When you are starting your new business, you will face the question of your business’s legal entity. What’s the best structure for your business? Should you be a sole proprietorship, an LLC, or a corporation? I will try to help answer your questions based on my experience to help you find the best option for your specific business.
If you can’t stay focused, you’ll end up doing a bunch of stuff that is really just a waste of time. Your most important tasks each day actually do not take a long time. But they require focus for a prolonged period of time. I find that I can shorten my workday from 8 to 3 hours if I can just stay laser focused on my most important tasks.
As some of you may know, I have a decor business that I run with my partner. We started the company last year, but only made a few thousand dollars in total back in 2019. We have now grown to an excess of $1 million in less than a year - and all this during Covid-19. Here is what we did and what happened.
COVID-19 is the deal breaker for most things in both business and life. Most of all, it’s humbled me and taught me many harsh lessons. In this episode, I share my heart-wrenching lessons in hope you you will also move on to become a stronger and better you.
If you have to always explain yourself to your girlfriend or wife, you’re not confident in your abilities and your status as her boyfriend or husband. Instead of explaining, just do what you have to do as a man. You will inspire more trust with your actions instead of your words. Words don’t mean too much in the long run. Your actions do. Your confidence inspires so just be yourself.
If you don’t have enough cash flow, your business dies. If you don’t have enough cash flow, you go bankrupt. Cash flow is the single most important lifeline that keeps us and our businesses alive. So the point of this podcast episode is to help you focus on cash flow and building additional streams of cash flow so you could stay afloat in any situation.
Have you realized every year, you never complete your New Year’s Resolutions? In fact, you forget all about them come February. So what happened? Chances are, you are focusing on too much. Instead, why not just focus on one thing? One success leads to further successes. Stop writing down your goals. Just focus on one thing and you’ll achieve more than ever.
This episode contains some reflections and my thoughts on my previous work in 21019 and what we have to look forward to in 2020. Important lessons include having self-esteem and not caring what people think about us in order for us to achieve our goals.
Twenty years ago, if you wanted your website to be found, all you had to do was spam your site with your keywords of choice and you would be easily found by anyone. A lot had changed since then. Now everything is content based and you need to compete for attention with ads. Can you still make it work? Or course. But it’s now highly competitive and requires a high degree of maintenance. Listen to this episode of Jasonisms to learn how you can still succeed and how the SEO game now really works.

What makes no sense is the use of euphemisms in the workplace and the business environment. Quit calling people team members. Call them employees. Quit talking about having fun at work. Work is about business. Not play. Just cut the bullshit and get down to business of you are chasing success. If you want to play games, go home and sit in front of your PlayStation.
Problems will always be an ongoing part of your business. If you wish you could just get away from problems and issues, you should not be in business. The way to approach problems is to come up with processes that allow you to deal with them on an ongoing basis. It’s a way to manage your problems not so they will go away. But so that you can be prepared to take on more people problems!
Let the morons be morons. Embrace solid advice to grow your business quickly and effectively. Hack, hustle, scale, and repeat.
Investing into stocks only provides an 8% ROI. Do something else if you can get a higher return. Instead, invest as much money as you can into your own business. Stop wasting your time and effort with Google Maps. Instead just focus on SEO and advertising or something that is not location based. Don’t overcomplicate business.
To be successful in business and life, learn to hack, hustle, and scale. Real estate turnkey properties are a scam. So is anyone touting passive income. Personal development is the ultimate unmeasurable scam. Asking for references is just asking people to give you lies. Totally stupid.
