In our 8th episode, we talk to Dom Fabiano of Arturo's Ristorante in Westborough, MA. Dom discusses what it was like going through the pandemic and the need to get creative so they could remain open and keep the staff employed. Arturo's had to completely change how they do business from offering take-out to having outdoor dining. Dom has a passion for cooking and loves his community and the people, that he calls family, he works with. Arturo's Ristorante original location was in West Boylston, where Chef Arturo Cartagenova opened in 1982. In the early 90s, Arturo's moved to Chandler Street in Worcester. Arturo decided to move further east along the Mass Pike to Westborough in 1999. Arturo retired and sold the business to Dom Fabiano in 2009. Today they still serve the classic Italian favorites paired with their creative specials. Their menu has everything from seafood to pasta and pizza.
