Teh Senator has begun his process of ending his deployement and is able to join us for a quick episode while he is home for a few days. We are excited to have him back and we continur to pray for all our men and women in the armed forces at home and deployed over seas. It is a very crazy time for our country. But we are here to talk Fins, Fur and Feathers. This week we talk about the new boats coming to Team Trilogy Outdoor. The Senator's beautiful Freeman Boatworks boat and Capt E's new Key West Boats 250 Bay Reef from Marshall's Marine. We look forward to having you on board both of these with us throughout the year via camera and some lucky listeners will also be joining each of us on our boats. The Red Wolves were once native to our state and Stephen raises some questions about the recent attempt to reintroduce them to our lands via Brookgreen Gardens. Is this a smart move? We want to hear your opinion on this and other subjects and you can comment here or on any of our social platforms. We look forward to hearing from you and we are excited to get back on track recording new content with incredible guests as the senator adjusts back to civilian life and prepares for the next session in senate. Enjoy!!!! www.trilogyoutdoorsmedia.com
Charles tells Link about getting recognized when heading to his Belch Life golf cart, and announces his Apple Podcast review contest (get those 5-star reviews in!). The two reminisce on fond memories water-skiing together, and Charles expresses his hatred of wallpaper (popcorn ceiling still takes the cake, though). Plus, Charles helps a listener who drunkenly made out with a co-worker at a work party in another edition of “I'll Help Ya Get Out of the Woods!” C'mon and have a good time with us! The glorious deep purple Judge Solomon Southern Indica hybrid azalea graces many Southern gardens and the drive into our prized national treasure Brookgreen Gardens.
Brookgreen Gardens is a national treasure with stunning, sometimes whimsical sculptures set in acres of horticulture splendor. Not long ago, I was visiting, and although beautiful at any time of the year, the long drive in was breathtaking as the Formosa and Judge Solomon, both purple pink but with a subtle difference, were in full flower.
I went to Brookgreen Gardens recently where the drive in was at peak beauty with the Indica azaleas in full bloom. Some of the old Indica azaleas are named for people with curious histories.
