Do you need something to listen to that will help with anxiety, worry, and sleep? Rewind, Relax, Release is was created out of need for a podcast that I could listen to fall asleep and soothe my thoughts. I also wanted meditations, visualizations, and affirmations to help with anxiety, improve my mood and create a more positive attitude and outlook. Here you will hear a soothing voice guiding you to sleep or through a variety of meditations and visualizations. You can change your perspective and improve your confidence, self-esteem, outlook with a variety of affirmations.
