Vision is More Than 20/20 is a podcast aimed at talking about vision, your eyes and how they play a role in overall visual and systemic function. We often hear if you see “20/20” you have great eye sight, but that is just the first step in the visual process. Dr. Zilnicki & Licausi, with the help of…
Listeners of Vision is More Than 20/20 that love the show mention: eye, great.
The Vision is More Than 20/20 podcast, hosted by Dr. Zilnicki and Dr. Licausi, provides an incredible breakdown of content surrounding vision. As a fellow VT OD (Vision Therapist Optometric Doctor), I absolutely love this podcast! It serves as a great review for me but also does an excellent job of explaining complex concepts in easy-to-understand layman's terms for patients and parents.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is how well it balances interesting information with real-life application. Dr. Zilnicki and Dr. Licausi provide valuable insights and practical advice that can be implemented in everyday life. Their expertise shines through as they discuss various topics related to vision, allowing listeners to learn so much from them. Whether you have prior knowledge or are new to the subject, you will find their explanations engaging and educational.
Furthermore, The Vision is More Than 20/20 podcast caters to a wide audience. It is highly beneficial for parents, educators, pediatricians, and anyone else who cares about children's vision. The hosts emphasize that vision encompasses much more than just 20/20 eyesight and delve into the importance of visual skills for overall development. This podcast sheds light on oft-overlooked aspects of vision that can significantly impact a child's learning and daily life.
While it is challenging to find any negative aspects of this podcast, one potential downside could be that some episodes may contain technical terminology that could be overwhelming for those without a background in optometry or vision therapy. However, this is only a minor concern as the hosts do an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts into more digestible information.
In conclusion, The Vision is More Than 20/20 podcast is an absolute must-listen for anyone living in the digital age where visual strain has become increasingly prevalent. Dr. Zilnicki and Dr. Licausi provide highly relevant guidance that is extremely useful in addressing vision-related issues. Each episode offers valuable insights and practical advice, making this podcast a valuable resource for both professionals and individuals interested in understanding the critical role of vision in everyday life.
