COACH IS JOINED BY Dennis Dodd and Tony Barnhart to discuss the increasingly chaotic off-field landscape of college football, even as the on-field product remains as highly entertaining as ever. The trio dives into the current lack of formal employment and collective bargaining for athletes, noting that players are effectively playing for pay through Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) endorsements. Dodd warns that any attempts to cap or cut this compensation could spark player strikes, pointing to past athlete protests at schools like Missouri, Michigan, and Penn State as definitive proof of their leverage. The group also breaks down the proposed Protect College Sports Act, describing the legislation as potentially hostile to the powerhouses in the SEC and Big Ten, while highlighting the heavy political pushback and scheduling hurdles it currently faces in Congress. The conversation then pivots to the College Football Hall of Fame and the controversial exclusion of the late Mike Leach. Dodd criticizes the Hall's rigid requirement of a .600 career winning percentage—a strict rule allegedly championed by former Yankees owner George Steinbrenner—which Leach narrowly missed with a .594, despite his undeniable and transformative impact on the game. The guests argue that this mandate arbitrarily blocks profoundly influential figures from receiving their proper recognition. The segment concludes on a humorous and candid note when Barnhart formally recuses himself from the Mike Leach debate, revealing his active role on the committee that handles Hall of Fame decisions, before cheerfully signing off from the broadcast.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Ed Barnhart: The Olmec Enigma, Unearthing MesoAmericas Lost Empire

Earth Ancients

Play Episode Listen Later Apr 11, 2026 104:16 Transcription Available

In this compelling new episode of Earth Ancients, Cliff Dunning welcomes archaeologist Dr. Ed Barnhart for an in-depth exploration of the Olmec—the mysterious civilization widely regarded as the mother culture of Mesoamerica. Together they journey through the rise of the earliest Olmec centers, including San Lorenzo, La Venta, and Tres Zapotes, examining how these remarkable people emerged in the Gulf Coast lowlands and laid the intellectual and cultural foundations for later civilizations such as the Maya and Zapotec.Listeners will gain rare insight into some of the most fascinating unresolved mysteries surrounding the Olmec, including the meaning of the colossal stone heads, the political structure behind their ceremonial cities, and the extraordinary engineering required to transport multi-ton basalt monuments across vast distances. Dr. Barnhart also explores cutting-edge interpretations of Olmec mathematics, astronomical knowledge, cosmology, and sacred architecture—revealing a society far more intellectually advanced than many realize.A major centerpiece of the discussion examines the startling implications of Aguada Fénix, the enormous ceremonial complex uncovered by Takeshi Inomata and his team in the Middle Usumacinta region of Mexico. Officially classified as an early Maya monumental site, Aguada Fénix has reshaped scholarly understanding because of its immense scale and unexpectedly early construction date. In this episode, Cliff and Dr. Barnhart explore the provocative possibility that Aguada Fénix may in fact preserve strong Olmec cultural fingerprints—or perhaps represent an Olmec ceremonial legacy later absorbed into Maya history. This opens a broader debate about whether some of the earliest monumental constructions traditionally labeled “Maya” may belong to a deeper Olmec horizon that has yet to be fully recognized.By downloading this episode, listeners will come away with a deeper understanding of who the Olmec were, why they matter profoundly in the story of human civilization, and how new discoveries like Aguada Fénix are forcing archaeologists to reconsider the origins of complex society in Mesoamerica. This is not simply a history lesson—it is an archaeological investigation into one of the ancient world's most sophisticated and least understood civilizations, filled with revelations that challenge conventional narratives and invite fresh wonder about humanity's earliest achievements.Dr. Edwin Barnhart, director of the Maya Exploration Center, has over twenty five years of experience in Central, South, and North America as an archaeologist, an explorer, and an instructor. He has appeared in over a dozen documentaries and given presentations all over the world. His involvement in Maya studies began in 1990 as an archaeological intern in the ruins of Copan, Honduras. In January of 1996 he was invited to return to Copan and help the University of Pennsylvania excavate the early acropolis and the tomb of the city's lineage founder. From 1992-1995 he studied art, iconography, and epigraphy (hieroglyphic translation) under the late Dr. Linda Schele at the University of Texas at Austin. During that same time he worked across the state of Texas as a contract archaeologist. https://archaeoed.com/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

Forklift Systems Football Saturday with Coach Doug Mathews

