Má dcéru, ktorá sa v Británii vydala za ženu a spolu vychovávajú syna. Ona si z pozície matky prešla štádiami od „šoku“ až k tomu, že stála pri zrode združenia rodičov a priateľov LBGTI+ komunity.   „Zostali sme zaskočení“, tak opisuje situáciu, keď im dcéra oznámila, že sa zaľúbila do ženy. „Najprv sme to nechápali, nemali sme informácie, nerozumeli sme tomu“, vysvetľuje cestu, ako s manželom spracovali situáciu ich dcéry. Nasledovali rozhovory, zbieranie odborných informácií, stretávanie sa s ďalšími „prípadmi“, až sa prepracovali k situácii, že o „takýchto výsostne intímnych“ záležitostiach jednej rodiny hovoria aj verejne.   „V spoločnosti je absencia vzdelanosti v tejto záležitosti“, vysvetľuje svoje verejné angažovanie Zlatica Maarová. „A veľa stereotypov, ktoré nezodpovedne podporujú aj naši politici“.   V podcaste si prejdete coming outom rodičov, ich dcéry a procesom, ktorý rodinu Zlatice Maarovej priviedol až k podpore a presadzovaniu nastoľovania potrebnej rovnoprávnosti tak pre osoby ako aj páry rovnakého pohlavia.

In this episode we are delighted to welcome Reverend Dr John Seymour who is presently an interim minister in a parish in Hillingdon. His previous ministry has included work as a school chaplain, teaching at a theological college and parish ministry in the East End of London. He has been involved in campaigning for LBGTI equality in the Church of England.A really fascinating and wide-ranging conversation this week. Father John tells us about his journey to the priesthood and we discuss the difference between training to be a priest and a rabbi. We delve into the thorny subject of gendered titles in different faiths, as well as touching upon gendered liturgy. We also hear about the moves towards inclusion in the Church of England and how Father John experiences this as a gay man and an ordained Minister - does he see himself as breaking ground in this role? Na Slovensku sú ohrozené práva celých skupín obyvateľstva. O svoje práva musia deň čo deň a - často neúspešne, bojovať tak seniori či Rómovia, ako aj deti v ústavnej starostlivosti tohto štátu alebo ľudia z LBGTI komunity. Pre Ráno Nahlas to konštatovala Verejná ochrankyňa práv Mária Patakyová. Zodpovednosť za porušovanie princípov právneho štátu nesú podľa ombudsmanky najmä ústredné orgány tohto štátu, namiesto riešení však počúvame reči o zmenách interrupčnej legislatívy či temné tóny kočnerovej Threemy. Dnes  - 30 rokov po novembri 89, sa tak podľa ombudsmanky už veľmi nemožno čudovať ani tomu, že sa mnohí občania utiekajú aj k voľbe extrému.  

Top témou volebnej kampane bude osoba Mariána Kočnera ako aj celej chobotnice vzťahov okolo neho. Kľúčový bude aj odpočet stavu, v akom sa Slovensko nachádza a teda heslo zmena. Novou „maďarskou kartou" sa tentoraz môžu stať homosexuáli a LBGTI komunita. Tvrdia to pre podcast Ráno Nahlas marketingoví odborníci. Jason Ball, the 2017 Young Australian of the year for Victoria. Jason's an LGBTI and mental health advocate and is the current candidate for the State of Higgins in the federal election. In 2012 Jason came out as being gay. But coming and doing so only the second male Aussie Royals football player at any level to publicly come out in the national media. What snowballed from there was a movement that Jason has been in pursuit of ever since. A desire to want to transform both grass root sporting organizations in Australia and national sporting bodies into more inclusive environments for LGBTI Australians. Commodating in an organization Jason now runs called Pride Cup. In this conversation we're gonna talk about the importance of creating inclusive and welcoming environments. The power of people's reactions when they hear information when people share their stories. And the significance of personal stories in changing hearts, minds and attitudes.
