while studying at the London School of Islam under the tutelage of a Shia Muslim leader. During the interview Dr. Orr spoke of his visit to London on October 7, 2023, and without knowing all the news that was happening in Israel following the Hamas invasion, witnessed horrific antisemitic demonstrations taking place in the streets of London. At the same time, he was watching news from America from his hotel room, and saw almost identical types of rallies and demonstrations that were amongst the most antisemitic he had ever witnessed. These events led him to speak out in support of Israel, while he was still in London, and scheduled to speak to Muslim audiences as an interfaith leader. He said that his speaking engagements were immediately cancelled, and the Shia leaders who had once engaged him began to curse him and tell him they regret ever befriending him. Following October 7th, Dr. Orr wrote; “What I felt most was that the Church there was very weak. And that weakness carried a cost. That disorientation deepened when I watched American and European universities erupt days later with the same slogans and emotional choreography. It was then I realized I was witnessing the expression of a coherent transnational worldview, not a series of isolated events.” On antisemitism and how support for Israel is weaponized against Jews, Dr. Orr has written; Antisemitism persists not only because it is protected, but because institutions and cultures continue to choose it for its usefulness. It offers a ready explanation for failure, resentment, and moral unease. It allows societies under strain to direct judgment outward while preserving a sense of righteousness. And it does this by rendering Jews abstract enough to blame and unreal enough to disregard. When Israel is a symbol, every Israeli action is interpreted negatively, because symbols are judged by their natures, not by circumstances. When Israel uses force, it is not responding to a threat, but revealing its nature. When it exhibits restraint, it is merely biding time, and accused of cruelty by inaction: there is no space for tragedy, since tragedy exists only when two legitimate claims are in conflict, and Israel is denied legitimacy from the outset. Intent is always presumed, and never examined. Condemnation is not a conclusion, but a premise. “Dr. Orr looks at how antisemitism operates in today's political, media, and activist spaces—not just as hatred, but as a system that adapts and hides in plain sight—and how Islamist movements and narratives play a role in spreading it in the West. He brings a clear, evidence-based perspective to topics that are often misunderstood or deliberately blurred. Tim is the author of six books, including his forthcoming Antisemitism Is More Than Hatred—It's a System: How It Works, Why It Persists, and How It Adapts to Every Age.” He is currently offering an online course titled: Architecture of Antisemitism: Structure. not Just Hatred -VIN News Watch the video interview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_f6bE6bTKiE Alan Skorski Reports 29JAN2026 - PODCAST

Antisemitic United Nations agencies are no longer welcome in Israel The Jay Shapiro Show 22JAN2026 - PODCAST

Amid ongoing discussions about the U.S.-Israel alliance, including recent commentary referencing questions raised by media personality Tucker Carlson about the benefits the United States derives from its relationship with Israel, a new interview highlights the extensive technological and humanitarian contributions Israel provides. Gedaliah Blum, Director of The Heartland Initiative in Israel, sat down for an interview with Alan Skorski. In a social media post on December 22, 2025, Blum addressed Carlson's recurring question — “What exactly does the United States get from Israel?” — by quickly listing more than 25 Israeli innovations that directly benefit the U.S. and its allies. These include advancements in aviation safety, missile defense systems protecting American bases, IED detection technology safeguarding U.S. soldiers in combat zones, battlefield medicine now standard in American emergency rooms, and enhanced airport security protocols used worldwide. During the conversation, Skorski expanded on this list, emphasizing Israel's role as a hub of innovation despite its small size and challenging security environment. Israel has pioneered several key technologies widely adopted in the U.S. and globally: The USB flash drive (originally known as Disk-on-Key), revolutionizing portable data storage. Waze, the real-time GPS navigation app acquired by Google and used by millions for traffic updates and efficient routing. Mobileye, providing advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) that enhance vehicle safety and serve as a foundation for autonomous driving technologies. ICQ, one of the earliest popular instant messaging platforms. Significant contributions to Intel processors through R&D by Israeli teams. Medical & Health Innovations Israeli developments have transformed diagnostics and treatment: PillCam (from Given Imaging), a swallowable camera capsule enabling non-invasive internal imaging for gastrointestinal diagnostics. Babysense infant breathing monitors for enhanced child safety. ReWalk bionic exoskeletons assisting individuals with lower-limb paralysis to regain mobility. Agriculture, Water & Other Fields In agriculture and resource management, Israel leads with drip irrigation systems from Netafim, which optimize water use in arid regions; the development of longer-lasting, sweeter cherry tomatoes; and advanced water desalination and purification technologies. Defense & Security Contributions Defense innovations include the Iron Dome missile defense system, advanced UAVs (drones), and cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that bolster U.S. national security interests. These advancements “barely scratch the surface” of the mutual benefits in the U.S.-Israel partnership, Skorski noted, with many technologies co-developed or shared through joint efforts. Humanitarian Leadership Exemplified in Haiti Beyond technology, Israel's contributions extend to global humanitarian aid. A prominent example is the rapid response to the devastating January 2010 earthquake in Haiti. As detailed in a 2010 report in the New England Journal of Medicine, within 48 hours of the quake striking Port-au-Prince, Israel deployed a 230-person military task force — including 109 support and rescue personnel from the IDF Home Front Command and 121 medical staff from the IDF Medical Corps Field Hospital. The team arrived 15 hours after departing Tel Aviv and immediately began operations. In just 10 days, the field hospital treated over 1,100 patients. 16 babies were delivered in the hospital. IDF search and rescue forces assisted in rescuing or aiding 4 individuals. The swift deployment and high-impact care underscored Israel's commitment to international disaster relief, often arriving among the first responders in crises worldwide. -VIN News Alan Skorski Reports 21JAN2026 - PODCAST