Coach is joined by Tony Barnhart to discuss the sweeping transformations in college football, specifically focusing on the Southeastern Conference (SEC). A primary topic of conversation is the massive influx of new players, with some programs like Oklahoma State seeing as many as 81 new faces out of a 105-man roster. This shift is attributed to the rise of early enrollees—high school seniors who skip their final semester to join spring practice—and the transfer portal, which now accounts for roughly 40% of some teams' rosters. Barnhart notes that this has fundamentally changed spring ball, forcing coaches to spend more time teaching systems to a largely unfamiliar squad. The discussion also highlights the high-stakes environment of the SEC, where significant financial investments, such as LSU's $40 million roster, have eliminated any room for patience among fan bases. The duo touches on the professionalization of the sport, predicting an eventual move toward a model involving paid employees and collective bargaining. Additionally, they discuss the impact of high-profile figures like Lane Kiffin and Arch Manning on the media landscape, as well as minor officiating changes, such as reducing the penalty for offensive pass interference from 15 to 10 yards to ensure fairer enforcement.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Join host Justin Forman as he sits down with Alan Barnhart, co-founder of Barnhart Crane & Rigging, for a conversation 40 years in the making. Alan shares the convictions forged early in marriage and business that led him and his wife Katherine to cap their lifestyle, transfer 99% of their company to a ministry trust, and give away over $21 million in a single year—all while insisting they've been the real beneficiaries. This episode is a masterclass in stewardship theology, collaborative giving, and the dangerous beauty of holding everything with an open hand. Key Topics: The two biblical convictions that shaped every financial decision Alan and Katherine ever made Why Alan set a lifestyle cap before his company ever took off—and how that decision protected his marriage, his family, and his faith How Barnhart Crane & Rigging went from 10 employees and $1.5M in revenue to 1,000+ employees and $400M+ in revenue—and what Alan attributes it to Why Alan believes giving away money strategically is harder than making it—and why collaboration is the only answer The moment Alan and his brother decided to give away 99% of a company worth hundreds of millions of dollars What Alan tells every entrepreneur who asks "What's the number?" LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 5, 2026) – University of Kentucky Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart will retire from his role at the end of June after nearly 24 years leading Kentucky Athletics, UK President Eli Capilouto announced Tuesday. Barnhart will remain at UK in a new role focused on the future of sports and workforce development. This week's episode of 'Behind the Blue' features a conversation with Capilouto and Barnhart, recorded just before the announcement. The two reflect on Barnhart's leadership, the transformation of Kentucky Athletics during his tenure, and what comes next for both Barnhart and the university. Capilouto said Barnhart's legacy is defined not only by competitive success, but by a commitment to doing things the right way — creating a culture of excellence, integrity and student support that strengthened the university and its connection to the Commonwealth. Under Barnhart's leadership, UK has won six NCAA team championships and achieved more than 60 conference or conference tournament titles, while also emphasizing academic achievement for student-athletes. Barnhart has also played a significant leadership role nationally, including service on the College Football Playoff Committee and chairing the NCAA Men's Basketball Committee during the COVID era. Following his retirement as athletics director, Barnhart will become the first executive-in-residence of the UK Sport and Workforce Initiative, a new effort designed to prepare students and professionals for leadership across the evolving sports industry. Capilouto said additional details about the initiative will be announced in the coming weeks, and he plans to conduct a listening tour as UK begins its search for the next athletics director. On this episode, Barnhart and Capilouto also discuss the personal elements of Barnhart's decision — including family, faith, and what Barnhart describes as the importance of "passing the baton" at the right time — while expressing gratitude for the people and community that shaped his years at Kentucky. Jeff Latture serves as Executive Vice President at Barnhart Crane and Rigging and as chairman of Strategic Resource Group, but his journey into collaborative generosity began long before boardrooms and grant strategies. Growing up in Arkansas, he watched his parents come to genuine faith, yet it was later in Dallas through a vibrant church community and a pivotal sermon from Bill Bright, that his faith became personal. A simple conversation with his future wife about missions planted an early vision: if they could not go, perhaps they could send. God reshaped that vision when He closed the door to starting their own business and instead led Jeff to Barnhart, a company committed to investing its profits in the Great Commission. Over three decades, Jeff has helped cultivate GROVE, Barnhart's internal collaborative giving team, and advance a mutual fund model of ministry through the Strategic Resource Group. He has learned that wise generosity requires