Haim Ohayon came to the United States in 1996. He was over 40 years old, homeless, and he didn`t speak any English. Haim's skills were limited to fixing cars. In New York, this provided employment opportunities for someone who had limited proficiency in English. January 2009 was the last month Haim worked as an auto mechanic. He was fired from his position for refusing to compromise his integrity by creating false charges against his customers. Now Haim was unemployed, over 50 years old, and without job opportunities. “When one door closes, another one opens” Haim needed to make an income, and he explored many possibilities. While Haim had limited formal skills, he knew that he loved working with people. After exploring several different options, he read about coaching, a career that assists people in finding the answers they are looking for to succeed in their own lives. That is what coaches do. Haim enrolled and completed a coaching course in 2009. This has become his calling. Haim works with people and educates them on life and business issues and assists them in doubling and tripling their businesses.
