In this episode of the Golf Gambling Podcast on the Sports Gambling Podcast Network, Steve Schirmer puts Boston Capper (@boston_capper) in the hot seat for his egregious conduct during the Sony Open. Steve grills Boston Capper why he was trying to mush Russell Henley for three straight days, while Boston Capper furiously defends his reputation. After the dust up, they move on to the American Express. Each of them first go over what stats and angles they're taking to help break down the field. Then they go over some early DFS Ownership %'s to identify who is chalk and who is not. Then they give a thorough analysis of all their favorite plays and fades in DraftKings from each price range. Topics include a hard choice between Seamus Power and Talor Gooch, Steve is sick trying to parse through the $8K range, and Boston Capper's love affair with 80 guys in the $7K range. After a long eulogy from Boston Capper about the New England Patriots, each of them go over their outright bets of the week. This also includes a long conversation of who else Steve should add to his card. Download the SGPN APP today https://sgpn.app and leave us a rating & review. Today we hear the Combat Story of Kim “KC” Campbell, a retired Air Force Colonel and A-10 Fighter Pilot. NOTE: Combat Story is launching a Patreon account later this month. Sign-up here: https://www.combatstory.com/patreon Kim racked up over 1.8K flight hours in the Warthog; 375 of those in combat across more than 100 combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. She also has one of the coolest call signs ever: Killer Chick. For anyone who's been on the ground and seen an A-10 on a gun run, you can understand why so many ground pounders love this platform. For Apache pilots, the A-10 is our fixed wing cousin and we feel a very close affinity with this incredible machine. Outside the cockpit, Kim led the Air Force Academy's Center for Character and Leadership Development and, since retiring, has carried that expertise to the private sector where she provides leadership development training and team engagement. She's also a keynote and motivational speaker. Kim, like many fighter pilots, is driven, dedicated, and successful. She's delivered rounds on target in heated battles and narrowly avoided death, including being hit with a Surface to Air Missile. I hope you enjoy this insightful Combat Story from the cockpit of THE Killer Chick as much as I did. Aus großer Kraft folgt große Verantwortung Das hat Peter Parker schon öfter gehört. Bzw. haben das schon mehrere Peter Parkers gehört und nun bekommt es auch Tom Holland zu hören. Peppi hat sich Spiderman No Way Home angeschaut. Don't Look Up Alte Story neu erzählt.

Good morning, good afternoon and good evening wherever you are in the world, welcome to EV News Daily for Monday 3rd January. It's Martyn Lee here and I go through every EV story so you don't have to. Thank you to MYEV.com for helping make this show, they've built the first marketplace specifically for Electric Vehicles. It's a totally free marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling process, and help you learn about EVs along the way too. First an admission, Mike Wise is an Executive Producer but I didn't add his name to the show notes when he signed up. So consider it done! Thank you MIKE WISE TESLA TSLA Q4 2021 VEHICLE DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION NUMBERS - Tesla just published its fourth-quarter vehicle production and deliveries report for 2021, and it handily beat analysts' expectations. - Tesla deliveries amounted to 308,600 electric cars in the fourth quarter and full-year deliveries amounted to 936,172 vehicles. - The automaker produced 305,840 fully electric vehicles total during the same period. · Highlighted Source : https://share.getliner.com/1RqI0hmRvZ/ · Original Source : https://www.cnbc.com/2022/01/02/tesla-tsla-q4-2021-vehicle-delivery-and-production-numbers.html?utm_source=pocket_mylist - While that isn't the magic 1 million figure the company might have hoped for, it's close — and nearly double the 499,550 Tesla handed to customers in 2020. - The year gone by wasn't stellar for the Model S and Model X. Deliveries of those higher-end vehicles dropped by more than half in 2021, from 57,039 cars to 24,964. That wasn't a complete shock, though, as many customers wanted to (or had to) wait for S and X revamps that weren't slated to ship until spring, including the high-performance Plaid variants. Original Source : https://www.engadget.com/tesla-q4-2021-year-end-deliveries-sales-production-183514314.html - Tesla increased sales despite a global shortage of computer chips, which serve as the brains for a variety of electronics, including engine controllers and touch screens. The shortage forced most automakers to idle some plants for weeks at a time and kept them from producing as many vehicles as they had planned. - In July, Tesla's chief executive, Elon Musk, said his company was overcoming the shortage by switching to types of chips that were more readily available and writing new instructions, or firmware, to be embedded into the chip. Tesla can make such a switch because the components in its cars are designed to be controlled largely by software. - Much of its recent growth has been propelled by sales in Europe and China. Original Source : https://www.nytimes.com/2022/01/02/business/tesla-sales.html - But more importantly, these results give Tesla an annualized production rate of over 1.2 million vehicles, which is unprecedented for producing electric vehicles. - The other story is in the mix of cars. Model S/X accounted for only about 2.5% of Tesla's sales for the year. Obviously the switch to the new models had some downtime, but the mix is overwhelmingly the smaller cars. That means that Tesla is almost entirely selling the Model 3/Y which are both based on a singular vehicle platform.  