Creating a partnership in our marriages was the goal when we got married, and yet many of us over the years, end up retreating into a paper marriage, a place where we live in the same space, but we do so as roommates, people who aren't connected. The goal of marriage isn't just to share a house and a washing machine, it's to connect emotionally, to learn how to love another person in a selfless and compassionate way. When we get married with expectations of the other person making us happy and always loving us, we will find it easy to lean out of the relationship and retreat into ourselves, neglecting the relationship. Instead, when we get married with the expectation that we will learn to love cleanly and fully, we will lean in and create a safe space for our partner to do the same. Thanks for listening! As we continue to prepare ourselves for Jesus' coming in this Advent season, we looked at Romans 15:4-13, where Paul tells us that as Christians we are filled up with joy and peace so that we overflow with hope.
Storm clouds don't just bring water—they rewrite your entire pool route. We dive into a practical, low-drama system for handling rain without wasting chemicals, damaging equipment, or risking your safety. From the first messy storms of the season to those frustrating back-to-back rainy Tuesdays, we share how to protect margins and maintain clean, clear water with decisions based on forecast patterns, yard conditions, and a simple service policy that sets the right expectations. We walk through when pre-storm superchlorination makes sense and when it's just expensive overkill. You'll hear why adjusting pH during active rain backfires, how to keep free chlorine steady through debris spikes, and which pools benefit from targeted dosing. Overflow panic? We explain why pre-draining is rarely needed, then outline safe, technician-tested ways to lower water after the rain: equipment hose bib with the pump running, submersible pumps on the first step, multiport waste mode, and a Pentair air bleed workaround—plus why to avoid DE push-pull backwash for draining to protect grids.• why first rains dump debris and stress chemistry• targeted superchlorination for debris-heavy pools only• skip pH adjustments during active rain• why pre-draining is rarely needed• safe ways to drain after storms without harming DE grids• quick-stop rainy-day workflow focused on chemicals• how to shuffle routes for back-to-back rain weeks• mindset shift and simple rain policy customers accept• essential rain gear and where to find itJoin the pool guy coaching program. Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme of ‘Prosperity’ with the passage Mark 4:21-25. This passage tells us that as believers, we are to actively share our faith openly, like the light from a lampstand that shines for all to see. We then had Vance Roush join us to discuss the science and blessing behind generosity. Vance is the Founder and CEO of Overflow, and he’s on a mission to inspire the world to give. He is an entrepreneur and a pastor at VIVE Church in the Silicon Valley/ Bay Area. He also wrote the book, “High-Growth Fundraising the Silicon Valley Way: Unlocking Stock, Crypto, and More for Your Non-Profit, Church, or School.” We then had Larry McCall join us to discuss the reward of applying the gospel to marriage, parenting, and grandparenting. In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I dive into the often overwhelming experience of December, a month that can feel both beautiful and brutal. As a mom of four, I share my personal struggles with the mental load that comes with juggling family commitments, holiday expectations, and the demands of running a business. I discuss the concept of mental load—an invisible weight that encompasses the decisions, reminders, and emotional energy required to manage our lives and the people we care about. Throughout the episode, I emphasize the importance of recognizing our current capacity and honoring the season we are in. I encourage listeners to slow down and let go of the pressure to be superhuman, reminding them that if God has called us to something, we have the capacity for it, even if we can't do it all at once. I outline three key strategies to help manage the mental load and maintain peace during this busy time. Let's connect! When Christ informed his disciples that one of them would betray them, their response was, 'Is it I, Lord?' When I'm confronted with something that I did wrong or an accusation, most often my immediate response is, 'What are you talking about? I didn't mess that up! How could you accuse me of such a thing?!?' Hmmm. Very telling. I'm obviously not disciple worthy yet! However, I can work on developing the ability to look inward, to see my own failings and weaknesses that will allow me to take responsibility by asking, 'Is it I?' rather than looking outward to blaming, accusing, or criticizing others. It's a process of growth to get there, for all of us, but get there we will if we continue to figure it out a piece at a time. Thanks for listening! Want to learn more about this concept? HOW to OVERFLOW with joy and thankfulness…
Judas Iscariot offers an unexpected lens through which to understand Christmas. Though he wasn't present at Jesus' birth, his story reveals why the manger matters - it points to the cross. Judas was personally chosen by Jesus, served as the disciples' treasurer, yet his heart remained unchanged despite his proximity to Christ. His betrayal and tragic end teach us three crucial lessons: Christmas celebrates a Savior, not just a baby; you can be near Jesus yet far from Him; and no one should live without hope because forgiveness is always available. This Christmas, move beyond admiring Jesus from a distance to surrendering your heart to the Savior who came to transform lives. In this week's message from our Overflow series, Pastor Jay Austin takes us into Revelation 4–5 for a powerful look at worship in heaven and what it means for us right now. From a simple chair-turned-“throne” to the breathtaking imagery of God's throne room, we're invited to confront an important question: Who is actually sitting on the throne of my life?As John, exiled on the island of Patmos, is given a vision of heaven, we see a God who is fully in control, radiating purity, power, and peace. We see elders casting their crowns before Him, creation crying out “Holy, holy, holy,” and angels declaring, “Worthy is the Lamb!” Pastor Jay shows us that this heavenly worship isn't distant; it's happening now. And when we worship, we step into that eternal reality. If you're weighed down by fear, anxiety, or circumstances that feel out of control, this message will remind you that heaven opens its doors to us through worship. When we lay down our crowns--our control, our accomplishments, our idols—we find the peace, presence, and power that only come from the One who sits on the throne forever.

