In this episode of the podcast I speak with two successful entrepreneurs about how they make it work. Like for real for real. From starting with no plan and making that leap to scaling and structuring your time properly. My guests talk through their fears, beliefs and their futures to inspire you to do the same. Growing up, founder Jacqueline Carrington, never saw images of nail polish colors reflected on brown skin tones, which made her skip nail polish all together growing up. It wasn't until her 3-year old daughter Monroe, at the time, started coming back from visits with her GiGi (grandma) with her nails painted, that Jacqueline had a newfound interest. She founded People of Color Beauty just two years ago and has already grown the business into nail salons and retail stores not to mention being featured in high profile media spotlighting her work.