Original Source : https://electrek.co/2022/01/02/tesla-tsla-record-q4-2021-production-deliveries-electric-cars/ FORD JACKS UP PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC F-150, CITES BIG DEMAND - Ford says it will nearly double the annual production of its electric F-150 Lightning pickup truck based on a high number of advance reservations. The company said Tuesday that it will be able to build at a rate of 150,000 pickups per year at its electric vehicle factory in Dearborn, Michigan, by the middle of next year. Previously Ford had expected to build 80,000 per year at the new factory, which likely will have to be expanded to handle the increased output. Original Source : https://apnews.com/article/technology-business-environment-and-nature-michigan-ed809bb0f237e4d3be7974936416f91e - Currently, production capacity stands at 75,000 F-150 Lightning models per year at Ford's Rouge Electric Vehicle Center in Dearborn, Michigan. A Ford representative confirmed to Newsweek that the company will be slowly ramping up production to that 75,000 mark. - For the 2023 model year, Ford is targeting approximately 80,000 units per year capacity. As the 2024 model year nears, in mid-2023, Ford expects to hit the announced 150,000 per year F-150 Lightning production level. - Ford will begin accepting the first wave of reservation converts on Thursday. Additional reservation holders will be invited to place their orders in phases over the next few months. - Initial reservation conversions will be for 2022 model year vehicles. Once that run is out, Ford will open order banks for model year 2023 trucks. The upshot? An eye-popping design coupled with advanced engineering that squeezes in power, efficiency and range into a compact and sporty package. - Instead, the company used the EQXX as a proving ground of how far it can push design and engineering. The company focused on improving the energy density of its battery and boosting overall efficiency by reducing the weight of the vehicle using some lightweight materials including for the battery case and brake discs, an aerodynamic design that produces a drag coefficient of Cd 0.175, ultra low-rolling resistance tires and a new compact electric drivetrain. - The end result is a vehicle that Mercedes says can travel 620 miles on a single charge and boasts 95% efficiency, which means 95% of the energy from the battery ends up at the wheels. - Instead of just increasing the size of the battery, Mercedes-Benz and its HPP team developed a new battery pack with an energy density of close to 400 Wh/L. - The company was able to increase energy density in part from what Mercedes described as “significant progress” in the chemistry of the anodes, which has higher silicon content and advanced composition that allowed it to hold considerably more energy than commonly used anodes. Original Source : https://techcrunch.com/2022/01/03/mercedes-benzs-vision-for-the-future-is-an-ultra-efficient-luxury-620-mile-range-ev/ - With claims of an astounding 621 real-world miles (or more) from a battery pack of less than 100 kwh—amounting to more than 6 miles per kwh on efficiency terms. - And yet the battery pack of the EQXX—one of many elements that executives hinted are likely production-bound—takes an approach that isn't used by F1, Formula E, or any of Mercedes' other modern EVs: passive cooling, otherwise known as air cooling. - it's accomplished with intelligent cell management throughout the pack, combined with an integrated cooling plate at the bottom, as well as vents that open as the temperature climbs.  Simply put, running pumps and circulating liquids through cooling systems—typically two circuits—costs energy, and efficiency. - As executives emphasized with the introduction of the EQXX, most, if not all, of the key technology pieces exhibited in this concept are production-bound—most of them for the modular MMA architecture that will underpin mass-production compact-to-midsize EVs later in the decade. So while air cooling might not yet be locked in, there must already be a relatively high confidence level in the decision. Original Source : https://www.greencarreports.com/news/1134641_does-mercedes-eqxx-concept-signal-a-shift-to-air-cooling-for-ev-batteries - The interior of the Vision EQXX features a massive 47.5-inch screen that stretches the full width of the vehicle, a nod to the company's new Hyperscreen infotainment display. But unlike the Hyperscreen, which is an amalgam of three separate screens set inside one solid, 56-inch piece of glass, the Vision EQXX's screen is a one-piece display that will also feature 8K resolution and cutting edge graphics. - Like most of its competitors, Mercedes is barreling toward an all-electric future at full speed. The company says it will commit €40 billion ($47 billion) to the electrification of its lineup by 2030, including electric versions of Mercedes-Benz's G-class wagons and AMG high-performance vehicles. Today, I want to talk about an example of answering the question, “What if it were easy?”