Why Tucker Carlson And Candace Owens Adopted the Most Virulently Antisemitic Denominations of Christianity: Interview With Rabbi Tovia Singer Rabbi Tovia Singer, a leading expert on Christian theology and counter-missionary work, is warning of what he describes as a troubling rise in antisemitic rhetoric among some high-profile conservative commentators, naming Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens as examples. In a recent interview with podcaster Alan Skorski, Singer said he is increasingly concerned that voices once seen as part of a pro-Israel conservative coalition are now echoing themes long associated with antisemitic conspiracy theories. Singer, whose work has focused for decades on countering Christian proselytizing aimed at Jews, discussed the evolution of Christian Zionism, calling it a relatively modern movement that has become a powerful force in American politics. He estimated that about one in five Americans now identifies as a Christian Zionist, making it one of the country's largest political blocs. The rabbi traced the roots of Christian antisemitism back to early church history, citing anti-Jewish writings by figures such as St. John Chrysostom and the role of Pope Pius XII during the Holocaust — often criticized by historians for his silence in the face of Nazi atrocities. Singer said antisemitic teachings were embedded for centuries across Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant traditions. He linked those historical patterns to modern conspiracy thinking, referencing the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a forged document from the early 1900s that falsely claimed Jews were plotting world domination. Singer said echoes of those ideas can now be heard in some contemporary political commentary that portrays Jews as wielding outsized control over media, finance and government. Singer was particularly critical of Candace Owens, describing her embrace of a traditionalist strain of Catholicism that rejects the reforms of the Second Vatican Council as deeply alarming. He said that version of the faith revives doctrines portraying Jews as rejected by God and permanently stripped of their covenant — ideas he called both theologically dangerous and politically combustible. Owens converted after her marriage to political activist George Farmer and amid public splits with prominent Jewish conservatives such as Ben Shapiro and Dennis Prager, Singer noted. By contrast, Singer praised the late Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, whom he described as exceptional among evangelical leaders for defending not only Israel but the Jewish people themselves. Singer said Kirk's influence reshaped the conservative movement and predicted that, had he lived, he could have become a presidential contender within a decade. Kirk was assassinated in September 2025, and Singer said there is now an internal struggle over his political legacy. He added that President Donald Trump remains firmly pro-Jewish and pro-Israel, describing that stance as consistent with the values of the Trump family. Singer reserved some of his sharpest criticism for Tucker Carlson, accusing the former Fox News host of hostility toward Israel and contempt for Christian Zionists. He pointed to Carlson's interview with Palestinian pastor Munther Isaac, who accused Israel of persecuting Christians in Bethlehem. Singer disputed that claim, noting that Bethlehem is under Palestinian Authority control and that its Christian population has fallen dramatically over the past half-century — from about 80% to roughly 5% — largely because of emigration driven by political and economic conditions, not Israeli policy. Carlson, who now hosts a widely followed podcast after leaving Fox News, has said he identifies as an Episcopalian but rarely attends church. Singer ended the interview with pointed irony. -VIN News Alan Skorski Reports 15JAN2025 - PODCAST

Chaim Malespin, a U.S.-born sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces' elite Yahalom commando unit, shared insights into his extensive combat experience - which included 800+ consecutive days operating in the terror tunnels in Gaza and Lebanon - and humanitarian efforts in a recent interview with commentator Alan Skorski. Malespin, who immigrated to Israel with his family as a teenager in 1999, has served in the IDF's Combat Engineering Corps, specializing in explosives handling, countering improvised explosive devices and destroying terror tunnels. The Yahalom unit, known as “diamond” in Hebrew, focuses on high-risk engineering operations in combat zones. Malespin has been deployed for hundreds of consecutive days during Israel's ongoing Swords of Iron war against Hamas, leading missions across Gaza, northern Israel and southern Lebanon. He previously saw action in the 2006 Lebanon War, Operation Cast Lead and Operation Protective Edge. His decorations include the Iron Swords War Service Ribbon, Operation Protective Edge Ribbon and Operation Cast Lead Ribbon. When not on active duty, Malespin directs operations at the Aliyah Return Center (ARC), a humanitarian organization he co-founded in 2013 in Israel's Galilee region along the Jordan River. The ARC assists Jewish immigrants, or olim, with integration into Israeli society through temporary housing, Hebrew classes, job training, community activities and basic aid such as food and clothing distribution. Under Malespin's leadership, the center transformed a former hotel into a campus for new immigrants and international volunteers after a multimillion-dollar renovation project in partnership with the Jewish Agency. The organization also hosts volunteers from abroad who participate in service projects in the Galilee and train as “ambassadors for Israel” upon returning home, fostering ties between Israel and supportive global communities. Malespin hosts “The Real Israel” on YouTube and an “Iron Swords” daily podcast, providing updates and perspectives on Israel. The interview highlighted Malespin's dual roles as a frontline soldier defending Israel and a humanitarian leader supporting Jewish immigration and absorption. -VIN News Subscribe to Alan Skorski Reports YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/@AlanSkorskiReports Alan Skorski Reports 07JAN2025 - PODCAST
