Joe Rose admits he still isn't sure whether Miami can truly compete this season, but says it would be tough for things to go worse than they did a year ago — especially after what he called some of the worst third quarters he's ever watched from a Dolphins team. French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu has announced new support measures to cushion the impact of the energy crisis caused by the war in Iran.
