Il linguaggio di Gesù è spesso permeato di sottili allegorie, anche se per noi non sempre di immediata comprensione, poiché non siamo assuefatti a quello stile, come nel Vangelo di oggi. Erode, che sta tramando contro di Lui, viene definito “una volpe” per indicare la sua astuzia malvagia. Gesù dichiara poi che, nonostante le minacce e il reale pericolo, deve compiere la sua missione e ha bisogno di tre giorni. Anche qui il Signore allude a ciò che avverrà dopo la sua morte: Egli risorgerà dopo tre giorni, il tempo che intercorre tra la morte e la vita. Sta compiendo miracoli e prodigi che anticipano quell’evento. Non dimentico, però, del clima ostile che respira nella città santa, Gerusalemme, Gesù ci fa ascoltare il suo lamento accorato nei confronti di quella città e dei suoi abitanti: «Gerusalemme, Gerusalemme, che uccidi i profeti e lapidi coloro che sono mandati a te, quante volte ho voluto raccogliere i tuoi figli come una gallina la sua covata sotto le ali, e voi non avete voluto! Ecco, la vostra casa vi viene lasciata deserta! Vi dico infatti che non mi vedrete più, fino al tempo in cui direte: Benedetto colui che viene nel nome del Signore!». C’è un contrasto terribile tra le cure riservate a quella città e l’ingratitudine e la violenza con cui ha risposto agli inviati del Signore. È sempre grave il peccato, in ogni sua forma, ma quello dell’ingratitudine verso un amore di predilezione è particolarmente doloroso: è il peccato dei prediletti, di un popolo e di una città che, per scelta divina, dovevano brillare di luce e di grazia e avrebbero dovuto accogliere l’Atteso delle genti come il dono più grande che si potesse desiderare. Invece, anche dinanzi al Figlio di Dio, continua l’ostilità e già si tramano progetti di morte. Siamo invitati a un attento esame di coscienza, per non cadere nel tremendo errore di ricambiare con l’ingratitudine l’infinito amore che è stato riversato nei nostri cuori.

Da qui nasce un interrogativo inquietante: perché la sinistra occidentale, dichiaratamente laica, simpatizza per ideologie islamiche spesso illiberali? Si tratta di un dialogo interreligioso che non sia fatto di slogan, ma che nasca da una secolarizzazione reale e da una nuova lettura dei testi sacri, capace di distinguere il piano della fede da quello del potere.

He also listens to podcasts that discuss marketing and marketing strategies, including what's current and how to be strategic. What tool or resource would you recommend to grow a small business? Stefan Di Benedetto recommends using Xero as a key tool to grow a small business. He emphasizes its value in helping business owners understand their numbers, which he believes is crucial for making informed decisions and sustaining growth. He also highlights the importance of working with a good bookkeeper or accountant who can help interpret those numbers, rather than just recording them. This combination, according to Stefan, provides clarity and supports smarter business decisions. What advice would you give yourself on day one of starting out in business? Marseille had al 9 jaar niet gewonnen van PSG. Neymar en Di María waren de sterren van Parijs, maar de mannen uit Zuid-Frankrijk kwamen niet om te bewonderen – ze kwamen om te slopen. En dat werd al snel duidelijk.Het begon met een doelpunt, maar eindigde in totale chaos. In de 31e minuut scoorde Florian Thauvin de 0-1 voor Marseille. Een simpel tikje, maar de betekenis was enorm. PSG kon het niet hebben, Marseille rook bloed. Tackles werden harder, woorden scherper. De rivaliteit werd geen spel meer, maar een oorlog.De wedstrijd ontspoorde volledig.