shared mission, deep relationships, patient trust, and a willingness to surrender control. Collaborative structures, clear strategy, and long-term partnerships have multiplied Kingdom impact across frontier regions. This conversation offers a thoughtful vision for pursuing obedience, discernment, and deeper partnership in your own stewardship journey. Major Topics Include: Give collaboratively, not independently Build trust through long-term relationships Shifting from transactions to partnerships Organize giving around focused teams Leveraging business wisdom for Kingdom impact Investing in ministry capacity and health How to balance metrics with Spirit-led discernment Surrendering control in stewardship QUOTES TO REMEMBER “What I really wanted in starting a business was to be in control. And God wasn't going to let me have that.” “He said, I'll let you serve the ones in control, but I'm not going to let you be the ultimate steward.” “We would never have thought ever that we would have the viewpoint that we have for what God's doing around the world. But it just started one relationship and one gift at a time.” “Giving together is way better than trying to do it on your own.” “You just learn faster in a group than you can by yourself.” “It's our secret sauce is doing things together and getting the thinking of many people pointing the same direction.” “A good collaborative will cost you something. You have to give up some rights for a collaborative to work.” “Knowing the heart of the leader is the most important thing.” “It's very relational. We like to measure things. We're a bunch of engineers. But it's really the relationships that drive us.” “If we'll go to God first and really lean in to listening to what Scripture says and what the Holy Spirit is saying before we make those funding decisions, somehow it comes out with a better result.” “My personal experience over 30 years, He will do far more than you can ever imagine with the things that He's given you.” LINKS FROM THE SHOW Alan Barnhart (see our past interview here) When Helping Hurts (see our interview with coauthor Brian Fikkert) Mission Increase Strategic Resource Group The India Alliance IllumiNations Bible Translation Alliance (see our interview with Todd Peterson or John Chesnut) MacLellan Foundation (see our interview with Director of Generosity, John Cortines) Mergon Doug Cobb, Founder of The Finishing Fund (see our past interview here) Achieve Alliance BIBLE REFERENCES FROM THE SHOW Matthew 28:19–20 | The Great Commission “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. LEXINGTON, Ky. (December 22, 2025) – College athletics is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history, as Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities and revenue-sharing models reshape how universities support student-athletes. This week on "Behind the Blue, our recurring feature The Business of UK continues with an in-depth look at BBNIL, the University of Kentucky's approach to NIL and its collaboration with JMI Sports.  On this episode, UK Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration and Co-Executive Vice President for Health Affairs Eric Monday is joined by Mitch Barnhart, UK's Athletics Director, and Paul Archey, president of JMI Sports. Together, they examine how NIL fits into the broader financial ecosystem of college sports and how UK is positioning its student-athletes for success in a rapidly evolving landscape.  Barnhart, who has led UK Athletics since 2002, outlines the dramatic changes of the past decade — from cost-of-attendance stipends and academic awards to the COVID-19 pandemic and the emergence of NIL. He explains that NIL opportunities exist alongside, but separate from, revenue sharing made possible through the House settlement.  Under the new framework, UK is participating fully in revenue sharing, with up to $20.5 million available annually, while also working to maximize NIL opportunities for student-athletes through education, partnerships and brand development. Barnhart emphasizes that the goal is both competitive excellence and long-term preparation. "We're creating really good rosters," he says, "and we're giving our young people the best opportunity to monetize and make money for themselves… while also preparing them for what comes next."   Archey describes BBNIL as a collaborative, holistic approach that goes beyond individual deals. "BBNIL is a collaboration between us as their multimedia rights partner and the university athletic department to create this structure in which we can provide opportunities — revenue and marketing opportunities — for student-athletes," he explains.  That support includes brand development, content creation, compliance navigation and access to long-standing corporate partners across Kentucky and beyond.  The episode also addresses common questions about restrictions and flexibility within NIL. Both Barnhart and Archey stress that student-athletes are not limited to a single pathway. Athletes may work through BB-NIL, pursue independent deals, or bring existing agreements to the university for review and support.   Throughout the conversation, Monday returns to UK's guiding principles — transparency, accountability and putting students first. He notes that UK's approach to NIL builds on earlier efforts such as financial literacy programs and academic awards designed to help student-athletes manage resources responsibly and leave the university prepared for life beyond competition.   