We all have virtues we naturally enjoying growing.  I could spend hours on spiritual reading.  But ... Fasting is important.  As Jesus states, some prayer requires fasting.  Yet, it's not a regular practice of most Catholic women.  In this episode I share what the requirements of the Church are today, as well as why, and how, we can fast as Catholic mothers.Precepts of the Catholic Church1.
