By being fully present in the moment, you can connect to your powerful self and find the deep energy that will give you the necessary drive to truly show up for what is ahead of you. This episode is recorded in German. I am listening to the wise words of my friend. We were lightening some candles, drinking tea, talking about spontaneous travel stories and healthy priorities in life.

How many times have you thought to yourself or heard from other people: “I don’t want to go to work, life is unfair, I just want to get through to the weekend?“ Sitting in the crew bus on our way to the night flight back to Frankfurt, I realized how often we fall back into the habit of complaining and thinking structures that put us as a victim. In this moment, we came across someone who inspired me to wake up and to BE GRATEFUL. When we are living with gratitude + bringing our very OWN gift into this world, magic will happen. It’s all about perspective. Instagram: @jorindeziegert
In this podcast episode, I am talking about a powerful question: What do I need right now? It’s all about the beauty of filling our own cup first.
Two Weeks ago, I moved from Europe to America, from Berlin to Boston. It has been a step, that put me into a lot of unknown space and new situations and feelings. In today’s podcast episode, I want to walk you through my first two weeks of living in America and empower you with an idea, that can help you to find and keep faith in whatever situation you find yourself in. We all have something that we don’t like about ourselves, a part that we may think makes us “abnormal” or different from “the other“ people. Welcoming and interacting with up to 700 people at work each day, I can say that no one is “normal“. We all have our own small or large things that make us “different“. So in a sense, having differences actually makes us alike. Today's episode is focused on appreciating all that you are and all that you have. It makes you unique. This uniqueness is your superpower that you can use to make the world a better place!
In this episode, I am sharing two thoughts with you, that I have written down to remind myself of when am dealing with insecurity, doubt or simply a bad day. No matter who you are, what you do or where you come from, we all experience our own struggles. So why not support each other more in this process if this is something that actually connects us all? With this episode, I would love to support you in dealing with harder times the best way you can and making each struggle into something you can grow from. In this episode I am sharing a basic, yet valuable thought with you - why we should, and how we can get more fascinated each and every day. When we watch kids, we can see how they get fascinated so easily. As we get older, how often do we let things truly touch our hearts anymore? In this episode, I am sharing 2 steps to get that sparkle in our eyes back. Trust me, it can make your day so much more beautiful. Instagram: jorindeziegert
In this podcast episode I’m sharing a day with you, when unexpected circumstances canceled a trip to Toronto and my plans that were attached to this trip. I think life isn’t supposed to always work out exactly how we plan it to. Life is always going to surprise us. The question is, how we look at those surprises and how we deal with them. If we grow from what we fear, do we have to fear? This podcast episode is about trusting and being good to ourselves. Instagram: jorindeziegert
In today´s episode, I am inviting you to join me in a moment in which I could feel how powerful it is to take care of myself no matter what. I recently went through a situation, in which I could have very easily fallen into self-doubt. however, I made a conscious decision to shift my focus on myself. To enjoy the moment I was in and to give my feelings and thoughts a space to occur. The interesting part is the way how the outside world reflects the internal change within myself. On my last trip to Sofia, for reasons outside of my control, I found myself in a situation that I had wanted to avoid. In this episode, I share the moment when my outlook shifted. Our thoughts about a situation we are in, create and assign positive or negative meaning to what is happening. However, the shift into seeing situations without assigning them to be inherently “good” or “bad” allows us to be the creator of each moment rather than the victim of the circumstances around us.
In this episode I am taking you on a very long trip with me, which started in Paris and ended in Tokyo. I am going to share 3 questions with you that I asked myself before starting my flight to Japan, which helped to mentally prepare me for this long journey. We all have a choice in each situation - to step into growth or to stay in our comfort zone within the circle of our usual thinking and feeling processes.
It can be deceptively easy to get caught up in thoughts that limit us rather than empowering and supporting us. We are very good at criticizing ourselves and holding on to unhealthy beliefs. In today’s episode, I want to introduce you to an idea that helped me to avoid believing and identifying with my thoughts. This idea has helped me to step out of a space of feeling stuck, and into the freedom of creating thoughts that actually empower me.
In this episode, I want to share with you a challenging situation that I experienced during a flight to Nairobi, Kenya - a situation that, at that moment, made me feel very angry and small. The thing is, we always have two choices in each situation: We can put our focus on blaming other people or circumstances for negative feelings, or we can start looking at ourselves - looking at what a situation does within us, what it can teach us and how we can actually grow through it. Often times, we just don’t realize that we do have this choice in each moment. Today I want to share how I dealt with this situation and which steps helped me to grow through it. This is something we can all do in our tough moments - to consciously take the responsibility for feeling good and having a great day back into our own hands.
Today I want to take off with you. I think sometimes it can be very helpful to zoom out for a moment from the usual thinking circles we are in day to day. I want to share how literally taking off with a plane inspires me to look at my life and myself from a different perspective and to question my beliefs. What if we are much more than we think? What if we leave limiting beliefs about ourselves and our lives behind for a moment? In this podcast episode, I want to invite you to discover more of the beauty and greatness that lies within you and your life. Ps: No matter how cloudy and rainy it is below, above the clouds there is always this wide, bright and open space of blue sky and sun - just like in our lives.
In this episode, I am going to tell you who I am, what I do and how my job inspires me to inspire you. There is so much greatness around the world and within you to discover. Through my job, working as a flight attendant, I am going on a new journey each time I go to work. I am now inviting you to come on this personal journey with me. I am happy that you are here listening, and I’m excited to start this together.
