Wie Kinder Preise wahrnehmen und was sie über Geld, Wert und Fairness lernen, zeigt sich lange bevor sie rechnen können. Es zeigt sich im Alltag, auf dem Schulhof, wenn ein Kind das neue Smartphone hat und ein anderes nicht, beim Taschengeld oder im Supermarkt, wenn zwei ähnliche Produkte unterschiedlich viel kosten. Dr. Sebastian Voigt spricht mit Clarissa Corrêa da Silva, bekannt aus Wissensformaten wie Wissen macht Ah! und Die Sendung mit der Maus, über Preisverständnis aus Kinderperspektive und darüber, wie Eltern diese Gespräche begleiten können, ohne zu belehren. Clarissa beschreibt Preise als Regeln, die Orientierung geben und Entscheidungen erleichtern. Geld hat das frühere Tauschen von Waren ersetzt und Werte vergleichbar gemacht. So entstand ein gemeinsames System, das den Alltag strukturiert und das Kinder oft intuitiv verstehen, lange bevor sie es benennen können. Im Gespräch wird deutlich, wie sich diese Logik im Alltag zeigt, etwa im Übergang vom Verhandeln zu festen Preisen oder in psychologischen Effekten wie 1,99 Euro. Auch die Frage, warum Markenprodukte häufig teurer sind als No-Name-Waren, obwohl sie teils aus derselben Produktion stammen, wird eingeordnet. Am Beispiel des Dönerpreises erläutert Clarissa, wie Inflation wirkt und warum Preise steigen, wenn Kosten für Energie, Löhne oder Rohstoffe zunehmen. Auch der rechtliche Rahmen spielt eine Rolle. Der Taschengeldparagraf (§ 110 BGB) erlaubt Kindern, kleinere Einkäufe selbst zu tätigen, setzt aber klare Grenzen bei größeren Verpflichtungen. Taschengeld wird so zu einem Übungsfeld, in dem Kinder Prioritäten setzen, Entscheidungen treffen und ein Gefühl für Wert entwickeln. Im Preis der Woche geht es um die Erhöhung des Kindergeldes um fünf Euro ab Januar 2026. Im Pricing Fail um die Anhebung des Deutschlandtickets auf 63 Euro. Senat des BAG befasst sich mit der Frage,ob für die Klage eines Schiedsrichter-Assistenten der Rechtsweg zu den Arbeitsgerichten eröffnet ist undnach welchen Maßstäben der Arbeitnehmerstatus (§ 611a BGB) zu prüfen ist.Der Kläger war über einen längeren Zeitraum als Schiedsrichter-Assistent im organisierten Spielbetrieb tätig.Die Einsätze erfolgten regelmäßig auf Grundlage zentraler Ansetzungen durch den Verband.Nach dem Vortrag des Klägers:wurden Zeit, Ort und Dauer der Einsätze vollständig vorgegebenbestand eine Verpflichtung zur Einsatzübernahme, Absagen waren nur eingeschränkt möglichunterlag er fachlichen und organisatorischen Weisungenexistierten Bewertungs- und Beurteilungssysteme, die Einfluss auf weitere Einsätze hattenerfolgte die Vergütung pauschal pro Einsatz, ohne eigene Preisgestaltung oder UnternehmerrisikoFormal war die Tätigkeit nicht als Arbeitsverhältnis bezeichnet, tatsächlich jedoch stark in die Verbandsorganisation eingebunden.Der Kläger machte Ansprüche geltend und beschritt den Rechtsweg zu den Arbeitsgerichten.Der Verband rügte den Rechtsweg mit der Begründung, es liege kein Arbeitsverhältnis, sondern eine freie bzw. verbandstypische Tätigkeit vor.Streitgegenstand war zunächst ausschließlich die Rechtswegfrage.Das BAG stellt klar:Über die Zuständigkeit der Arbeitsgerichte entscheiden diese selbst (§ 2 ArbGG).Maßgeblich ist nicht die vertragliche Bezeichnung, sondern die tatsächliche Durchführung der Tätigkeit.Der Arbeitnehmerstatus eines Schiedsrichter-Assistenten ist nicht von vornherein ausgeschlossen.Für die Rechtswegprüfung genügt bereits eine schlüssige Behauptung eines Arbeitsverhältnisses.Ob tatsächlich ein Arbeitsverhältnis besteht, ist erst im Hauptsacheverfahren zu klären.Das BAG knüpft an die bekannten Kriterien des § 611a BGB an, insbesondere:persönliche AbhängigkeitWeisungsgebundenheitEingliederung in eine fremde Organisationfehlendes UnternehmerrisikoDiese Grundsätze gelten auch im Sport- und Verbandswesen.Die Entscheidung betrifft nicht nur Schiedsrichter, sondern u. a.:Trainer und Co-TrainerReferenten und Dozentenprojektbezogen eingesetzte freie MitarbeitendeTätigkeiten mit festen Einsatzplänen und Bewertungsstrukturen

Der Schädiger muss das Opfer stets so nehmen, wie er es antrifft – Vorschädigungen oder besondere Anfälligkeiten sind haftungsrechtlich unbeachtlich.Besondere Fallgruppen bilden psychische Beeinträchtigungen und Schockschäden bei Dritten.
