In this episode we have the beautiful angel Chloe Rose joining us from the UK. This episode is a strong , powerful episode as we touch on guidance , parenting , trauma , sexual abuse , drugs , peer pressure and healing . We also touch on self love , self worth and self respect . Learning to forgive ourself and separating from old habits , environment and circles that are toxic. One very important subject is toxic relationship , taking control and finding our voice as well as finding our journey back into freedom and gaining our confidence back . Sometimes this means we may leave a toxic environment with all of our things in their and may not be easy to let go for whatever reason whether it be co dependency , finance or self worth. Surround yourself with people that love you support you and want the best for you . Staying in a toxic environment will only encourage toxic behaviour. We also touch on Chloe's journey to become a vegetarian and the benefits she has seen in her own journey. To connect with Chloe Rose : @chloe_heartful Youtube : Chloe Heartful Healing

Hope everyone is having a great and Happy Thanksgiving! It's my pleasure to bring to you today, the founding members and backbone of New Haven's most enthralling and energetic band, Killer Kin! With the type of raw unbridled energy they bring, it's no wonder that they'd choose an album with the same infectious, hook laden, sexual fury as this debut album by the New York Dolls. And if you don't believe me, listen to their new 7" vinyl single on Pigbaby Records here: https://killerkin.bandcamp.com/album/sonic-love-narrow-mind and if you want to try to get your hands on a copy, you can do that here: https://pigbabyrecords.com/store.html They'll be playing in Providence, RI at The Parlour on Saturday Nov. 27! Get yourself a shot of Rock n' Roll fury! If you dig the show, support us by buying anything at psychicstatic.net Theme music written and recorded by Jeff Robbins of 123 Astronaut.

:'-) Ever wonder why emoticons exist? They popped up in the 1980s to make online connections feel a little less digital and a little more personal :D. In this episode of IRL, host Veronica Belmont and special guest Peter Rojas explore how the Internet is both building and also confusing our relationships every day. Chloe Stuart-Ulin gives a first-hand account of her life as a “closer” for an online-dating service; we hear a dramatic, real-life story about a woman who finds her biological parent online; and Emma Brockes talks about how we can all maintain humanity while interacting with others on the internet. IRL is an original podcast from Mozilla. For more on the series go to irlpodcast.org. Read more about Chloe Rose's experience as a "closer" for hire on online dating apps here. Emma Brockes writes a column for the Guardian called How to be Human Online. She's just written a book too called, An Excellent Choice: Panic and Joy on My Solo Path to Motherhood. To read Ingrid Burrington's essay mentioned in the podcast about CorrLinks, the email service providing connection for inmates at U.S. prisons, go here. Check out this article about how the internet has changed dating forever. Online dating coach Laurie Davis Edward shares her thoughts on the good, bad and ugly that comes with finding love on the web. And, for more about human connection, and what our innate desire for it means for us as we — more and more — love, do business, and find our tribes online, read this piece by cultural anthropologist Genevieve Bell. Finally, for some bonus audio on how technology interfered with a marriage proposal — and commentary on new relationship norms — head over to Mozilla's blog. Hellions udkom på dansk blu-ray fra Another World Entertainment d. 15. oktober. Hør mere om filmen i podcasten, og læs om blu-rayen på bloggen.
Welcome to the House of Crouse. As October approaches we find ourselves staying inside as the nights cool down, enjoying books like Robert Schnakenberg's "The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray." Robert stops by for a chat, as does Bruce McDonald and Chloe Rose, director and star of the Halloween themed "Hellions." We talk devil babies and how October 31st gave Bruce his Mr Entertainment gene.
