But for one in three adults in the US (about eighty-four million people), experiencing uninterrupted sleep and getting a great night's rest is only just a dream. The reality is sleep makes up one-third of our life (a good twenty-five to thirty years), and it impacts everything we do.1 I know firsthand the impact of poor sleep and how it can cause mental stress and break down the body.
