Theologian Christos Yannaras declares that Western culture rests on the foundation of seeking truth as the highest goal. We see this among theologians and philosophers alike, from both pre-Christian and Christian eras, from Aristotle to Augustine. However, the default pursuit of people today is utility, not truth. How has this affected our lives and our churches? The impact on our lives and our churches is significant. Embrace theology, which is the highest truth, not utility for your life and ministry. In this session, Chad Harrington inspires and instructs on this topic and unpacks how a theological approach, as opposed to a pragmatic-first approach, can breathe life into your ministry. Here on the Kidmin Tribe podcast we are all about transforming kids worship experiences. And an important aspect of that is how we can creatively teach kids the Word of God. And we're not talking about just memorizing and reciting it, but how can they apply it to their lives. It's one of the keys to raising strong disciples. Today we have Jason Houser who founded Seeds Family Worship over 18yrs ago. He's led teams in creating over 200 Scripture worship songs and videos to help kids and parents to sing God's Word. And they found that when this happens, they see that God's Word goes down deep and children are able to recall words and meanings and it really is life changing. He's co-written some well known CCM songs such as Broken Things and Emotions, an even co-wrote a book a parenting discipleship book called Dedicated with Bobby and Chad Harrington. This guy is an expert on teaching kids God's Word. We can't wait for you to hear what he's god to say. SHOW NOTES

A Marine-turned-football coach in Washington State was targeted, and ultimately fired by the school. His offense? He had a routine of kneeling at the 50 yard line at the end of any game (win or lose) to pray. This popular coach was ultimately joined by students. But the school gave way to pressure, and fired Coach Joe Kennedy. He is being represented by First Liberty in an effort to be reinstated. Attorney Jeremy Dys shares details. Also, interviews from the D6 Conference including Chad Harrington, Luz Galvez de Figuero, and a victim of human trafficking, Rachel Timothy, boldly shares her faith and news about her new book.
