This is the type of episode that made Joe Rogans podcast so popular, is what my guest told me after our conversation. Mitchell is a really smart author, historian, documentarian, and healt expert. There is so much good information in this episode about nutrition and his battle with beating Chron's, that I almost made this into 2 different episodes. Our second hour in this discussion was more focused on this history of religion and my disagreements with the institutions. I hope you all enjoy this one and be sure to give him a visit on his website www.SSTFREE.org and as always, subscribe and follow Neandertalk Podcast

Isreal Watson is entering the NFL Draft this weekend in Kansas City. He is a very talented wide receiver out of Southwest Oklahoma State, and hopefully to be the next big name professional athlete. He is projected to be drafted this year, but anyones guess as to which team will be lucky enough to draft him. Isreal is a really bright young man, with amazing hands, and work ethic. He may not be the fastest one out there (listen to the podcast), but he runs incredible routes, and catches anything thrown his way. I really wanted to know about the life of an NFL hopeful, and about his journey from a junior college in Kansas, to hopefully be playin on Monday Night Football. please subscribe to the podcast, and write me a review. you can also watch the full podcast for FREE, on YouTube and Spotify.

C Dub has a new album out called 33 and can be found now, on all the platforms. He did 365 songs last year, one song a day.