Listeners are encouraged to submit questions and ideas for future Business of UK episodes by emailing businessofUK@uky.edu. Upcoming installments will focus on the university's $8.7 billion enterprise budget, how it is structured, and how resources are allocated across education, research, health care and service throughout the Commonwealth.  "Behind the Blue" is available via a variety of podcast providers, including Apple Podcasts, YouTube and Spotify. In this episode, we check in with Erika from episode 212, recorded in February 2024. Erika is 45 years old and lives in Pennsylvania, USA, with her family and pets, working in the beauty industry.Bio In March of 2022, Erika decided it was time for a change —and that's when her journey with intermittent fasting began. In just the first year, she lost nearly 90 pounds, going from her highest weight of 249 to feeling her best in the 160s. She says that's where her body felt strong, balanced, and free.Fasting didn't just change her weight — it transformed her mindset, energy, and confidence. Erika had hoped that fasting might also heal her Achilles tendonitis and heel spur, but in late 2024, she needed surgery. What could have been a setback became another part of her story. Her recovery was quick and inspiring — her doctors were amazed — and today she focuses on gentle movement, stretching, yoga, and light walking to stay active. Not long after her last podcast, life got even busier — and sweeter. Her youngest daughter moved in with her three-month-old baby, and just a month later, Erika discovered that her eldest daughter was also expecting. It's been a year filled with love, laughter, and big family moments.Through it all, Erika stayed grounded in fasting. Sure, she's had some longer eating windows and maybe a few too many sweets — but she knows exactly how to reset. And now, her daughter Kiana has joined the journey too, losing over 70 pounds through fasting after weaning her baby.Erika shares her story and encouragement on Instagram at @Pause and Fast, reminding everyone that wellness doesn't have to be complicated or expensive — it just takes consistency, curiosity, and a whole lot of self-love.To connect with Erika https://www.instagram.com/pause_and_fast/Fasting isFree (@pause.and.fast) | TikTokComing soon: The Pause and Fast Podcast on Spotify.  Our Patreon Community Please consider joining the Fasting Highway Patreon community. The Space Show Presents Arkisys CEO DAVE BARNHART Sunday, 11-2-25David Barnhart (Dave), CEO of Arkisys and research professor at USC, discussed the company's progress in space operations and their unique business platform called “The Port” in Los Alamitos, Ca, including their work with NASA's Astrobee facility and development of a free-flying space platform called “The Port.” The discussion covered various technical aspects including funding sources, modular space platforms, and navigation systems, while addressing challenges in hiring engineers and developing flexible infrastructure for space servicing. The conversation ended with conversations about future plans including lunar applications, and company security measures. Before ending, Dave highlighted the potential environmental impact of satellite debris and mentioned a USC PhD student's research on the topic presented at the United Nations. I referenced future Space Show programs with Hotel Mars Dr. Kothari and Dr. Roger Lanius on Friday to discuss his new book.CEO Dave discussed his role in managing the Astrobee facility, a robotic free flyer inside the International Space Station. He explained that Arkisys, where he works, had taken over the commercial maintenance and operation of Astrobee which is used for microgravity experiments inside the ISS. The facility allows for testing in full 6 degrees of freedom in a zero-G environment, with capabilities for various payloads and operations lasting about 3 hours per session. Our guest noted that while NASA does not pay for the service, it aligns with his company business model focused on services, and they are responsible for helping customers through the necessary paperwork and procedures to use Astrobee.David went on to discuss the development of his free-flying space platform called “The Port,” which will provide a stable environment for autonomous robotics and payload hosting. He explained that the first flight of key technologies, carried by a 250-kilogram vehicle called the Cutter, is planned for late 2026, with the goal of demonstrating rendezvous capabilities with a port module in a 525-kilometer Sun Sync orbit. Barnhart noted that while there is competition in the space infrastructure and logistics sector, the market for hosted payloads and space servicing is projected to grow significantly, with potential revenue from existing markets like hosted payloads.Barnhart discussed his company's funding, which includes government grants, SBIR, STTR, and contracts from DIU and the Space Development Agency. He explained their development of a modular space platform with propulsion capabilities, including the use of chemical systems and potential partnerships with companies using electric propulsion. Barnhart also addressed the challenges of refueling and connecting different interfaces for their platform, noting that they conducted a study on various interfaces worldwide and are working on creating