All das gehört weg! Joh 4,13-15____________________________________Voice over: Scott Lockwood, USA © Veronika Pavlicek, Dipl. In this episode of Self Care, Geraldine Hardy shares her personal daily practice as part of her instructor training, filmed and practiced in a busy, high-season gym environment where distraction and pressure are present.Rather than removing external noise, the focus is on learning how to remain grounded, centred, and internally steady within it. These practices are presented not as trends, but as practical tools for regulation, focus, and resilience. The episode also reflects on hardship and disruption, including loss, illness, emotional strain, and life transitions, and how these experiences often become catalysts for growth, clarity, and internal strength when met with consistent practice and self-responsibility.This conversation is for anyone navigating pressure, change, or uncertainty and seeking practical ways to return to centre and continue forward without losing alignment.Topics covered: Daily self-care as a grounded, lived practice Tai Chi and Qigong for nervous system regulation Maintaining focus in demanding environments Returning to centre during stress, burnout, and transition Building resilience through repetition and responsibility Shedding conditioning and outdated identity patterns Learn more about Geraldine Hardy's Self Care ProgramsPractical self-care grounded in nervous system regulation, emotional integration, energetic awareness, and sustainable daily practices.Programs include: Self Care Foundations Burnout Prevention and Recovery Founder Performance and Resilience 1:1 Online Coaching Website: https://geraldinehardy.com Instagram: @_geraldinehardy | @_alignwithin

Founder of World Tai Chi Qigong Day (WTCQD) Bill Douglas shares science on the effects of Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness on health. Introducing the Global Transformation Project. How did the idea for the WTCQD happen? * Saw how Qi-practice was blowing medical Drs minds. * Researching the medical research via the internet was overwhelmingly in favour of the positive effects on Mind-Body system * The media wasn't in the least bit interested that this could change the lives of millions of people. * Meditating when an idea came him to create a mass Tai Chi exhibition. Hosted in the visually spectacular Nelson Atkins Art Museum in Kansas City. As envisioning, he could see this was much more than 1 event. * CNN covered the event in 1998 which lit the fuse for WTCQD to expand across the world * Similar to how the Global Transformation Project showed itself * Preventative pro-active healthcare with the 'Big 5' Tai Chi and Qigong, Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation What is true health care? How can encourage each other? * Current healthcare system is blocked to the solutions even to realised scientific studies. Less that .5% funding goes to complementary health care in the U.S. . * Results of Shingles vaccination study found that the Tai Chi group had 50% more helper T-cells than the control group did. Natural immunity building inside. * During the Covid crisis, they looked at frontline healthcare workers who are exposed to all the different variants, and found that the healthcare workers that caught Covid had fewer helper T-cells and CB 4 cell counts. The research shows again that Tai Chi Qigong increases helper T-cells and CB4 cell counts. * The Big 5 Tai Chi Qigong Yoga Meditation and Mindfulness all boost the immune system. Needs to be studied in more depth. * Global Transformation Project is aimed at public education. Getting into schools could change immunity of whole planet. * Global Conscious Project with Dr. Roger Nelson at Princeton University's research labs measure the effect of global consciousness using random effect generators around the globe, responding to the effect of Princess Diana's death * Ultimate realisation that when groups of people come together in a compassionate state of coherent consciousness - the alpha state - they have a BIG impact on planetary consciousness. * The effect of high frequency is much stronger than the lower frequencies * Compassion woven into fabric of universe. * Results of a study researching people performing both selfish hedonistic acts of pleasure and altruistic acts of pleasure. They found that they both experienced a similar mental high, but the DNA of the people knew the difference. In the DNA of those involved in selfish pleasures, the health expression was degraded. Those involved in altruistic pleasures had a healing effect on the DNA. * Compassion is woven into every aspect of humanity. * How we speak to our selves is how we speak to our cells. I love this information! More in The Gospel of Science' by William Douglas * Concept of the book is to get mind-body practices into education Science shows that it makes smarter students and actually increases IQ. Improved test scores make healthier students, reduces bullying, increasing the empathy and compassionate parts of the brain and physically reduces stress. * 1000's more meditators and we will really know the effect of us together on the planet. * Global transformation in a very real way. Global transformation project this is a opportunity to bring this throughout this time 2022 here we grow we can do this back up with science the experience. The stress and fear parts of the brain start to shrink when we go into coherent alpha states. Empathy and compassion parts of the brain start expand. A kinder, more compassionate and abundant planet. Saving trillions of dollars on future medical and social costs. globaltransformationproject.org The Gospel of Science - with live links to research studies https://amzn.to/3oyw28r Bill invites us to adopt this as our own project and spread the info and link everywhere. The Chinese say that those who practice TAI CHI will attain the pliability of a child, the vitality of a lumberjack, and the wisdom of a sage. TAI CHI CHIH ( pronounced tie-chee-chuh ) is a series of twenty flowing movements that are simple and easy to do. These repetitive movements emphasize self awareness as they circulate and balance the body’s internal energy flow referred to as chi. By re-balancing our energy with regular practice, we can experience greater health and harmony. As your mind and body begin slowing down, you will start to feel less stressed and more calm. What can you expect from regularly practicing TAI CHI? Students seem to receive whatever they are seeking and most need, and the benefits and experiences reported are as diverse as the students themselves including: relieves stress improves sleep and digestion decreases pain increases energy and vitality improves balance lowers blood pressure increases blood flow to the brain improves range of motion builds muscle strength without stressing joints. If you like knowing all the facts before saying yes to a new practice, I suggest you Google WORLD TAI CHI & QIGONG DAY. From their comprehensive website you can type in any question you have about Medical Research on TAI CHI & Qigong. The website states that it is the #1 most used internet TAI CHI Medical Research Site and this is a great way to discover if this practice might be right for you. Today you will find many studies singing the praises of moving meditation including The Harvard Health Letter’s reference to TAI CHI’s easy movements as medication in motion.
