Nevertheless, we discuss and dissect a 60-second video, look at her former Wattpad-main-character-moment-like tweets between her and Elon and look into her interesting past. While we attempt to give you a rundown about Grime's life, we also look into questionable things Elon has got going on as well. I think we're all aware of Kanye's iconic move of stealing the beat Drake wanted and making a joke of it. But this time, the feud gets a little more intense, and a lot funnier. From Kanye adding Drake to a group chat with Pusha T to him leaking Drake's (already extremely public) address and then immediately deleting it after getting clowned; we cover it all. In this podcast week episode, we dive into a little bit more of a serious topic that everyone around us is facing recently - post/mid pandemic anxiety. As the pandemic hopefully comes to an end, we both are realizing that we are coming out as different people and that within the past 2 years a lot of our social skills have changed. While we light-heartedly reflect on the changes we both have faced, we realize that the tolerance for small talk has gotten much lower, that catching up is really harder than we thought and we might actually enjoy hanging out with ourselves alone? We also tackle how things might be returning to pre-covid normal might induce social interaction anxiety and how unready we all might be for the old normal. Also, are we the generation that glamorizes cutting people off and will it be harder to make friends post-pandemic? Lastly, if you are facing social battery drainage at a faster rate, are an overthinker and are experiencing anxiety about facing the world again - tune in today :) --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/strugglingoptimists/message

Later, we analyze the meticulous thoughts, that Rukky has when posting stories and how she had to shove her head into a pine bush to take a golden hour photo. BUT JOKES ASIDE, we tackle the good and bad about social media, from social justice to performative activism,  the pressures/anxiety surrounding activism/general posts and its impacts on body image.  Also, we dive into how Instagram influencers might be ruining our lives with their aesthetical feeds (hence Shafa archiving all her posts) and if all these apps collectively work together making us think 30 is the new 75? With a sprinkle of random facts about Aries  (Rukky's zodiac sign - it's the only thing that can explain her impulsiveness). This week we're discussing one of the hottest shows on Netflix right now: Indian Matchmaking. From Mumbai to America, we follow marriage consultant Sima Taparia as she helps participants find true love or at the very least, someone compatible enough to marry. As South Asians we felt it was only fair that we took an in-depth look into the show, so join us as we discuss our favourite and least favourite participants and talk about the show's more controversial subtexts: sexism, colourism, classism, and casteism. Should we be directing criticism at Sima Auntie for engaging in subtly discriminatory behaviour? What does this show say about Indian marriage culture and Indian culture as a whole?
