While federal agents clash with "No Kings" rioters in Minneapolis, Ellen DeGeneres sends a message from her $30 million English estate: "Minneapolis is the happiest city in America." Today, Austin Petersen exposes the "Expat Elite"—celebrities who voted for open borders and sanctuary policies, only to flee to Europe when the consequences arrived. It is the ultimate betrayal of the American working class. Plus: The death of the American Monoculture (and why the elites love it), the UK government accidentally creates the internet's favorite "Based Goth Girl" in a failed anti-extremism game, and Don Lemon's desperate church storming stunt. Today's Show:
Ellen DeGeneres is in the news for her Instagram post regarding anti-ICE protests in Minneapolis. And she is receiving backlash over the post, in which she said she was proud of the protesters who are being peaceful and feels for the ones who have been hurt by law enforcement. Meanwhile, other protesters are targeting Target as part of a reverse boycott, in which they buy salt — why? Because salt melts ice! — and then returning it to encourage the chain store to slow down sales and consequently step up morally regarding ICE arrests and staging on store premises. There is a lot of misinformation and commentary regarding ICE arresting convicted sex offenders who are in the country illegally. Are these arrests done with or without arrest warrants? Are ICE agents accidentally nabbing and detaining US citizens? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

You're listening to American Ground Radio with Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr. This is the full show for January 19, 2026. 0:30 A church service in St. Paul, Minnesota was violently disrupted—and this wasn’t activism or a protest gone too far. It was a warning. In this explosive segment, we break down the shocking invasion of a house of worship by far-left agitators, the terror it caused for families and children, and why this moment signals a growing threat to religious freedom in America. We unpack how the First Amendment actually works, why “hands up, don’t shoot” was invoked inside a church despite being a proven falsehood, and how comparing this disruption to Jesus “flipping tables” completely misses the truth of Scripture. From ancient Rome to Soviet Russia to modern-day China, history shows what happens when mobs or governments decide which beliefs are acceptable—and why the Founders put freedom of worship at the very top. 9:30 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. On Sunday, anti-ICE agitators stormed a church in Minneapolis, mid service. President Trump is suing JP Morgan Chase bank for de-banking him. Elon Musk has made his largest political donation in a US Senate Campaign Ever. 12:30 Get Performlyte from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 13:00 We break down the meaning of “debanking” — and why it should alarm anyone who claims to oppose oligarchy, fascism, or unaccountable power. What sounds like a boring financial term is actually a quiet but devastating weapon: banks cutting people off from basic financial services not for fraud or criminal behavior, but for holding the “wrong” political views. No warning. No due process. No appeal. 16:00 We got a question in for our American Mamas: Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson. Is modeling still a real career in the age of Instagram, influencers, and AI? From Melania Trump’s supermodel past to today’s social-media-driven fame, we break down how the industry has completely flipped. Runway models may still walk the catwalk, but many admit they’re broke. Meanwhile, Instagram models and influencers—with filters, cosmetic surgery, and massive followings—are the ones actually making money, getting brand deals, and shaping culture. But is this shift healthier… or worse? We dig into body image, “body positivity,” filters, Ozempic, and the hypocrisy of woke celebrity culture that preached self-love—until a miracle weight-loss drug showed up. Whether it’s runway modeling or social media influencing, tying your livelihood to your appearance comes at a cost. If you'd like to ask our American Mamas a question, go to our website, AmericanGroundRadio.com/mamas and click on the Ask the Mamas button. 23:00 We circle back to the Minneapolis church that was stormed by left-wing ICE protesters—and this time the conversation gets even more alarming. What started as agitators chanting “hands up, don’t shoot” inside a house of worship quickly turns into something far more dangerous: elected officials openly encouraging more churches to be targeted. 26:00 Florida just dropped a legal bombshell—and it could permanently reshape legal education in America. We break down the Florida Supreme Court’s decision to strip the American Bar Association of its monopoly power over law school accreditation, a role the ABA has held nationwide for decades. Why does this matter? Because the court says the ABA stopped acting like a neutral standards body and started acting like a political enforcer—pushing DEI mandates and ideological compliance instead of merit-based legal training. Florida’s ruling opens the door for alternative accrediting bodies and puts access, affordability, academic freedom, and non-discrimination back at the center of legal education. And Florida isn’t alone. Texas has already kicked the ABA out entirely, placing accreditation authority directly under the state Supreme Court. Now other conservative states like Ohio and Tennessee are lining up to follow suit, setting the stage for a clear red-state vs. blue-state divide in how future lawyers are trained. 