This time around, we get into a case which should disturb anyone concerned with the overreach of governmental power, that of Breonna Taylor, a nurse who was killed in a volley of police bullets during a no-knock raid at her home, which turned out to be the wrong address, with the intended suspect already in custody. Her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, a legal gun owner, fired a single shot at the door, as he was under the impression that a home invasion was under way. The ensuing volley killed Breonna, and he was charged with the attempted murder of a police officer. You may be intrigued, you may be disgusted, just don't let him near your wives and daughters, and don't look into his eyes for too long. You've been warned!
In this episode, we discuss Gerardo's experience and the Gay Pride Parade in NYC. Giuseppe and Platano were nowhere to be found (speaking of Platano, someone should tell him not to drop acid when recording). We also discuss the response to the event in the form of a proposed Straight Pride Parade, and the history of the ancient Sumerians, a subject dear to Giuseppe's heart. Gerardo's main concern is how primitive societies handled post-bowel-movement cleanup. There's an answer to that, and it ain't pretty!

3 American-born New Yorkers, all with immigrant parents get together to discuss topics of the day, and life in general. Gerardo was born in Queens with Colombian parents. He grew up in the streets of Jackson Heights, doing his best to stay out of trouble by working out and reading books, often invoking the ridicule of his hood-rat peers. Translating his passion for fitness and avoiding danger into something useful, he has made his living as a fitness and self defense instructor for a number of years. Giuseppe grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn when it was cheap and dangerous, before the hipsters arrived. A fervent admirer of Ronald Reagan from the age of 10, social rejection was a way of life for him. An accountant by trade and a caveman by nature, he enjoys lifting weights, admires hirsute women, and needs to do deep breathing exercises at the mere mention of liberals. Platano, like Gerardo is also a product of the mean streets of Jackson Heights. He is half Puerto Rican and half Colombian. From a later generation than his co-hosts, he also embraced the streets with a higher level of enthusiasm. At some point he developed a deep passion for music and never looked back. The result is something between a hoodlum on the corner and an ascetic monk. He is married to the drums and enjoys boxing, comic books and the avoidance of normal society. See what happens when these three highly conflicted but arguably insightful guys weigh in on the topics of the day, and life issues in general...
