After Molly went to her first ever sound therapy session she was overwhelmed by emotion and the grounding sensation produced by Kate's voice and crystal bowls. Sound healing, which is also known as sound therapy, has been practiced since ancient times. The concept of sound therapy is based on the idea that every part of your body (and everything in the universe) creates a vibration which resonates in a certain way.