32:00 Get Prodovite Plus from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 32:30 Your car isn’t just getting you from point A to point B anymore—it’s quietly tracking you the entire way. We break down how modern vehicles have become rolling surveillance machines, recording your location history, driving habits, and even who’s riding with you—and yes, automakers can legally sell much of that data. We dig into a new push in Congress to put drivers back in control. Representative Eric Burlison and Senator Mike Lee have reintroduced the Auto Data Privacy and Autonomy Act, a bill designed to give vehicle owners the right to see what data is being collected, stop the tracking, delete stored information, and opt out of having their personal driving data sold. 35:30 On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we go back to something you don’t hear quoted nearly enough—a powerful early-1960s sermon from Dr. King on the Good Samaritan and the limits of government power. Long before today’s culture wars, MLK warned that laws can enforce justice, but they can’t manufacture compassion, morality, or love. We connect King’s words to a hard truth facing America right now: the Constitution assumes a moral people—it doesn’t create one. You can outlaw theft, but you can’t legislate empathy. You can regulate behavior, but you can’t command the heart. As King put it, “man-made laws assure justice, but a higher law produces love.” 39:30 We take a hard look at Hollywood hypocrisy after Ellen DeGeneres—now living comfortably on an $18 million farm in England—publicly praised the activists who stormed a church during a live worship service. We break down why this wasn’t “peaceful protest,” but intimidation and trespass, and why nobody gets hurt for simply protesting—you get hurt when you confront police, disrupt worship, or violate the rights of others. 41:30 And we finish off with a celebrity and philanthropist who will make you say, "Whoa!" Megyn Kelly opens the show by discussing the infuriating moment when anti-ICE activists reached a new low by storming a church during services, why these are "terrorists" who are targeting innocent Christians, and more. Then Michael Knowles, host of "The Michael Knowles Show," joins to discuss why the radical leftist protesters who interrupted the church service must be arrested, Don Lemon's involvement and how he joined with the agitators, the disturbing actions of these leftists, and more. This week on Podcast Like It's the 2000s, Phil and Emily continue their deep dive into Pixar's 2000s run with Finding Nemo, joined by critic and writer Caroline Framke.Released in 2003, Finding Nemo marked a major turning point for Pixar pairing cutting-edge animation with a surprisingly emotional story about parenthood, fear, and letting go. The group breaks down how revolutionary the film felt at the time, why it still holds up as one of Pixar's most accessible crowd-pleasers, and how its influence reshaped both animation and merchandising culture in the years that followed. They also dig into Albert Brooks' anxious Marlin, Ellen DeGeneres' instantly iconic Dory, the film's surprisingly existential undertones, and the question of whether Finding Nemo has been culturally overshadowed by later Pixar classics or simply made to look “conventional” by its own success.Along the way, the conversation touches on disability representation, Pixar's evolving thematic ambitions, and why the ocean remains one of cinema's most quietly terrifying settings. You can find Caroline Framke at: www.carolineframke.comSupport the show:Get more from Podcast Like It's... on Patreon Hosted on Acast. In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, speaks to Frank, who discussed his mental health struggles, including major depressive disorder and chronic suicidal ideation, and how humor helps him cope. Frank emphasized the importance of starting conversations about suicide, noting that one person dies by suicide every 40 seconds globally. He highlighted the need for empathy and intervention to prevent suicides, sharing stories of how his talks have helped individuals. Frank aims to save a life a day through his work. For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/frank-king Highlights from today's episode include: For some people, suicide is always an option their brain offers, even for small problems (e.g., car breaks down: "fix it / buy a new one / kill myself"). Naming it ("chronic suicidal ideation") helps people realize they're not freaks and not alone, which can be profoundly relieving and life-changing. Suicide often results from a cascade of factors, like a car accident with many causes (nighttime, rain, slick road, etc.). A simple intervention—someone asking, "Are you okay?" or showing they care—can interrupt that cascade and literally save a life (e.g., Kevin Hines on the Golden Gate Bridge). You highlight that in contexts like MAID in Canada, people are often met with serious validation of ending life but