a flexible system for future growth.David discussed the evolution of his satellite concept from a DARPA challenge focused on modular orbital functions to the development of “satlets” and port modules. He explained how the concept of cellularization led to the creation of scalable, multi-functional satellite components that could be aggregated, addressing the challenge of building cost-effective satellites. Barnhart described his company's current size of 4 full-time employees plus himself, with plans to expand to 10-12 people, and mentioned their upcoming move to a larger facility to accommodate growth and develop a flat floor testing platform for robotic arm movements in space.Barnhart further discussed the challenges of hiring engineers for innovative space projects, noting that while experienced engineers are valuable for technical expertise, they may struggle with new concepts, while less experienced engineers might be more adaptable but lack depth. He emphasized the importance of finding a balance between technical expertise and innovative thinking. Ryan inquired about the potential internal applications of the Astrobee partnership with NASA, to which Barnhart confirmed that the learnings would be applied to Arkisys port module for validation and verification post-launch. Barnhart also explained the company's use of an AI-based system, powered by a large language model, to assist in identifying potential issues with connectivity and safety. He highlighted the flexibility of the port module, which can be reconfigured and expanded in multiple dimensions to meet various customer needs, and emphasized the company's focus on creating a versatile infrastructure for space servicing rather than specializing in a single service like refueling. The team discussed navigation systems for their spaceport module, which includes onboard cameras, GPS, IMU, and a partnership with Fugro for high-precision navigation down to centimeter accuracy using differential GPS and L-band signals. Dave explained their power management strategy, noting they have 500 watts on the cutter and plan for 1,000-1,500 watts on the port module, with power optimization software to manage shared infrastructure. Marshall inquired about lunar applications, to which he confirmed the system could be adapted for lunar and Mars orbits, including potential use as a communications router to handle different frequency standards around the moon.David also discussed the challenges of selecting the right mix of connectors for their first port module to ensure flexibility over the next five years, particularly in light of Europe's space servicing push. He mentioned they have letters of intent from prospective customers and have conducted over 20 tests with 15 different types of customers using a full-scale port module mock-up. Barnhart also addressed cyber and IT theft protection, noting they are NIST certified and going through the audit process for CMMC, with a focus on mitigating attacks from overseas. He explained they are developing software for security, including the ability to encrypt payload data with customer-specific keys, and are allocating 5% of their monthly budget to IT security.David Barnhart discussed the company's approach to satellite connectivity, explaining they are working with AWS ground stations and exploring optical beam communication options. He addressed Marshall's question about interfacing with satellite constellations, noting they are currently independent but considering multiple ground station providers. Our guest responded to David's question about succession planning, confirming they have explored directors and key people insurance and identified Dr. Raul Rugani as a potential successor. Ryan inquired about the company's growth strategy, to which he explained they are focusing on key modularization challenges while being open to partnerships for specialized technologies like robotics, with the goal of creating flexible port modules that can accommodate various capabilities.Dave discussed the challenges and potential solutions for exploring lava tubes on Mars using a modified Ingenuity helicopter, emphasizing the need for a hybrid approach involving both aerial and rover-based systems. He explained the technology behind cave navigation using SLAM and highlighted the importance of energy and data distribution. Barnhart also described the Bosun Locker project, which provides students with 3D printable files to design and test hardware for space applications. Additionally, he addressed the environmental impact of space debris reentering the Earth's atmosphere, noting the potential for nanoparticles to affect the atmosphere's composition and radiation effects.David and Dave discussed the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and both expressed gratitude to the Space Show team. They encouraged listeners to support the show through donations and subscriptions. Alan Barnhart grew up in Memphis, where his parents ran a small crane and rigging company. After college he sensed a call to missions just as his parents invited him and his brother to take over the family business. As he wrestled with the decision, God's answer was clear; Alan's full-time ministry was the business world. From day one, the brothers regarded the company as God's. To guard against the spiritual risks of wealth, Alan set a “lifestyle finish line,” capping his personal income at the level of a ministry worker. They also committed to give 50% of annual profits to God's Kingdom. Over the next 39 years, the once-small firm grew toward a billion-dollar enterprise and now channels millions each year into gospel work. Later, Alan and his brother formalized their conviction by transferring 100% of their ownership to a charitable trust, while continuing to lead the company. Alan's example has inspired a generation of givers to steward their families, businesses, and resources with wisdom and courage. You won't want to miss this story. 