Be careful of vendors that want to work with you that know nothing of their medium. This recently happened to one of my clients. The franchise owner was pushing a company that had no experience in their field - it was obvious. So now their credibility with us has gone down. Post in advance of events, days off, special things going on - give your audience time to fit you into their busy schedule. Everyone as their errand runs mapped out - just get in their schedule with advance notice. Don't post - you are closing early - no need. Especially when you only have 34 followers and they are not regulars - . BUT in that case I would change my voice email greeting if you have a special phone number for the business. AND I would change my hours open to reflect your shorter hours on Google Maps. There is nothing more frustrating than seeing a store is OPEN on their google profile and then when you go there they are closed! Make sure to change your hours back the next day.All this is just good communications practices between you and your fans. When customers want to buy from your business it's important to keep up on your prices. No longer can you state "it's supply chain issues" it just rings hollow. When you show them a lower number and charge a higher number that is very deceptive. Would you go back? I don't think so. Don't leave customers thinking you charge whatever you want.
