There are 35 chambers at Shaolin Temple. This is a well-established fact. So what could the 36th chamber be? What a mystery! Well, if you watch the movie, it's really not a mystery, or even about that chamber, or any of the chambers, or any of the events of the plot. It's really about watching dubbed-over kung fu men doing bizarre kung fu stuff until the movie stops. Let's see Citizen Kane do that!

Welcome to our Throwback series! On the week's when life is too chaotic to record, I am going to be re-releasing some of my favorite past episodes. Today's throwback is back from Season 1 when Chelsea and Kathryn co-hosted the podcast! The old description: In the spirit of Valentine's Day, we themed this week's episode around LOVE + RELATIONSHIPS! We chatted (for a long time in true girl-talk fashion) about how important it is to have self love before being successful in any relationship, what some of our past romantic relationships were like, what we learned from past friendships, our own engagement stories, and so much more. Our mission behind this episode was to meet all of our listeners WHEREVER they're at in their lives right now, and we hope that all you ladies (+ maybe gents) can relate to it on some level. Have the best Valentine's Day ever, and know that you are so LOVED!**AUDIO ONLY TODAY**Follow me on Instagram:Kathryn @kathryn_benkoHeart + Sole @heartandsolepodcastSole Fitness @sole_fitnessSubscribe to our new YouTube Channel and WATCH all episodes of Season 6!Sign up for the Sole Online Training App!Use coupon code 'SOLE20' for 20% off your first month!!