10-7-25 Tonight we're talking meadmaking with Bill Bellair and Rob Barnhart. Both are experienced meadmakers that create excellent meads. And both have taken their share of awards at competitions. Bill Bellair began his mead-making journey in 2008 when his mother expressed interest in trying tej, a traditional Ethiopian honey wine, which was unavailable locally. His early attempts—while not without the occasional "bottle bomb"—yielded surprisingly delicious results. Following this, Bill turned his attention to beer brewing, and it would be several years before he returned to crafting mead. During this time, he joined the Metro Enologist 'n' Zymurgist (MENZ) club, where he expanded his skills in winemaking. This experience gave him valuable insight into the mistakes he had made in his early mead-making efforts, reigniting his passion for the craft. This marked the beginning of a dedicated era of mead production that continues to this day. In 2019, Bill founded the Michigan Mead Coalition, the state's largest mead-exclusive organization. The coalition has fostered a thriving community of skilled brewers, many of whom have earned prestigious awards and even pursued the coveted title of Mead Maker of the Year. Rob Barnhart has been making mead since 2018. He started making mead January of 2018 because he doesn't like beer. He was playing Skyrim a lot and looked it up on YouTube. Down the rabbit hole he went. Soon after he found Gotmead and Modern Mead Makers. He then talked Vicky into meeting him at St Ambrose and Vicky and Kirk told Rob to enter comps. He didn't do too badly. So far he has 25 medals but still haven't gotten the coveted best in show.

Episode 306 features the Baseball Hall of Fame sportswriter,  Bill Madden and the inventor of the FlipGrill, Andrew Barnhart Bill Madden has been an active baseball writer since 1970 and was the New York Yankees beat writer for the New York Daily News from 1980 to 1988 before being promoted to national baseball columnist.  He is the author of many baseball books and is with us to discuss his latest book, Yankees, Typewriters, Scandals, and Cooperstown:  A Baseball Memoir.  In 2010 he received the Hall of Fame's J.G. Taylor Spink Award, the highest honor of the Baseball Writers Association of America and is a member of the Writers Wing of the Basball Hall of Fame. Andrew Barnhart loved cooking on his Big Green Egg.  However, Andrew thought something was missing and that was how to turn chicken quarters without tearing the skin.  His thoughts turned to the flipping racks used on professional chicken pits, "If an open pit can make amazing BBQ chicken, a Kamado with its controlled environment should be able to ‘blow it out of the water."  He then invented the FlipGrill which can be used on many different Kamado grills and firepits.  For more information on Andrew Barnhart and FlipGrill go to https://flipgrill.shop/ We recommend you go to Baseball BBQ, https://baseballbbq.com for special grilling tools and accessories, Magnechef https://magnechef.com/ for excellent and unique barbecue gloves, Cutting Edge Firewood High Quality Kiln Dried Firewood - Cutting Edge Firewood in Atlanta for high quality firewood and cooking wood, Mantis BBQ, https://mantisbbq.com/ to purchase their outstanding sauces with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Kidney Project, and for exceptional sauces, Elda's Kitchen https://eldaskitchen.com/ We conclude the show with the song, Baseball Always Brings You Home from the musician, Dave Dresser and the poet, Shel Krakofsky. Digital forensics testimony: Heather Barnhart, a digital forensics expert from Cellebrite, was slated to testify about Kohberger's phone and hard drive. She revealed that he had meticulously downloaded full PDF files and information on more than 20 serial killers—including Ted Bundy and Danny Rolling—both before and after the murders, suggesting this wasn't casual browsing but "meticulous research.” Barnhart noted Kohberger even downloaded updates from the Moscow Police Department multiple times following the killings, shedding light on his detailed online activity surrounding the crimes.Forensic analysts also intended to testify that Kohberger's internet activity included repeated searches for the University of Idaho murders, nonconsensual pornography with terms like “forced” and “sleeping,” and research into psychopathy and sociopathy. They linked these searches to cell-tower data placing his phone near the victims' home on 23 separate occasions in the four months leading up to the murders. Prosecutors planned to present this combination of digital evidence and location data as showing both premeditation and a pattern of voyeuristic, predatory behavior.to contact  me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Bryan Kohberger's graphic internet searches revealed in never-before-seen evidence | Daily Mail Online
