For the next few episodes of Uninterrupted we’re harking back to some of our favourite conversations of 2019. Like this chat about body love with February cover star and mega-trainer Tiffiny Hall. We’ll be back with new episodes soon. Until then, enjoy this throwback!Author. Mega-trainer. Body image advocate. Tiffiny Hall has been part of the Aussie fitness scene for over a decade. But, as you’ll discover in this raw, emotional and truly inspiring chat, there’s so much more to this ground-breaking powerhouse than just her black belt in Taekwondo. From battling it out on TV show Gladiators to helping people change their lives on The Biggest Loser, the founder of health and fitness program TIFFXO has long been known for her straight-talking, honest and warm approach. But when her first child, Arnold, was born almost two years ago, it led to an unexpected epiphany about the insane pressure society places on women to “bounce back” after pregnancy, and led to the kind of joy and strength she’d only ever dreamed on. Now, she’s on a brand new mission: Helping other women accept and love their bodies (and be a little kinder to themselves) every single day. In this episode, she shares the private health challenge that’s turned her into the fighter she is today. And talks openly about success, self-love, motherhood, motivation and how learning to exercise your “no” muscle could actually change your life. So much thought goes into the guests you hear from with my main concern being the YAY their story can instil in you (whether founders or not and whether big profiles or not). Today's guest is a perfect example – yes, she's a founder and has a big profile but she is definitely not same same! Tiff Hall is an exceptional human being in just about everything she turns her attention to – incredibly book smart but also infinitely creative, a master of several instruments, a linguist, a fitness expert with 20 years of experience, an elite athlete, an author, a TV personality, a businesswoman and a mother. While she sounds like the last person any of us can identify with, she comes from the humblest beginnings as a simple girl from Essendon growing up around the taekwondo centre her parents still own in Brunswick. And despite her incredible success since then, you'll hear that her roots stay close to her heart. While many would have taken on the reigns of the family business and felt more than accomplished, Tiff is one of the most motivating people for her appetite for challenge. With Taekwondo as her first love, she is not only a black belt but a 6th DAN black belt. She has 20 years of fitness experience that she has channelled into a role on Gladiators, The Biggest Loser and now into her own amazing online fitness program TiffXO and has also joined Chris Hemsworth's team on the Centre App. I could keep going and giving it away now but you'll hear it all in the episode so I hope you feel as motivated by this one as I do! + See show notes here + Announcements on Insta at @spoonful_of_sarah + Subscribe to not miss out on the next instalment of YAY!

On a very special episode of The Juggling Act, we're joined by health and wellness expert and founder of TIFFXO, Tiff Hall. Also with us is the fabulous Olivia White who blogs at House of White. The ladies are here to get real about motherhood, the good, the bad and the ugly. The first five years of motherhood are all about surviving the trenches, celebrating milestones and worrying way too much!Tiff shares how her professional comedian husband Ed Kavalee was the one to win her son Arnold's first smiles, but on Father's Day, she was the one to be rewarded with his first word - mum!Olivia shares how her second child taught her patience and the knowledge that all children develop at their own pace. The ladies share not only their children's milestones, but their own milestones as new mums, (and no we're not talking that first poo - that's a whole stand alone ep), more like the first time you leave the house without your baby and you feel like you're missing a part of yourself, or the first time you get to sleep more than four hours at a time (just kidding, that never happens!). This week's episode is brought to you by Children's Panadol, which is also helping new mums through the first five years of parenthood.Show notesYour host this week was Mel Wilson with special guests Tiff Hall and Olivia White. This podcast was produced by Sinead Barrett and Nina Young. We've got a bit of a favour to ask; we'd love you to Subscribe to The Juggling Act in your podcast app and leave us a review.
