Review of a busy week in French Football! 6 teams involved in European competitions - results and anaysis Matchday 6 - PSG beats Lyon is the game of the season so far, OM too much for Rennes and Lille still in the struggle. All 10 games reviewed.

Matchday 4 in Ligue 1 saw Messi finally doning the PSG jersey for the first time, in Reims! PSG won thanks to Mbappe, whose departure from PSG was all the talks this week in Ligue 1. Monaco, Lyon, Lille and Strasbourg recorded their first win of the season, and Nice and Marseille are as spectacular as ever. At the end of the episode, all the latest news of the transfer window in Ligue 1!

In this episode we cover the 3rd week of football in Ligue 1 this season. It ended in embrassing events in the Nice-OM game, with pitch invasion by fans and questionnable behaviours by actors of both sides. We will dive into the events, and the aftermath of the chaotic night. Back to football, we ll discuss how PSG won their last tidy game(..without Messi. See what I did there), and Monaco, Lille and Lyon, still after their first win of the season.

10 games, 34 goals and 4 red cards in Ligue 1 this week, and PSG shares the leader seat with Clermont and Angers. Lille, Monaco and Lyon stuck with 1 points in 2 game need to wake up. Marseille might have scored 5 goals so far this season, but they also conceded 4. The breakdown of every game in the episode.

Focus on the teams that finished between 11th and 18th in 2020/21, + the 2 newcomers in Ligue 1, Troyes and Clermont. Saint-Etienne, Bordeaux and Strasbourg are expected to play a bigger role this season, but for Brest, Angers and Nantes, worying times are coming.
