Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt Young and the Restless comings and goings keep the drama buzzing. Fan-favorite Beth Maitland makes a triumphant return as Traci Abbott, bringing much-needed holiday cheer to the Abbott family. Her arrival sees her warmly welcomed by siblings Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), as well as the mercurial Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). The Abbott family further rejoices as Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Ashley find common ground. The tension between Jill Abbott and Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) stirs intrigue, with Jill's departure from town likely once their rivalry resolves on the CBS soap opera. Newman/Abbott fans may be thrilled by the hint of a return for Noah Newman, played by Rory Gibson, possibly to support his struggling grandmother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). His return brings speculation of Allie Nguyen, portrayed by Kelsey Wang, reappearing from Europe. The possibility of more screen time for Gloria Bardwell and Kevin Fisher, performed by Judith Chapman and Greg Rikaart, respectively, adds to the Christmas excitement on YR. However, Mariah Copeland, played by Cameron Grimes, will soon be absent due to maternity leave. Meanwhile, tension looms as Colleen Zink's character, Jordan Howard, faces a showdown with Nikki on Young and Restless. Yet, Hayley Erin's character, Claire Grace, remains in the picture, receiving psychiatric help. Finally, Jay Eddie Peck's character Cole Howard remains in town, possibly reigniting an old flame with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Instead, he's in town to confront his sister, Teresa Donovan (Emily O'Brien), who's been causing trouble on the Peacock soap opera. In other news, John Black's (Drake Hogestyn) past is about to catch up with him, setting the stage for a thrilling storyline that kicks off at Christmas and picks up steam in the New Year on Days. The villainous Konstantin Meleounis, played by John Kapelos, continues to wreak havoc, much to the dismay of fans. Meanwhile, Maggie Horton Kiriakis, portrayed by Suzanne Rogers, brings him to the ornament hanging at Julie Williams' house. Andrew is also back in town to confront Teresa about her kidnapping of baby Victoria Horton Kiriakis on DOOL. The much-anticipated Gabi Hernandez recast might be on the horizon, given that Gabby is a hot topic in the week ahead. Gabby is attacked in prison, and Stefan DiMera, played by Tyler Christopher, is frantic about it, leading to speculation that a recast might be imminent. Also, Judith Chapman is set to return, and it seems 100% likely that she will be reprising her role as Diana Colville. Daily Soap Opera Spoilers by Soap Dirt (GH, Y&R, B&B, and DOOL)
Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt Days of our Lives, the popular Peacock soap opera, welcomes back seasoned actress Judith Chapman in a major casting news update. Chapman, known for playing two roles in the series, is set to return in a storyline that could significantly impact Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and potentially other characters. Previously, she portrayed Anjelica Devereaux, the mother of Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), and Diana Colville, the mother of Leo Stark. The latter character, Diana Colville, was last seen being arrested and sent to Statesville prison. Given that Days of our Lives films six months ahead, we can expect Chapman's return in June 2024. A potential plot twist suggests that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) might actually be Leo Stark's biological father, adding more intrigue to John Black's life story. Alternatively, Leo Stark may be tying the knot with Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte), bringing Diana back to town on DOOL. In other casting news, Cary Christopher, who typically plays Thomas DiMera, has been temporarily replaced for a couple of scenes, and Darius Rose AKA Jackie Cox has made her departure. The return of Judith Chapman as Diana Colville promises to deliver more enthralling storylines in the soap opera world of Days of our Lives. Welcome to Hollywood and Beyond Podcast. Created, Produced, Edited, and Hosted by actor and writer: Steven Brittingham. Produced/Recorded in: Cincinnati, Ohio. Remembering Michael Landon: with Geoffrey Mark, Chris Hendrie and Judith Chapman A Hollywood and Beyond with Steven Brittingham Podcast Special Presentation: Remembering Michael Landon: with Geoffrey Mark, Chris Hendrie and Judith Chapman Episode Created, Produced, Edited, and Hosted by: Steven Brittingham I am extra excited about this Michael Landon special episode event. Recently, I concluded viewing the entire “Highway to Heaven” series via Netflix. Almost every episode listed Michael Landon during the opening credits as starring, written by, directed by, producer. He was doing all of this years before on “Little House on the Prairie” and even on “Bonanza.” Michael was heavily involved with his artistic projects to the fullest extent. What was his driving force? Was he striving for specific artistic goals? My three amazing guests have much to say about Michael’s incredible accomplishments, his life and who he was as a man. The official title is: Remembering Michael Landon with Geoffrey Mark, Chris Hendrie and Judith Chapman. They are listed in order of appearance. All three interviews have specific topics but with one main theme - honoring Michael Landon as both an artist and a man. This episode has three chapters. Here are the chapters, guests, and chapter topics: Part One: Geoffrey Mark, a Hollywood historian who also happens to be an author among many other titles, will be sharing with all of you Michael's early life years, early acting career, and 'Bonanza'. He will then share Michael's friendship with Johnny Carson, his life as a father, and his courageous final days. Here is what is extra exciting for me as a host. I continue to challenge myself artistically. This first chapter is not a typical conversation or question and answer format. Instead, for this chapter only, I will be mentioning various topics or questions with Geoffrey sharing the answer in a storytelling approach. Sit back and just let Geoffrey share his knowledge and stories of Michael, with only a few moments of me heard during this segment. First time ever taking this approach but it works so well for listening to Michael's biography. Geoffrey also shares his knowledge about Michael in a respectful and entertaining manner. Part Two: Chris Hendrie, an accomplished actor who once worked with Anthony Perkins, shares his memorable role on "Little House on the Prairie" and the intense conclusion of his two-part episode appearance on that show. This is a highly regarded two-part episode that aired on "Little House on the Prairie" - and Chris shares all of it with you. He also shares his experience on 'Highway to Heaven', and Michael’s master approach to artistic projects. Hear carefully selected clips from these episodes, put together by me in a dramatic and heartfelt manner. (Part Two and Three is a conversation/interview approach you often hear me take on every episode of Hollywood and Beyond.) Chapter Three: The amazing and dynamic Judith Chapman shares the backstory of her memorable performance on a outstanding 'Highway to Heaven' episode. She also shares a personal story involving Michael, and his daughter Jennifer. There are some heartfelt and emotional moments with my conversation with this wonderful actress. Not to be missed! Lastly, there will also be a special introduction to the episode by me. At the conclusion of the episode who better to end this epic episode than the man himself - Michael Landon. There are carefully selected clips, music, and much more. I can't say enough how this is a truly emotional and informative special episode event. Running time is close to three hours in length. This is the sort of experience where you grab your favorite drinks and feel the emotional experience of "Remembering Michael Landon with Geoffrey Mark, Chris Hendrie and Judith Chapman." Exclusively on Hollywood and Beyond with Steven Brittingham Podcast. We hear Margaret Greig , David Peace, Judith Chapman, Phil Page and Libby Knight, (some of the wonderful Peer Educators at COTA Qld), share with us the information older Queenslanders have found valuable in regard to Enduring Powers of Attorney ..
