A meditation focused on creating energy flow and a good feeling at the heart centre, so we can nurture and grow the things we want to cultivate more of, and leave what doesn't serve you anymore. Try to set any limiting beliefs aside and be present with your body and mind for this 10 minutes of guided meditation! I hope this class can help you on your journey. No music, so as always feel free to add background noise or music if you find it helpful. Namaste!
