Website: https://www.lindaconder.com/health Email: health@lindaconder.com Facebook: Linda Conder Nutritional Medicine Pesticides: Some foods are especially high in pesticides. It's best to buy these from organic sources. They are called the “dirty dozen” and include: 1. Apples 2. Cabbage 3. Strawberries 4. Capsicum 5. Tomatoes 6. Celery 7. Lettuce 8. Mushrooms 9. Nectarines 10. Grapes 11. Cucumber 12. Oranges This is a guide only. Unfortunately there is no independent group that actively monitors the pesticide levels on Australian fruit and vegetables so keeping the list updated is difficult. It's best to buy as much as you can from organic sources especially those that are more susceptible to insect attack as these will be sprayed more heavily.
