    This month, we invited Elizabeth Zeidler Schreiter, director of an Integrated Care program in Wisconsin, to join us to talk about her success stories in growing an integrated care service while advocating for state-wide policy change. Beth's clinic has accomplished the following in just the last year: -Helped advocate to the state to turn on CoCM codes and bill PPS rates for them -Helped turn on e-consult codes for consulting psychiatry -Hired and started a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator team to work with both CoCM and PCBH -Advocated internally for a SW fellowship and increased the pay for both the SW and PHD fellowships to be more competitive -And all the while maintaining their core PCBH program service; overall these changes will result in a net positive financial situation for their psychiatry portion of the business (PCBH is already sustainable) Please join us as we talk about how they got these wins, lessons learned, and more.