We live in a world that tells us to hold tight—to protect, collect, and consume. But Jesus invites us into a bigger story. Beyond Me is a series about discovering the freedom, joy, and purpose that comes when we choose a life poured out. When we stop trying to own everything and instead steward what God has given us, our lives begin to make a lasting impact. This isn't about losing—it's about gaining a life that truly matters.
Discover the power of a grateful life in this three-week series, “Gratitude.” We kick off by examining the story of the ten lepers, challenging the common 'Thanks... but' mindset, and revealing that true gratitude is a conscious discipline that leads to a profound spiritual wholeness beyond mere circumstance. Next, we expose the greatest "Gratitude Killer"—grumbling—by studying the Israelites' journey in the wilderness, offering a practical 'Stop and Swap' challenge to rewire your heart from complaint to praise. Finally, we explore how a truly thankful heart overflows into radical generosity, using the analogy of the life-giving Sea of Galilee, and conclude that the ultimate motivation for a life of thankfulness and giving is the indescribable gift of Jesus Christ. What if more isn't the answer to creating overflow but less is? In this episode, Cait dives into the power of simplification and how stripping away the clutter, excess, and noise (both in business and life) creates more abundance, ease, and momentum. Instead of chasing more strategies, more platforms, more things to do, what if you leaned into what's already working and amplified that? Tune in to hear: Why pruning and simplifying can be the key to unlocking greater success How to clear out the clutter (physically + energetically) to make space for overflow The shift from doing more to being more impactful with less Join The Foundry: https://themillionairemother.com/the-foundry/

Leverage Your Incredible Factor Business Podcast with Darnyelle Jervey Harmon, MBA
This episode is powered by The Seven Figure Shift 3-Day Workshop “You can't sustain overflow if your soul is still grieving your last expansion.” — Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon Overflow doesn't feel safe for everyone; and that's why so many 7-figure CEOs keep sabotaging it. In this unfiltered episode, Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon cracks open the invisible emotional toll of hitting your next level. We're talking about growth guilt, generational conditioning, nervous system resistance, and the deeper reasons your business might be bleeding money, even when the revenue is flowing. If you've ever felt anxious after a big win, like the next shoe will drop or someone you love will resent your success, this conversation will feel like a spiritual intervention wrapped in strategy. This is money healing at a cellular level, anchored in nervous system regulation, success identity, and soul leadership. This is not an episode about how to make money. It's about how to keep it, and feel worthy as you do. Here's the truth: You don't just fear failure. You fear what success might cost you. The guilt of growth is real; and it's often rooted in unprocessed emotional residue that keeps your nervous system dysregulated around money. If your income rises but your peace shrinks, you're not scaling. You're silently self-destructing in a more expensive outfit. You'll walk with a breakdown of the five hidden drivers of financial sabotage, even at 7-figures, a spiritual and somatic understanding of what it takes to feel safe with overflow and language to finally name what's happening when your bank account grows but your joy disappears Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover: ✔ How to recognize the guilt of growth and what triggers it in high-achievers ✔ How to connect emotional safety to financial overflow ✔ How to shift from subconscious sabotage to spiritual stewardship of wealth ✔And so much more This episode is a call to break the unspoken patterns of sabotage that 7-figure CEOs don't talk about publicly. It's a raw, real-time exploration of how unresolved trauma and spiritual misalignment can hijack your financial future. Dr. Darnyelle shares the emotional breakdown that followed her first 7-figure year, why she stopped celebrating wins, and how she healed the subconscious link between success and loss. This is your invitation to pause the hustle and examine the cost of your next level. If you're doing all the “right” things, but the overflow still triggers fear, guilt, or spiritual fatigue, you're not broken. But you do need new tools. Grab your journal and come behind the curtain of what it really looks like to hold millions without losing your peace, people, or purpose. The Overflow | Pastor Jeremy Isaacs | Week One by Generations Church
Jesus is the source of our generosity.
No matter how big you think your best play is… it's not in your playbook, it's in God's. See, family… the plays we draw up can only take us so far. But the ones God has lined up for us? They go beyond goals, beyond limits, beyond imagination. You might think you're chasing the next big win, the next trade, the next breakthrough, but sometimes, GOD is just setting you up for a play that's bigger than anything you could ever call for yourself. Stop questioning the delays. Stop comparing your journey. Because while you're planning small victories, God is scripting generational blessings. Your losses weren't punishment — they were preparation. Your struggle wasn't failure — it was foundation. And your time ain't passed — it's being positioned. So keep moving with faith, not fear. Because when it's God's play… the outcome is already written. You Dream in Limits… God Works in Overflow
