The Ohio native had his breakthrough figure skating performance at the 1981 U.S. Championships. He would win four consecutive world championships and four consecutive U.S. championships. Josh Boschee declared victory Tuesday night in a crowded five-way race to become Fargo’s next mayor, as voters also shook up the city commission and overwhelmingly approved an infrastructure tax extension.