“What if this were easy?” is something I, or our coaches, ask our Accelerator program members all the time. I want our members to have a question about how to do something.I say, “What if it were easy? What would it look like if it were easy?”We try to over-complicate things all the time. For years I tried to over-complicate things. And let's just be honest, I still do that sometimes today, too. When you can ask yourself, “What would this look like if it were easy?” it opens up a whole new lens that you can think about how to do something. In this episode, you'll learn:How to repurpose your most popular content for more revenueGetting quick and easy wins with minimal effortUsing your repurposed content funnel to grow your membership Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? If you're feeling overwhelmed, doing all the things, and you're not sure what next steps you should be taking in your business…Then my Accelerator coaching program may be for you. Click on the links below to learn more and apply for my Accelerator coaching program:Links & ResourcesLearn more about my Accelerator coaching programJoin and apply to my Accelerator coaching program – ApplicationVisit my website where you'll find more info about my coaching programs as well as hundreds of free podcast episodesFull show notes are available here

Many of you have known me as the “Facebook Ads guy” for so many years, so you might be surprised why I'd say something like that.  Well, I've seen a lot of people asking how they can maximize Facebook ads to kickstart their lead generation and get those leads into their funnel... Yet, they miss checking first where their target audience consumes content.  We often hear so much about Facebook ads… And that's sort of where our brain goes immediately.  But there could be other platforms that are better suited for your online business from a channel and strategy perspective.  Today, I want to walk you through my thought process on how I would approach this through 5 examples of different niches.  You can apply this same approach to your own business.  This episode will put your brain into an exercise that will get you to start thinking about your niche, which many of my Accelerator students have been digging into to get more traffic in a much more intentional way…  And I really want to encourage you to start doing the same.  So hope you enjoy and learn something great after listening to this podcast…  Discussion Points In Today's Episode: 0:00 Introduction 2:17 Why you should know your target audience's platform 3:30 My approach on how to explore and test the best platform for your niche  4:13 Example 1: Kickstarting lead generation in a jazz niche 7:43 Example 2: Advertising for a business teaching nurse anesthetists 9:48 Example 3: Promoting drumming classes 13:06 Example 4: Where to market teaching Jiu-Jitsu 14:22 Example 5: How to reach those in the teaching space 16:24 What if you're not ready or don't have the budget for other platforms?    Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? Today, we're going to be diving into a really, really fun topic.    If you listened to last Friday's Quick Tip Episode, I shared with you something that is a bit controversial about how launching in your business is doing you and your potential customers more harm than good. If you've not heard that episode, definitely go check it out.    So today, I want to do an Evergreen Funnel Q&A.    These questions are from my Accelerator coaching members and people who have been reaching out to me regarding evergreen funnels.    So in this episode, you'll learn the answers to the following:  Who is evergreen right for? I've seen many of my students think that evergreen is the ultimate passive income business.  Should your offer be on evergreen or live launches? What do you focus on if you're not seeing sales on your evergreen funnels? What offer price will work best? Do you send follow-up emails to those who didn't watch your webinar? Is discounting the price of your course or membership a good idea?   I'm also going to share tons of different ways to sell your online course or membership on evergreen, how to increase sales on your evergreen funnel, and tips around creating urgency in your offers other than discounting.  Although it's a continuous and tedious work, there's a lot of big surprises, successes, and sweet spots you can expect from an evergreen funnel.   And by the way, this is our first Q&A episode that I've done in a long time here on the show, and I'm going to do a lot more in upcoming episodes.    Appreciate you for always tuning in, and hope you enjoy and learn key takeaways from this podcast…  Discussion Points In Today's Episode: 0:00 Introduction 2:25 Who's and who's not fit for evergreen funnels?  4:57 Ways to sell your online courses on evergreen  17:11 Should your offer be on evergreen or live launches?  22:13 Increasing sales in your evergreen funnel  32:17 Offer prices that work best for evergreen  35:43 Should you send follow-up emails when people don't show up?  40:47 How to warm people up prior to making offers  45:31 Create honest urgency with something other than discounting  Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle?   If you're feeling overwhelmed, doing all the things, and you're not sure what next steps you should be taking in your business…   Then my Accelerator coaching program may be for you.    Click here to learn more and apply for my Accelerator coaching program. You might be surprised to hear me say this as I created my business purely on launching.  That's all I did for the first six years of my business... It was successful. Yet, the more I launched, the more I began to dislike the process.  And it's not just for me, I notice this every single week, whether it's from my Accelerator members or people just reaching out in general.  