Joe and Nick have been loving the addition of the new Lowes Foods store in town, and the famous Beer Den that lies within. The Lowes Foods Beer Den is a small taproom within the store, where you can get a pint to sit and sip or take around the store as you shop. They also have a vast to-go section for both local and national craft beers, including Beer Den branded brews! This spurned today's topic of "which grocery store chain is best for finding a good craft beer selection?" We review two of the Beer Den beers (contract brews with Foothills Brewing), "Juno" and "Robin Hood", while going through a blog post from TastingTable.com. Let us know if there is a store that should've been on the list!

Since 2005, president and co-owner Jamie Bartholomaus and the team at Foothills Brewing have made and sold craft beer to Winston-Salem residents and visitors, and around the southeast. Today, in addition to two breweries, they also roast their own coffee – responsibly sourcing the world's top beans from three continents to provide our customers with the finest tasting coffee produced in the Carolinas.
Live from Charlotte, North Carolina? On the road victory review from Da Bears and Beers! Can Fields secure the starting position and Wally Pipp Dalton? Defense played phenomenal over the Bengals, forcing Burrow into three interceptions on three consecutive pass attempts. For Da beloved to take the next step, Nagy needs to check his ego and give up play calling. Will he? Beer review from Foothills Brewing in Winston Salem, NC; their Festival Express IPA. A juicy IPA loaded with citrus hops in a 19.2 oz can. Pretty damn good! As always, we love Da Chicago Bears and Beers! Go Bears!
CBP Stories showcase individual members who have an inspiring story to tell. It's one thing to brew great beer. It's entirely another to turn that ability into a successful and thriving business. It takes foresight, talent, and business acumen – traits abundant in the visionary leader of Foothills Brewing. From an initial annual output of just 800 barrels in 2005, Jamie has grown Foothills into a multimillion dollar regional brewery approaching 40,000 barrels a year in production. Along the way the University of Georgia graduate has garnered numerous accolades and medals for his beers, as well as universal respect for his positive advocacy and support of the craft brewing community. And as if making sensational beer isn't enough, he and his wife Sarah roast their own incredibly tasty coffee. www.CraftBeerProfessionals.org

They answer questions from internet like, "what to get your stout loving girlfriend for Christmas?" and, "what do you research more before purchase cars, tech or beer?" Finally they pitch their new events planning of Christmas themed beer festivals centered around A Christmas Story and Die Hard. Don't argue about Die Hard being a Christmas movie or not, because this is a beer podcast. There's so much irreverence in style and definition in beer, but you can't budge on the definition of a Christmas movie? Pssh.
