If you're at the end of your rope—emotionally exhausted, spiritually drained, and barely holding on—this word is for you. In 2 Corinthians 1:8–10, Paul says he was under such pressure that he despaired of life itself. But it was in that place of total weakness that he discovered a deeper truth: “This happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God…” This devotional is your reminder: God does His best work when we have nothing left. When you're out of strength, He becomes your strength.
Spiritual warfare isn't always an attack—it may be an assignment. In Judges 3:1–2, God allowed certain nations to remain so that Israel could learn to fight. God may be allowing opposition in your life not to defeat you, but to train your hands for war—to sharpen your obedience, grow your discernment, and teach you how to stand. In this devotional, we connect that truth to the Armor of God from Ephesians 6—reminding believers that our greatest weapon in battle is obedience to the Word.
In a world full of discouragement and spiritual fatigue, this is your reminder: you can stand firm because Christ has already won. 1 Corinthians 15 tells us that death has lost its sting and victory belongs to Jesus. That victory isn't just theological—it's fuel for your faithfulness. Your labor is not in vain. Your obedience, your sacrifice, your endurance—it all matters, because the outcome is already decided.
When Hezekiah faced the threat of Sennacherib and the Assyrian army, the odds were stacked against him. The enemy mocked God, tried to intimidate His people, and made trusting the Lord seem foolish. But Hezekiah chose faith over fear. He took the enemy's threats and laid them before the Lord. And God answered. If you're learning to trust God right now—in uncertainty, fear, or overwhelming pressure—this devotional will encourage you.
When you're going through pain, confusion, or silence—it can feel like God is nowhere to be found. But in Genesis 28, Jacob had a dream, woke up, and said: “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it.” This devotional is for anyone who feels forgotten or overlooked by God in the middle of their trial. Just because you don't see Him working doesn't mean He's not there. His presence isn't always loud—but it is always faithful.
When life gets overwhelming, it's easy to believe the lie that God is against us. But in Job 2:9–10, we see a man who, despite unbearable suffering, refused to curse God. He recognized that God is still his Advocate—not his adversary—even in the worst of moments. This devotional is for every believer who's in a season of pain, loss, or deep discouragement. Don't let the enemy twist your suffering into bitterness. God is still present. And the same God who gives good also allows trials—not to break you, but to build you.
When everything around you is falling apart, it's easy to feel like God has left you. The silence. The setbacks. The constant struggles. But Philippians 1:6 reminds us of this truth: God is not finished with you. What He started in you, He will be faithful to complete—even in this hard season. This devotional is for the believer who feels discouraged, forgotten, or abandoned. Be reminded today that God's presence isn't proven by comfort—but by His consistent hand on your life, even in the dark.
Sometimes the most difficult part of the Christian walk is facing what God shows us about ourselves. Through trials, correction, and Scripture, God reveals not just what comforts us—but what needs to change in us. In this devotional, we reflect on Psalm 139:23–24, where David asks the Lord to search him, test him, and lead him. It's a courageous prayer that invites God to do deep work—not surface-level encouragement. God's Word is not just a shelter—it's a scalpel. It heals by confronting. It leads by correcting. And though it hurts, it's still love.
If you're feeling the weight of your sin and its consequences, this devotional is for you. Proverbs 3 reminds us that God disciplines those He loves—not to crush us, but to correct and restore us. In this video, we unpack the difference between conviction and condemnation: Condemnation attacks your identity and makes you feel unworthy to be called God's child. Conviction addresses the sin but calls you back to who you really are in Christ. We also look at Proverbs 19:3, which warns us not to blame God for the mess we made through our own choices. Even in discipline, His love is still active. Don't run from Him. Let this word remind you that discipline is proof you're still His.
*** Hebrew, Not Greek*** - Referring to my concordance reference Have you ever reached a point where you quietly laugh—not out loud, but in your heart—at the idea that God could still do what He promised? Sarah did. In Genesis 18, when God promised Abraham a son, Sarah laughed in disbelief. But God responded not with anger—but with a gentle, powerful question: “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” This video is for the weary, the cynical, and the ones afraid to hope again. God sees your doubt—but He also invites you to remember who He is.
"There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." - Proverbs 14:12
Discontentment often grows when we seek validation from things outside of Christ. In this devotional, I share how God exposed the root of my own need for approval—and how His "no" became an unexpected blessing that shifted my entire perspective. True contentment doesn't come from getting everything we want. It comes from trusting that God knows exactly what we need. Supported by 1 Timothy 6:6–10 and Philippians 4:9–12, this message will encourage you to find lasting peace, gratitude, and confidence in Christ alone.
Finals can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them in your own strength. This video is a prayer and a reminder for every Christian student preparing for exams: God is with you in every late-night study session, every test room, and every anxious thought.