not always offered a gap—humor, caring connection, or alternative ways of seeing their situation. ABOUT FRANK KING: Frank King, Suicide Prevention Speaker, writer for The Tonight Show for 20 years, speaker and comedian for 39. His speaking is informed by his lifetime of Depression and Suicidality and coming close enough to ending his life that he can tell you what the barrel of his gun tastes like. Turning that long dark journey of the soul into 13 TEDx Talks, sharing his lifesaving insights with corporations, and associations. He's shared the stage with comedians, Jeff Foxworthy, Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, Dr. Ken Jung, Ellen DeGeneres, Dennis Miller, and Bill Hicks, as well as entertainers, Lou Rawls, The Beach Boys, Randy Travis, and Nancy Wilson. On top of all of that, he has survived 2 aortic valve replacements, a double bypass, a heart attack, and losing to a puppet on the original Star Search and has lived to joke about it all. This summer we're curating your 456 playlist listening to bring you some of our favourite interviews from MID and No Filter. Rosie O’Donnell has lived almost every version of life in the spotlight. From her breakout in Hollywood alongside Tom Hanks and Madonna, to her groundbreaking daytime talk show that redefined television, Rosie was one of the most famous women in America. But with fame came ridicule, public feuds, and moments that cut deeply. She’s been celebrated, mocked, and at times turned into the punchline of her own story. And one of the most painful moments came when Ellen DeGeneres told the world they weren’t friends. In this conversation, Rosie is raw, funny and reflective. She speaks about growing up in the shadow of losing her mother, her shy first attempts at romance, the highs and lows of talk show success, and the very public feuds that made headlines. She shares what it was like to be blindsided by Ellen’s rejection, and why that moment stayed with her. And yes, she even talks about her recent return to our screens in And Just Like That. Rosie O’Donnell has lived a big, messy, fascinating life — and in this episode, she tells it all. You can follow Rosie O'Donnell here. "Ellen's First Christmess" (December 17, 2001) Yes, we're closing 2025 with a lump of coal rather than a sugarplum fairy. Believe it or not, Ellen Degeneres had a second sitcom between her first one and her reign as the iron-fisted queen of daytime. It's mostly lost in the shuffle today, but we're taking a look at her Christmas episode to point out how she chose to shut up about her sexuality this time around. Was it worth it? No. See you in hell, 2025. We have episode transcripts courtesy of Sarah Neal. Our logo was designed by Rob Wilson. This episode's art was designed by Ian O'Phelan. Joel was fresh from Melbourne and absolutely buzzing after seeing Gaga tear the roof off Mayhem Ball. We then spiralled into a TikTok fever dream where a sweet grandma tried to light a birthday cake and basically nearly set the joint on fire. Mailbag was stacked with spicy listener chaos, including one very passionate debate about… diffusers. James Charles learned the Aussie way to squeeze tomato sauce and looked genuinely traumatised. We also unpacked Ellen DeGeneres ditching the UK because farm life is “a bit boring” and Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry hard launching their situationship. In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, the White House confirmed and defended conducting a second strike against alleged drug smugglers in the Caribbean in September, amid the Trump administration's crusade targeting the influx of drugs into the U.S. The White House's statement comes after the Washington Post reported Friday that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth verbally ordered that a Sept. 2 attack kill everyone on board the alleged drug boat, drawing scrutiny from lawmakers who are requesting additional oversight into the strikes. The Post reported that a second strike was conducted to take out the remaining survivors on the boat. Welcome to #Bantober! The boys are back with an XL banter episode to get you into the Bantober spirit. Admittedly, the episode is only this long because we originally planned a bonus banter episode that will now no longer be coming out. Can you guess how many members Seventeen has? I promise you're not going to get it right. The boys also take time to roast several celebrities, including Mark Hamill, Simon Pegg, and Ellen DeGeneres. Ellen DeGeneres is being sued and I'm not sure anyone cares. A guy owed a cruise ship a ton of money from gambling losses, so he jumped ship. Ladies, what did you not know about men until you started living with one? Men are more loyal to their barbers than their wives, and the cost of raising kids is out of control. Some states are taking control of your thermostat, which is scary, and did you know some airline pilots take naps during flights? I'm not kidding, and guess what the number one day of the year on which the most people are born, and there is a good reason for it. The top 5 happiest states in the US and I give you the most expensive Lego set ever put on sale. I share an easy way to get rid of anxiety, and I saved the best for last; she didn't like her husband so she tried to kill him, twice. How can you not?

