After 9 months (or more) of long silence, when Zechariah's voice was finally restored, the overflow of his heart was to glorify the Lord. The gospel can overflow our own hearts, not only in a specific season or a special day, but all year long, and every day of our lives. What is overflowing from our hearts this Christmas? It's a good question, a question that the good news of Jesus, our Messiah, can help us answer without fear.

If you've been waiting to feel ready before you move, this episode is your loving wake-up call. Today I'm expanding on something I'm watching unfold in real time for my clients and it's nothing short of miraculous: momentum begets momentum. Overflow doesn't come from waiting, wishing, or "being in the vibe." It comes from minimizing the gap between inspiration and execution. Tune in to hear: The cost of letting intuitive nudges fizzle instead of acting on them The misconception around "being in your feminine" in business How action actually creates energy instead of depleting it Why avoidance breeds scarcity, anxiety, and stagnation What compounding action looks like in real life (even on low-energy days) How to identify the area where you're craving more overflow right now If this episode resonates with you, don't forget to share it to your stories and tag @themillionairemother, or leave a 5-star rating and review on Apple Podcasts-it helps more mamas find this show.
Do you dare to ask more of God, or are you afraid to sound selfish? Hey, fam! In this bonus episode I'm dropping bombs on why settling for 'just enough' is not your design! We're talking about that word 'more'—not the greedy kind, but the abundance God literally wired inside you! Share your abundance mindset shift with me @biancajuarezofficial. Love you, B RESOURCES/LINKS Takeaways Asking for more from God is not selfish. We are designed and destined with desire. God wants us to believe Him for more. Desire can be hijacked by trauma and past experiences. The danger of desire lies in greed, not in wanting more of God. God's nature is to provide abundantly for His children. We should not settle for complacency in our spiritual lives. Desire should be directed towards God, not selfish pursuits. We are called to awaken to the more that God has for us. Living in abundance requires action and faith. ⋇ Bianca's book Grit Don't Quit: Developing Resilience And Faith When Giving Up Isn't An Option. https://amzn.to/3MO74OC ⋇ The Grit Don't Quit Bible Study is now available. https://www.biancajuaerzofficial.com/gdq ⋇ So grateful to our sponsors! Many of us grew up hearing about the bucket analogy, an we were taught to believe that we could fill other people's buckets by complimenting them or telling them great things about themselves. In this podcast I propose that we can't fill anyone else's bucket. That filling our bucket is a job that only we can do, and when we expect others to fill our bucket, it only leads to the destruction of our relationships. Thanks for listening! This past summer, I disappeared for 75 days to reset my body and work on me. No crappy food, no alcohol, no social media. After sharing my journey publicly, friends, family and a few listeners asked the same questions: What did you actually eat? Did you go to the doctor first? Did you weigh yourself? How did you know your liver and kidneys were struggling? In this conversation, I answer those questions. I walk you through the foods I leaned on, the habits I released and the mindset shifts that made this reset sustainable. I also talk a bit about emotional eating, discipline and how challenging it was to choose healing over convenience. This reset was never about perfection or restriction. It was about listening to my body and the signs I had been ignoring for far too long. Is your body calling for a reset? In this episode, you'll hear: 00:59 — The decision to begin again 01:54 — Preparing for the reset 03:01 — What I actually ate 05:28 — Hydration, eliminations and non-negotiables 07:04 — Emotional eating and awareness 08:30 — Answering your most asked questions Doctors, lab work, the scale, and trusting your body's signals. NOTE: I am one of the millions of Americans without health insurance so that is why I made some of the decisions I share in this segment. 14:53 — The hard parts and staying committed 17:57 — Encouragement for anyone sensing it may be time to pause and reset. Creating a partnership in our marriages was the goal when we got married, and yet many of us over the years, end up retreating into a paper marriage, a place where we live in the same space, but we do so as roommates, people who aren't connected. The goal of marriage isn't just to share a house and a washing machine, it's to connect emotionally, to learn how to love another person in a selfless and compassionate way. When we get married with expectations of the other person making us happy and always loving us, we will find it easy to lean out of the relationship and retreat into ourselves, neglecting the relationship. Instead, when we get married with the expectation that we will learn to love cleanly and fully, we will lean in and create a safe space for our partner to do the same. Thanks for listening! After sharing a simple update on LinkedIn that unexpectedly resonated with quite a few of my followers, I knew it was time to tell the deeper story behind my 75-day reset. From July 8th to my 55th birthday on September 21st, I stepped away from several things that really had a hold on me. This wasn't about dieting. It was about saving myself. Before I started the journey, anxiety was rising, depression was creeping in, my body felt weighed down. It felt like I was drowning in my own life. Something inside whispered, "Stop now, or you're going to break." In this episode, I take you into that journey and the quiet but powerful shift that eventually unfolded. If you've been feeling depleted or disconnected from yourself, this conversation may be the sign you've been waiting for to reset and breathe again. In this episode, you'll hear: 00:10 — Why this reset became urgent The moment I knew something had to change. 00:57 — Choosing a 75-day detox What I cut out and why. 02:14 — When overwhelm hit a breaking point Anxiety, depression, and the wake-up call I couldn't ignore. 03:43 — The hard early days Cravings, withdrawals, and confronting discomfort. 13:33 — The first signs of healing Better sleep, calmer energy, and reduced inflammation. 15:04 — A spiritual quieting Reconnecting with peace and God. 19:40 — A shift in my coaching Leading from the heart, not the head. 21:10 — Lessons I didn't expect What patience and surrender revealed. 24:27 — An invitation to reset Encouragement for anyone feeling depleted. ============== Do me a solid. Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme of ‘Prosperity’ with the passage Mark 4:21-25. This passage tells us that as believers, we are to actively share our faith openly, like the light from a lampstand that shines for all to see. We then had Vance Roush join us to discuss the science and blessing behind generosity. Vance is the Founder and CEO of Overflow, and he’s on a mission to inspire the world to give. He is an entrepreneur and a pastor at VIVE Church in the Silicon Valley/ Bay Area. He also wrote the book, “High-Growth Fundraising the Silicon Valley Way: Unlocking Stock, Crypto, and More for Your Non-Profit, Church, or School.” We then had Larry McCall join us to discuss the reward of applying the gospel to marriage, parenting, and grandparenting. Larry is the Founder and Director of Walking Like Jesus Ministries, a Bible-teaching ministry focused on helping Christians understand how the Gospel shapes relationships. He has also written several books, including “Grandparenting with Grace.”You can hear the highlights of today's program on the Karl and Crew Showcast. In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I dive into the often overwhelming experience of December, a month that can feel both beautiful and brutal. As a mom of four, I share my personal struggles with the mental load that comes with juggling family commitments, holiday expectations, and the demands of running a business. I discuss the concept of mental load—an invisible weight that encompasses the decisions, reminders, and emotional energy required to manage our lives and the people we care about. Throughout the episode, I emphasize the importance of recognizing our current capacity and honoring the season we are in. I encourage listeners to slow down and let go of the pressure to be superhuman, reminding them that if God has called us to something, we have the capacity for it, even if we can't do it all at once. I outline three key strategies to help manage the mental load and maintain peace during this busy time. Let's connect! Get my weekly emails in your inbox and let's grow together HERE TIMESTAMPS 00:00:01 - Welcome to Wisdom's Table Introduction to the podcast and the theme of December's challenges. 00:01:28 - Understanding Mental Load Explaining the concept of mental load and its impact on daily life. 00:04:36 - Honoring Your Season The importance of recognizing and respecting your current capacity. 00:09:00 - Aligning Priorities The significance of alignment in managing tasks and responsibilities. 00:12:39 - Mindfulness of Overflow vs. Overload Living from a place of overflow rather than being overwhelmed. 00:18:04 - Conclusion and Reflection Final thoughts on peace, capacity, and the presence of God in our lives.
When Christ informed his disciples that one of them would betray them, their response was, 'Is it I, Lord?' When I'm confronted with something that I did wrong or an accusation, most often my immediate response is, 'What are you talking about? I didn't mess that up! How could you accuse me of such a thing?!?' Hmmm. Very telling. I'm obviously not disciple worthy yet! However, I can work on developing the ability to look inward, to see my own failings and weaknesses that will allow me to take responsibility by asking, 'Is it I?' rather than looking outward to blaming, accusing, or criticizing others. It's a process of growth to get there, for all of us, but get there we will if we continue to figure it out a piece at a time. Thanks for listening! Want to learn more about this concept? Leverage Your Incredible Factor Business Podcast with Darnyelle Jervey Harmon, MBA
This episode is powered by The Seven Figure Shift 3-Day Workshop “You can't sustain overflow if your soul is still grieving your last expansion.” — Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon Overflow doesn't feel safe for everyone; and that's why so many 7-figure CEOs keep sabotaging it. In this unfiltered episode, Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon cracks open the invisible emotional toll of hitting your next level. We're talking about growth guilt, generational conditioning, nervous system resistance, and the deeper reasons your business might be bleeding money, even when the revenue is flowing. If you've ever felt anxious after a big win, like the next shoe will drop or someone you love will resent your success, this conversation will feel like a spiritual intervention wrapped in strategy. This is money healing at a cellular level, anchored in nervous system regulation, success identity, and soul leadership. This is not an episode about how to make money. It's about how to keep it, and feel worthy as you do. Here's the truth: You don't just fear failure. You fear what success might cost you. The guilt of growth is real; and it's often rooted in unprocessed emotional residue that keeps your nervous system dysregulated around money. If your income rises but your peace shrinks, you're not scaling. You're silently self-destructing in a more expensive outfit. You'll walk with a breakdown of the five hidden drivers of financial sabotage, even at 7-figures, a spiritual and somatic understanding of what it takes to feel safe with overflow and language to finally name what's happening when your bank account grows but your joy disappears Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover: ✔ How to recognize the guilt of growth and what triggers it in high-achievers ✔ How to connect emotional safety to financial overflow ✔ How to shift from subconscious sabotage to spiritual stewardship of wealth ✔And so much more This episode is a call to break the unspoken patterns of sabotage that 7-figure CEOs don't talk about publicly. It's a raw, real-time exploration of how unresolved trauma and spiritual misalignment can hijack your financial future. Dr. Darnyelle shares the emotional breakdown that followed her first 7-figure year, why she stopped celebrating wins, and how she healed the subconscious link between success and loss. This is your invitation to pause the hustle and examine the cost of your next level. If you're doing all the “right” things, but the overflow still triggers fear, guilt, or spiritual fatigue, you're not broken. But you do need new tools. No matter how big you think your best play is… it's not in your playbook, it's in God's. See, family… the plays we draw up can only take us so far. But the ones God has lined up for us? They go beyond goals, beyond limits, beyond imagination. You might think you're chasing the next big win, the next trade, the next breakthrough, but sometimes, GOD is just setting you up for a play that's bigger than anything you could ever call for yourself. Stop questioning the delays. Stop comparing your journey. Because while you're planning small victories, God is scripting generational blessings. Your losses weren't punishment — they were preparation. Your struggle wasn't failure — it was foundation. And your time ain't passed — it's being positioned. So keep moving with faith, not fear. Because when it's God's play… the outcome is already written. You Dream in Limits… God Works in Overflow