You see, I wanted to help my younger sister sell her resources and lesson plans on Teachers Pay Teachers, which is a site devoted to do just this.   The teacher entrepreneurs in my Accelerator program recommended a specific course.  But it turns out that the course wasn't open yet... That was a huge eye-opener for me and made me realize what past potential customers must have felt. In this episode, I want to dive into these kinds of examples and why I think launching is doing more harm than good to you and your potential customers from a mental health and business standpoint.  But I want to clarify that the kind of launches I'm talking about are those that happen once or twice per year.  So if you're counting on those launches as a major piece of the overall revenue of your business, then this episode is for you! What I'm sharing with you today is my truth from my years of launching (I used to do those types of launches) and my recommendations to make it better.  Hope you enjoy and learn something new from this episode…  Discussion Points In Today's Episode: 0:00 Introduction 1:51 What I experienced in looking for online courses  10:30 How launches affect you and your customers' mental health  18:31 How launches affect your online business  21:10 Have an evergreen process for your launching  Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? Today, I'll be introducing a new segment for my podcast, which I will call ‘What Would Rick Do?' Since this is the first one, I want to do a Q&A around memberships and share some situations that have come up with my Accelerator coaching program members and my recommendations for each case. The first scenario we'll be talking about is what an offer should look like to get more people into your membership.    Well, there's a couple of ideas that you can do to reach this goal.  It could be a one-off discount of a course with an upsell for them to join the membership… Price anchoring the course and membership…  Or, running a Facebook ad to a small offer and then directing them to the membership.  One of my Accelerator members did this last year, and it worked really well. But Facebook ads are very different right now as they were before.  If you've already created tons of lead magnets, I'm going to show you how you can leverage and repurpose those to drive new people to your membership offer.  What I'm going to share are the exact strategies that I would do.  This may be a long game, but once you find something that works, that is where you double down.  Plus, I've got five more interesting scenarios to discuss in this podcast that we are talking about inside of my Accelerator coaching program.  So hope you enjoy and learn a lot of valuable insights from today's episode... Discussion Points In Today's Episode: 0:00 Introduction 3:19 How membership offers should look like  5:27 Be patient and test your lead magnets  9:41 Track your campaigns  11:19 Increasing the lifetime value of your current customers  20:49 Hiring people locally vs. overseas 29:58 Strategies to get more podcast downloads  36:29 Hiring specific roles in your business  Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? Thinking about adding a membership to your already growing business? Already have a membership? An online course? Have you considered that one might not be the best idea for your business? Well, on today's episode, I'm diving into answering whether an online course or a membership is right for your business. You see, I built my business with online courses, but I've also had memberships too. And I like both for different reasons. I've covered a lot about online courses here on the show, but not a ton about memberships. Memberships can be a high leverage, simple yet effective business model, and they're also a great opportunity to differentiate yourself from others in your space in the way that you deliver your membership. This is why I'm kicking off a “Membership Series” here on the podcast where we'll be deep diving into all aspects of memberships starting with today's topic — is an online course or membership right for your business -- all the way through to retention strategies and beyond. This series is going to be for those of you with an existing membership or if you're considering adding one to your business. Managing people has never been something that I've super enjoyed. I also don't think I'm all that good at it either. I mean, since starting my business almost 8 years ago, managing my team is a skill that I feel like I've gotten a lot better at, but I still feel like I'm not very good at it. My first experience with leading a team was way back in the wild west days of the Internet when I was at AOL, managing a team of like 12 people. But that was corporate. Sure I learned some valuable skills, but I also feel like it's different when it's your own business. As a business owner, over the years I've wasted so much money, time, and energy on hiring the wrong people who needed a lot of managing and overseeing. And as the business has grown and evolved, I've learned 3 big things when it comes to managing your team: You don't even need to be the manager of your team (you can hire someone to do that) If you don't have someone to be the manager and it falls on you, the good news is you don't have to be a good manager yourself Systems and processes — the clearer and simpler they are make it super easy for people on your team to succeed In today's episode, I break down and dive deeply into lesson #2 above -- the fact that you don't have to be a good manager yourself. Like I started out saying, I don't consider myself a very good manager, nor is it something I super enjoy. So in today's show I share everything I've learned and done to create and manage an amazing small team of A-players and how you can step-by-step do the same as the Optimized CEO of your business... Rethinking How You Look At Success In Your Business

