In this episode, we welcome Willian Correa, the VP of Technology at Rangle, to share with us his experience and insight into software delivery performance. We'll discuss the 4 metrics that are used to measure software delivery performance and then those activities identified by high-performing organizations. Debugging is an art. Do you console.log? Or do you rely on breakpoints and debugger statements? All of the above? What about dealing with Angular's most ~~joyful~~ painful bug `ExpressionChangedAfterItHasBeenCheckedError`? We had the opportunity to spend some time with an expert at Angular Debugging. Abdella Ali is a Solutions Architect at Rangle.io. Abdella (who also goes by "della") has been involved in the Angular community for almost 8 years and even attended the very first ng-conf. We should also mention that Rangle has been a longtime supporter of ng-conf and the Angular community.Jennifer Wadella and Brian F Love learned some of Abdella's favorite techniques for debugging Angular applications; including removing complexities, isolating components, and using code sandboxes. Abdella also dropped some knowledge on debugging RxJS and asynchronous code in Angular. While Brian suggested you just use Observable.toPromise(), apparently that's not Abdella's approach.Debugging can be challenging, but having a few tricks up your sleeve and some good tools sure can make it easier, and perhaps even, a bit of fun. Join us as we learn from Abdella about debugging Angular applications.

After Avery Francis was promoted to her dream job, she was sexually assaulted at a work social. Put in a precarious position as part of the company’s HR department, Avery made the difficult decision to come forward and take action. However, although the individual was let go, Avery could not let go of the feeling that she was unsafe at her workplace. Months went by and she slowly became more and more depressed, suppressing her emotions of the incident, rather than dealing with them. After an emotional breakdown, Avery took a leave of absence where she found art therapy and began to move through the trauma that had occured. Upon arrival back to her job, Avery made the decision to leave the company to continue her pathway to thrive. A lot of times we think about user research as kind of just going out there and literally just asking the user what they want, or what they need."**Let's Connect**www.rangle.io#LearnWithRangleTwitter: @rangleioEmail: podcast@rangle.io

"A lot of what my team has been doing is trying to break down the walls around some of the traditional ways that work has been done and innovation has been sought to accomplish - bring the wisdom of lean innovation to how that work is done and trying to overcome some of the cultural boundaries that we see in modern organizations."**Let's Connect**www.rangle.io#AskRangleTwitter: @rangleioEmail: podcast@rangle.io
In our Season 1 finale, Jennifer Shannon is joined by Arun Ramdeane, Senior Director, Technology at Staples Canada, and Farouk Dossa Group Director, Client Partnerships at Rangle. Take a look at what the catalyst was for Staples and other organizations to embrace innovation. "Distill it down or synthesize it down to its smallest value prop that you can easily put out there and show. Because I think when a lot of things come around change. It's usually pretty big, right? And so you're not going to be successful putting something up very big in a month because it's just not going to happen. But if you can really like kind of synthesize something down that gives you the credibility to show how to push the change, especially if you're within like a large org, that's how you start to win. Right?"
