Prince's death is still shrouded in mystery. It has been attributed to an accidental overdose of Fentanyl, an opioid. But, where these pills came from is still under investigation. Did he get them illegally, or did doctors prescribe them, and if so, who? Is this yet another celebrity death caused by doctors treating them like 'special patients' and not doing the right thing because they didn't want to lose bragging rights? Several doctors are at risk for being sued for wrongful death. Today's guest, Jill F. Cohen, a D.C. attorney who specializes in medical malpractice, analyzes what each did wrong and the issues involved in filing a wrong death lawsuit today. Was Prince's death willful or wrongful? If he hadn't left the hospital against medical advice, would he have been saved? For how long? Was his death by pain pills inevitable, if he continued to refuse surgery to fix the medical problems causing his pain? Today's show explores these questions and more.

      Was PRINCE murdered on the plane?  People still can't believe that as meticulous as Prince was, as clean as he lived, and committed to principle he was, that he would have died the way he did.  IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE.  And for someone who just won a long drawn out legal battle to regain control of his music - NO WILL?  If the doctor he wanted to see couldn't come to him, he couldn't go to THAT particular doctor?  For as healthy as he lived, wouldn't he take the flu, or any other illness with considerable consideration?  If not, why eat healthy?  Why not drink or do cocaine?  This Prince thing doesn't make any sense to me, am I alone on this?  Is Prince really dead?  KINGS IN THE MORNING, 347-205-9366.

Was Prince a genius? Hmm, good question. Let's talk about having 50 albums worth of unreleased music in "the vault," and some of the crazy, before-its-time shit he did when he was alive. Giants walk among us. Or at least they used to. You might also hear me say words about things like the Ostrich Pillow®, having electricity in your house, classical composers, how signing a 100 million dollar recording contract can turn out to be the worst thing that ever happened to you, David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Madonna, suing your own fans, getting into the soup, love,  jackrabbits, rattlesnakes and Aqualung. And remember: if you don't own your masters, your masters own you.
