** TW: Talks of infant death. ** ** Reasonable Doubt Season Finale Spoiler. Skip 1:26 - 4:52** This week on the podcast, the girls recap "Trial by Magic," aka We Did This Already. This season four episode is an unholy union of season two's "Ex Libris" and "Reckless Abandon." While Phoebe blends with the episode's background, Piper shines. The girls comb through Patrick Fischler's IMDB to search for his most loathsome role. Paige loses the goodwill garnered in last week's episode with bratty antics that would send a Master/Mister in the opposite direction. Rae pitches herself to the Reasonable Doubt team, revealing her real-life experience with a grieving baby momma. Nelle ponders getting a new gaming laptop for her cozy games.

TW: Talks about suicide.I sometimes pinch myself with the guests we get on Bottled Up and this week is no exception.Only 1% of those who attempt suicide by jumping off of the Golden Gate Bridge survive, and Kevin Hines is one of those people. Fuelled by a history of struggle with depression and bi-polar disorder, Kevin thought the bridge would be the easiest way to die, yet the first thing he felt after clearing the railing was - regret. Hines fell about 240 feet in just four seconds. He crashed feet first into the waters below, crushing spinal vertebrae and breaking an ankle. But he survived.Today, Kevin is a world renowned speaker, best selling author, and mental health advocate who uses his powerful personal story to save lives. He talks openly about what it feels like to live with "brain pain," the extraordinary circumstances around his survival after the jump, his experience in psych wards, the common denominator of people who consider suicide, and how the simple act of showing kindness to someone in emotional pain can save their life.Kevins story embodies hope though, and the key message of reaching out for help which he shares with millions of people around the globe.Join Sunny Bahuguna for Episode 75 as Kevin shares his story.______________LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthieukomorowski/______________There are some sensitive topics we touch on regarding mental health so if there are any triggers for you please know there is support and there will be plenty of links in access below.LifeLine (Australia) - Ph: 13 11 14 https://www.lifeline.org.au/Banksia Project - https://thebanksiaproject.org.au/Mr. Perfect - https://mrperfect.org.au/NHS (UK) - Urgent mental health support https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/mental-health/find-an-urgent-mental-health-helpline______________As always, Bottled Up is a passion project to help provide a voice to those many men who are going through the peaks and troughs of life. TW: Talks of suicide, death, and abuse of minors.Bullying has been around since forever, but with the increased access to social media it has only become worse. Our youth is subjected to not only in school bullying, but now the bullies can get them where it hurts, online. This is the story of Adriana and Mallory, only 14 and 12 years old when they decided to end their lives. These young girls gained national attention and shook many of us to our core. What you will hear is heartbreaking, but it is so important to note that this could have been prevented. The negligence displayed by adults who are in power to protect children, failed, absolutely failed these children. **If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts please call or text 988 for help - you are not alone**Mallory's Law/New Jersey's Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights - https://www.njasa.net/Page/2254Video Of Adriana's Assault - https://www.nbcnewyork.com/on-air/as-seen-on/video-shows-nj-school-hallway-attack-in-adriana-kuch-case/4097494/

TW: Talks of SA + emotional abuse. Real, raw + unedited. As the first episode for Make Me Proud Podcast, I wanted to be completely real with you guys + set the tone for episodes to come. I am an upbeat person, constantly making jokes, and I will return to that in future episodes....but I felt it was vital to show this other very real side of me. I didn't wake up one day to success at my bedside, it was f*cking hard. It still is. This podcast is a journey for not only me, but for us to find our own paths + journeys. In much of my journey so far I felt so alone, and I don't want people to feel that feeling anymore. I am not a perfect human, and I will never claim to be. But... one day.. I will be proud of myself.