In this episode, we delve into the struggles and challenges of being single. Many people may feel alone and isolated, as if they are missing out on the joys of a fulfilling relationship. However, it is important to remember that being single is not a curse, and that there is hope for a future of love and companionship. We also discuss the beauty and blessings of married life, and how it can provide a sense of companionship, support, and purpose. But whatever your relationship status, it's important to remember that happiness comes from within and not from external factors like relationship status.

Exodus 4:10-12 describes a conversation between God and Moses. In this conversation, God tells Moses that he has been chosen to lead the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt and into the promised land. Moses is hesitant, and tells God that he is not a good speaker. In response, God tells Moses that he will give him the power to perform miracles and that Aaron, Moses' brother, will be his spokesman... These verses can be understood as a demonstration of God's power and faithfulness, as well as a reminder that even those who feel unqualified or unworthy can be used by God for great things. They also show the importance of obedience to God's calling, as Moses ultimately agrees to do as God asks, despite his doubts and fears.

According to the Barna Group, roughly 70% of high school students who enter college as professing Christians, will leave with little to no faith. These students usually don't return to faith, even after graduation. For the 30% that remain faithful, much temptation tries to convince them to join their peers. What keeps them faithful through it all? To answer that question, I sat down with my former student, Matthews, and discussed his faith journey post High School. It was such a joy to hear the strength of his conviction in the Lord! You'll be blessed by it as well! ----- Podcast Biblical Integrity Note: I made a comment in the middle of the episode referring to the woman at the well. I said, "Jesus could've stoned her, but he didn't". This was in error. The 'Woman At The Well' story did not involve a possible stoning - it involved Jesus associating with a Samaritan, contrary to the cultural Jewish norm of distancing themselves from this group of people...
For this episode, I'm riding solo as I give you all another installment of IVHISGLORY stories. Come along with me as I unpack my difficulty with this ministry over the past few weeks and what the Lord's shown me...

One of the greatest challenges I had in my personal walk with the Lord was figuring out what having my identity in Christ meant. It was a 'Christianese' phrase I heard time and time again; I accepted and embrace it without fully understanding what it meant. My guest for this episode, Proverb 'Prov' Newsome, unpacked the topic of our identity in Christ - what it means for us now, how we can operate in it, and what's at the root of our identity in Christ crisis. Press play! About Proverb Newsome: When defined the word proverb means a wise saying. Well, when applied to one of Bomb Beach's most profound wordsmiths, the word takes on no less than the personification of its definition. In others words, how can we normalize seeking help in the Body of Christ when it comes to our mental health? My good friend, Keren - a mental health practitioner/counselor - stopped by to answer these questions! This is an episode you don't want to miss.

It's been long overdue, but, for this episode, I'm riding solo as I explain how IVHISGLORY came to be. God has been with this brand EVERY step of the way; this episode discusses the first step. Enjoy!
For this final installment of #TPOP (The Pursuit of Purity), the homie Stephanie Caldero came through and brought some solid, Bible-centered conviction and truth. Her commentary from the female perspective was exactly what was needed to complete this discussion on purity. Check it out...
In a world that says, "Anything goes", how do we as Believers continue on the path of purity? I chopped it up with my homie, Hensley, for this episode and, trust me - he dropped some major gems.
We're back! In this first "episode", I'm just sharing my heart about what IV The Record was, and what I envision it to be, by the grace of God. I end with a prayer to offer this Podcast platform to the Lord. I'm excited to see what He'll do with it...
