We dive into multiple tickers from Crispr Therapeutics to Amazon and explain not just what looks good, but also what to avoid when the chart doesn't align with the market and sector backdrop. The OVTLYR Trading Room is not about random stock picks. It is about building a repeatable system. Whether it is spotting trapped buyers in order blocks, using unusual options volume as a clue, or filtering trades through market breadth, this approach is designed to give you an edge. This episode also highlights the shift to invite-only livestreams for OVTLYR members. George Seay highlights “sea changes under the surface” of the market, saying Mag 7 stocks are showing “topping behavior.” He advises investors to reassess their positions, adding that it may be time to trim winners. “You need to be really careful trying to time the market” on valuation, he stresses. However, he also thinks investors should always have one foot in, rather than selling everything. S&P Futures are indicating a higher opening this morning as the markets prepare for one of the busiest weeks of years. The big news event is the announcement of a U.S. EU trade agreement over the weekend. This was widely expected, and markets are waiting for some additional clarity on the details. China and the U.S. are meeting in Sweeden today for another round of trade talks. Expectation is for another 90 days pause on tariffs. The Trump administration is expected to announce the results of a national security investigation into semiconductor imports within the next two weeks. Trade Agreements, Earnings Fed decision and a host of key economic datapoint will dominate this week's trading. On Sunday, President Trump announced deal with E.U. imposing 15% tariffs and averting trade war. Bangladesh ordered 25 Boeing planes in effort to lower tariffs. An announcement of a trade deal with India is unlikely this week as talks are scheduled for later next month. On the earnings front, PG, UNH, AZN, MRK, BA, SPOT & UPS are all releasing earnings tomorrow morning.

1976 - Lewiston, Maine. In the early hours of a November morning in 1976, Dorothy “Dotty” Milliken left her home to do some late-night laundry in Lewiston, Maine. She never made it back. A local paperboy found her body just before dawn, outside Beal's Laundromat. She had been beaten to death in what police called a frenzied attack. Tonia was just seven when her mother was killed—a traumatic loss that reshaped the course of her family's future. In the years since, she's worked to understand what happened. Now, a new book revisits the case, pulling together decades of theories, suspects, new interviews, and questions to form a possible picture of that night. But police are still missing a critical piece of the puzzle: the person that knows who killed Dorothy Milliken. If you have any information on the murder of Dorothy Milliken, please contact the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit South at (207)624-7076 x9. The family is offering a $10k reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for this crime. This is Zack Fuss. Today, we're tackling a giant in a controversial and incredibly complex industry, UnitedHealth Group. At its recent apex, UNH was a half-trillion-dollar market cap business, the 15th largest listed business in the United States. Today, that market cap sits at just $275 billion. The company generates an excess of $400 billion in sales annually and produces $40 billion in EBITDA as it touches every facet of the American healthcare system. To break down UnitedHealthcare, I'm joined by Stephanie Niven, a co-PM of the Global Sustainable Equity Strategy within the Sustainable Equity Team at Ninety One. Stephanie has been following the company since 2012 and she helps us to unravel this intricate business. We explore how UnitedHealthcare operates as a fully integrated healthcare system from its insurance arm to its high-margin health services business. We also dive into the concept of value-based care, the recent headwinds from Medicare Advantage scrutiny, and whether the market is mispricing this complex giant amidst regulatory noise and leadership changes. Please enjoy this breakdown of UnitedHealth Group. A survivor. A mother. This is her story. This is part 1 of 2. Part 2 will be released on June 17th. Are you looking to save time, make money, and start winning with less risk? Then head to https://www.ovtlyr.com.Think you know which stocks to buy before June 2025? Think again. This video takes five “must-buy” stock picks from a trending YouTube video and puts them to the test — using OVTLYR's data-driven system, the Outlier Nine. No hype. No predictions. Just clean, behavioral analytics that reveal whether a stock is trending toward strength… or about to collapse. Here's the truth: most traders lose money chasing headlines. But the market doesn't care about predictions — it rewards preparation. That's where the Outlier Nine comes in. It breaks down every trade into three key areas: market trend, sector strength, and individual setup. If all three align, the stock qualifies. If not, it gets dropped. We call this game Lambos or Food Stamps. If a stock checks all the boxes, it earns a Lambo rating. If not — it's food stamps. You'll be surprised how poorly these “top five picks” actually rank once they're exposed to real metrics like market breadth, sector fear & greed, and historical outlier resistance. Here's what's inside:➡️ A full breakdown of $URA, $STX, $NVDA, $UNH, and $MDB➡️ How to spot when a stock is showing false strength➡️ Why blindly buying the dip is a losing strategy➡️ The #1 mistake traders make during earnings season➡️ What hedge funds are doing with tariff-related risk➡️ How to avoid trades that look good but fail fastIf you're tired of opinions and ready for real data, this walkthrough will show you exactly how OVTLYR filters trades and protects traders. Tracy Richmond, Chair of the Board for The Jewish Federation of New Hampshire, talks to NHJournal's Michael Graham about life in the Granite State as a Jewish American as antisemitic violence claims two more lives on the streets of Washington, D.C. That violence was accompanied by the "Free, Free Palestine" chant heard at UNH and the state capitol in Concord. Then Graham launches into a rant about the World's Worst Political Cover Up -- the fact that Joe Biden was mentally unfit to be President of the United States pretty much the entire time he was President of the United States. And nobody did more to keep Biden there than the Democrats of New Hampshire.Sponsored by Perfect Smiles of Nashua. Please support NHJournal's independent journalism by "subscribing" for $4.99/month.