From Malibu's Most Wanted to Most Hung? The banter begins with Jamie Kennedy's legendary TV and film career—but quickly shifts to the elephant on the internet. Yes, THAT photo. Is it real? We get the truth straight from Jamie himself. (Spoiler: blurry or not, it's all him.)From Scream to The Jamie Kennedy ExperimentThe boys celebrate Jamie's cultural moments and roast the younger generation for confusing him with James Kennedy from Vanderpump Rules. According to one producer, Jamie had even “died in a hot tub.” Jamie takes it in stride: “I'm alive, bitches.” Playboy Mansion Secrets & Trunk Sneak-InsJamie shares wild-but-wholesome nights at the Playboy Mansion—rubbing shoulders with Carmen Electra and Anna Nicole Smith, and partying with Too Short on the mic. Meanwhile, Pol' confesses to sneaking in via a car trunk. They may have even crossed paths at one of those parties… destiny? The coffee thinks so. Coffee Reading Gets Real: “Who's Whispering in Your Ear?”Pol' delivers a powerful coffee cup reading that stops Jamie in his tracks, diving into:· Emotional stagnancy· Life-changing decisions· The blurred line between Jamie the person and the persona· And if he should finally put a ring on girlfriend Elyssa's fingerIt's insightful, eerie, and so accurate it gives Jamie chills. “You're 100% right,” he admits. “I have to be all of me. Always.” Hollywood Then & NowJamie opens up about the early days—from being an extra in Dead Poets Society, to Romeo + Juliet with Leonardo DiCaprio, to the breakout success of Scream. He recalls working with Steve Martin and Ellen DeGeneres and reflects on how much the industry has changed. Verdict? Social media fame ≠ movie star. He's rooting for passion over followers. Red Carpet Scams & Designer TeaPol' drops a bombshell: a major actress demanded six figures just to wear one of his gowns to the Oscars—even though his designs have graced winners like Karen Tolliver (Hair Love). Jamie's jaw drops. “She made $20 million and wants you to pay her?!” As always, Pol' and Patrik bring fashion realness with a side of shade. Hot Topics & Flirty Chaos· Zoe Kravitz & Harry Styles: Cute or confusing? Pol' says let them live.· Jamie's 20-year age gap with Elyssa: He defends it with honesty and humor. In this absolute fire episode featuring special guest Christopher Knowles, we dive deep into the dark undercurrents surrounding the tragic and highly suspicious death of Anne Heche. From her harrowing childhood marked by the sexual abuse of her father—a closeted Baptist choir director with deep ties to hidden networks—to her controversial relationship with Ellen DeGeneres, Knowles unpacks a chilling web of connections. We explore rumors of Ellen's involvement with a shadowy lesbian mobster in New Orleans, who herself died in a mysterious car crash, and trace how Ellen's meteoric rise in Hollywood may have drawn her too close to a power structure laced with occult symbolism and elite manipulation. With unnerving synchronicities linking figures like P. Diddy and the crash that took Anne's life—complete with telltale signs of ritualistic elements—this episode raises disturbing questions: was this a sacrifice meant to send a message to Ellen, and what dark forces are operating behind the curtains of celebrity culture?