The Art of Online Business

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 24, 2021 23:53

Most people view revenue as the measure of success of a business. But I want to offer you a different perspective. Sure, you might hear about those businesses saying that they're making seven figures, but that's often just topline revenue.  What you don't hear about is how much of that revenue is actually profit  or that they've worked themselves to the bone to achieve it. The danger in this for so many course creators and online coaches is that we hear about all this money and we start thinking that that's what success looks like. We start chasing someone else's version of “success”. I once made that  same mistake too, chasing another person's version of success, and it made me both mentally and physically exhausted. This is the reason  I changed how I define success in my business, which comes down to 3 key things: 1. Profit. Businesses need to make profit (duh) otherwise, it's just a hobby. Topline revenue is great but how much of that is actually going into your pocket? There's a certain % that I recommend as a starting point for online course creators and coaches.  2. Impact. Impact can mean a lot of things to different people. It could be helping a million people or offering jobs to  “x” number of people. Take the time to realize what your impact would be, but don't forget to find a means to measure it. 3. Hustle Goal. Some people start businesses because they want to work less. If you're the type that loves working long hours, awesome. If you're not, then it can be something you can work towards. The key is understanding that hustle is NOT a requirement of a successful business. In fact, it's toxic and I go into why that's the case in this episode. This  episode will  offer a different perspective on measuring the success of your business while also helping   you identify what your version of success looks like. Discussion Points In Today's Episode: 0:00 Introduction  4:05 First key measure of success: Profit 5:54 The two types of profit margin 9:25 Second key measure: Impact 12:28 Third key measure: Less hustle goal 15:15 What's the cost of hustling all the time? 18:38 Leverage your time to have the greatest impact by doing less 19:36 Focus only on CEO activities Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? Are You Using the Best Colors for Your Call-to-Action Buttons?

The Art of Online Business

As part of my Accelerator coaching program, we offer weekly audits where members can submit whatever they'd like for me to review. I then record a personalized Loom video with my critique, ideas and feedback. This year especially, I've been getting a lot of requests to review landing pages -- opt-in pages, sales pages and the like.  And the more and more I've reviewed, the more and more I've noticed a simple tweak that can have a big effect on increasing conversions -- the color of the call-to-action (CTA) buttons. You see, 99% of the pages I've been looking at from our members had CTA buttons that blended into the rest of the content and the other colors on the page. I know in the grand scheme of things, the color of the call-to-action buttons on your landing page should be far down the list of what to test… But what's certain is that button colors that blend in aren't going to make it easier for anyone to take the action you want them to take. So after seeing so many opportunities for improvement, I started asking myself… What IS the best color for your CTA buttons? I decided to do some research to see if there was any science behind the psychology of color and the feelings people have when they see certain ones. And my findings were super interesting… I had no idea different colors “spoke” to people in different ways. Even with my years of experience, I still learn new aspects to improve on everyday. Like, something as simple as colors hardly crossed my mind a few years back. And to be honest, I've never thought much of what color I “should” use for the buttons on my landing pages other than they need to stand out and “pop” from the rest of the colors and content on the page. But after my research, and seeing so many landing pages over the years, I now have some new best practices… And I'm sharing them all with you today, on the podcast. Discussion Points In Today's Episode: 0:00 Introduction  4:05 The science behind colors and what they are associated with 8:19 Different cultures have different meanings to color 9:35 Choose a color that pops out 11:24 Test out the conversion of different colors 12:11 Good and bad examples of the TEXT on call-to-action buttons 14:36 Putting yourself into your customer's mind Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? How to Make High Tickets Sales Without Feeling Pushy with Leah Neaderthal

The Art of Online Business

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 15, 2021 53:56

