The Great I Am Who was Jesus? Throughout the Bible, Jesus gave powerful, revealing statements about His nature that often started with “I AM…” Not only do His words reveal that He was fully God, but they also tell us something profound about the way He relates to us. Jesus is the “Bread of Life” because we are hungry; He is the “Light of the World,” because we are in darkness.
We all tend to fall into one of two ditches – licentiousness or legalism – but the grace of Jesus rescues us from both. Grace reveals that our worth isn't found in how much we perform or how far we've strayed, but in what Jesus has already done. In Luke 7, a Pharisee's self-righteousness and a broken woman's worship collide, and Jesus makes clear that forgiveness and love flow not from rule-keeping, but from grace received through faith. The gospel isn't just that Jesus died for our sin; it's that He lives for our righteousness. When we truly grasp this, grace becomes a fountain of love that overflows from our lives into the world around us. When we understand the depth of God's grace, we can't help but let His love overflow into the lives of those around us.You can join our OneLife Sunday morning gatherings via livestream at 8:45am and 10:30am CST every Sunday morning. What does it mean to be a godly wife, and how does that shape a marriage that honors Christ? In this episode of the Jubilee Church Podcast, host Jordan Dillon and his wife Lissy sit down with Lead Pastor Bryan Mowrey and his wife Rachel for an honest, biblical, and practical conversation about marriage. They share stories of what first drew them to one another and the role of community in choosing a spouse, reflect on the power of a wife's words to either build up or tear down her husband, and wrestle with questions of ambition, direction, and decision-making in marriage. The conversation digs into what biblical submission really looks like (and what it isn't) while also exploring how couples can balance home life, work, and kingdom priorities. Along the way, they discuss how to process shortcomings, navigate seasons of failure, and ultimately keep Christ at the center of their relationship. Whether you're single, newly married, or years into marriage, this episode will encourage you to trust God's design for marriage and to find hope in His goodness.

In this special bonus episode of the Jubilee Church Podcast, Lead Pastor Bryan Mowrey is joined by host Jordan Dillon for a wide-ranging conversation on topics that matter deeply to Christians today. They tackle how to let go of the past, how to make wise decisions in relationships and major life choices, what the Bible teaches about rewards, and how to stand firm in a culture that often challenges biblical values—especially around abortion and LGBTQ+ issues. They also address concerns about nominal Christianity and what it means to truly follow Jesus. We hope you enjoy!

The Trump administration is actively working to erase the existence of trans people through policy and legislation. But no law can erase the 1.6 million trans people living in America, nor the reality of their lives and experiences. These are real people facing real consequences—impacting their rights, safety, and livelihoods. This week, Adam sits down with his friends and fellow comedians Dylan McKeever, River Butcher, and Sammy Mowrey, who all happen to be trans, to talk about what it's like to navigate this moment in America as a trans person.SUPPORT THE SHOW ON PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/adamconoverSEE ADAM ON TOUR: https://www.adamconover.net/tourdates/SUBSCRIBE to and RATE Factually! on:» Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/factually-with-adam-conover/id1463460577» Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0fK8WJw4ffMc2NWydBlDyJAbout Headgum: Headgum is an LA & NY-based podcast network creating premium podcasts with the funniest, most engaging voices in comedy to achieve one goal: Making our audience and ourselves laugh.
