Cele două pachete au fost adoptate simultan prin ordonanțe de urgență la finalul lunii februarie, iar efectele celor două tipuri de măsuri s-ar fi compensat reciproc în buget: 2,2 miliarde de lei s-ar fi economisit prin reforma administrativă, tot 2,2 miliarde de lei costă măsurile de relansare economică. Însă, odată ce Renate Weber a atacat la CCR reforma administrativă, reducerile de cheltuieli nu mai sunt garantate până când nu se pronunță Curtea Constituțională. Kde je vlastne tých zhruba 10 miliárd, ktoré nám cez dane a odvody štát vezme do zdravotníctva a ako to, že toľkoto z nás musí - i napriek povinnému solidárnemu systému, až nedôstojne pýtať peniaze na to, aby sme vôbec prežili, či aspoň žili ako tak dôstojný a ľudsky udržateľný život? A je v poriadku, že i v tejto realite môžu mať zdravotné poisťovne zisky?Slovenský systém výnimkových liekov už celé roky zlyháva a pacientov so vzácnymi diagnózami stavia do úlohy rukojemníkov byrokracie, chladných rozpočtových škrtov, ale i nejasných a neraz diskriminačných kritérií. Kým inovatívna liečba dokáže zastaviť progresívne ochorenie, naše zdravotné poisťovne ju často odmietnu preplatiť, čím chorých vyháňajú na charitatívne portály žobrať o vlastné životy či zdravie.