There's a shift happening in the online space. And I love it. People are fed up with the overly pushy, false promises, hype-y sales tactics that have (unfortunately) become the norm over the past several years in the online space. And now people are showing how over it they are by choosing to invest in course creators and mentors who, in addition to being an expert, are real and authentic. Experts who aren't going to get all “used car sales-y” (nothing against used car sales people) when they are selling their programs. Nobody likes being sold to, right? And that's especially true if you have a course or coaching program that's a bigger investment, say, $2K or more. People are often going to need a bit more information and to learn more before making a purchase decision. If you're selling a “high ticket” program, I definitely recommend getting on a call with people to discuss whether they're a right fit for your program and vice-versa. For example, in order to even be considered for my Accelerator coaching program, you need to apply and then jump on Zoom with either my team or me. If you're not getting on calls with people, by the way, it's a great way to make it easier to welcome more people into your program. It's such a simple thing to do, get on Zoom with someone, yet so few people do it. Calls are so effective for a couple reasons: You get to determine whether the person who is interested in your course or program is a right fit And they get to determine whether you are right for them, to help them make a decision one way or the other. Whether you are already doing “sales calls” for your higher investment offer or are now considering starting to do them… Here are a couple things to do to help you be more successful in your calls: Listen more than you talk. We all love to hear ourselves talk, but this isn't about you it's about the person considering your program. When you take more time to listen to their challenges and struggles and what they're wanting to accomplish, you can (gasp) tailor the call to their specific concerns and how you can uniquely help them. Make your offer with confidence. If you're not confident in your own program or deliver the offer to join your program with confidence, people are going to see right through it and they're aren't going to invest in what you have. If you get results for people, own the fact that you're the s*%t (because you are) and deliver your call with confidence. Selling your higher investment course or program doesn't have to be so scary or hard. It's a skill that's learned, and can be learned quickly. And it can be one of the most important skills you have as a business owner. That's why on today's episode of The Art of Online Business podcast, I'm interviewing expert sales coach Leah Neaderthal… ... where we're talking all about How to Make High Tickets Sales Without Feeling Pushy Among other topics, you'll learn things like: How to shorten the sales process How to avoid the mistake most people make when they get on a call with a prospective student Ways that we unknowingly prevent clients from saying “yes” And more… If you're selling any kind of offer that's north of $2K, this episode is a must listen. The word “impact” gets thrown around a lot these days. It's overused. It's overused because as much as it's often used to define what we do in our online businesses, so few people actually stop and take the time to define what it actually means to them. Myself included. For the last few years I too have been throwing “impact” around as a way to describe one of the goals of my business. But I've never shared what it actually means to me and my business. I don't think I've really truly been clear myself if I'm being honest. Until now… Over the last few months I've become super clear on what “impact” means to me and how I measure it in my business. My team and I have also woven Bigger Impact into my Accelerator coaching program as a key measure of success — we help our students define what impact means to them and then we help them achieve it. If “impact” is something you're wanting to achieve in you're business, have you defined it? Do you know how to measure it? Whether this is something you're already clear about or something you're working towards… …this episode of The Art of Online Business podcast is something I'm hoping you find value in. I share what “impact” means to me, how it's woven into my business, why focusing on impact doesn't have to come at the expense of making (a lot of) money, and more… Here's to More Profit, Bigger Impact, Less Hustle! Want to jump to a specific topic within the episode?… Discussion Points: 0:00 Introduction  2:44 What does impact mean to me?  5:49 Ways on how to have an individual impact on somebody  8:32 Creating impact in my business 9:32 Showing people what's possible 11:50 Think about your impact goal at scale 13:42 Determine what kind of value you can create to meet that goal  15:15 Impact vs. income: which one to choose first?  Are you a course creator or online coach who's already averaging at least $7-8K in revenue per month from your online business and you're ready to increase your profit, have a bigger impact, with LESS hustle? In today's episode of the show, I wanted to talk to you about how to navigate working with and also hiring a Facebook/IG ads manager. While I 100% think you should know the basics of Facebook ads so that you can have an educated conversation about them, I also want you to consider delegating them to someone once you've gotten the basics down. It's but one piece of being the Optimized CEO of your business — hiring and delegating so you can be focusing on the most important aspects of your business.  Whether you're currently working with an ads manager or haven't yet taken that step, this episode is your roadmap to making this relationship as beneficial as possible for the both of you.
