The reason people don't scale their businesses is because they never take it out of here - the phone It never enters the home - desk, husband, supplement station. It never enters the habits: drinking, safeway/Walmart, reading/ podcasts, keeping If never affects the appearance: you don't go on the walk, do the workout, put on eyebrows, paint your nails. take time to get read It never affects friendships: hang w people that would never do thrive, you don't talk about it/ act like it's nbd Where people go wrong is they leave this lifestyle in their phone where it is not a true lifestyle at all - it's not real, unless you make it real :)

INTENTIONAL is the word of 2022 baby. Cause why would it be anything else. "intentional days create life on purpose", I mean daymmmmmn, that hits hard. Showing up with intention action is the only way to make it happen. Lets talk about the 4 areas to get extra intentional with right now. Content-the way you show up online is your business. It has to be good, consistent, let people get to know you. Figure out how to make your content good. Post consistently & posting every single day. Share in a way that's fun and converting conversations. It doesn't have to be hard, it just has to get done. Use your pain points for your content. Time-how are you spending your time? Are you consuming, Creating, building relationships? What are you doing with your time. Be intentional with the time that you have. Social media is meant to distract you. Set a timer while you're scrolling. Use your time efficiently & be organized with a list. Health-how are you being intentional with your health? We sell health and wellness products. You have to have a layer of intention when it comes to taking care of yourself. The proof is in you and sometimes we don't realize what we can do for someone else until we do it for ourselves. Look at it like “how can I help someone”. Do you know what our products actually do? Share your healthy meals, share your body movements. Share your excitement. Provide free value. Growth-growth is everything. Everyone is different but focus on what you personally need/want to grow in. Make it a non negotiable for yourself. Your actions have to align with your intentions. Take intentional steps.
yeah, we said it. stop stressing over how becky isn't posting, and Jessica went camping all weekend and how could she dare not have service, and Melissa is in a "funk", Aly says she wants this but she just isn't taking action after our calls. we see one of two things happen when it comes to this biz and you're definitely going to relate to one if not both. First of all this is GOLD. This is one you're going to want to save as a pep talk, one to send your teams as you make it thru the waves that come in this business because we are normalizing ALOT of not so glamorous things that aren't spoken on enough, especially in this industry. We're normalizing something wanting to quit, at the beginning, in the middle and even at the top. Normalizing that this is hard and being an enterprenuer sucks sometimes because you don't get to clock off and you are CONSTANTLY thinking, "how can I do better?", "how can I show up more?", "where can I grow as a leader?", "what does my team need from me?", "where can I be more consistent?" ect... it can be all consuming. ButI have goals that are venerated on what I want and the woman I want to become and I cant quit on her IT WILL ALWAYS BE EASIER TO QUIT IN THE MOMENT, but the person you'd be quitting on is YOU and the amazing woman you are becoming because of the constant growth. You're constantly going to go through different seasons in your life. Some I've been on a high, some I've been attacked for months, some I've been suffering from panic attacks, so I've been pregnant, some my marriage has been struggling, some I've been on top of the world… Regardless I'm still here and today we touch on what's helped us both!
